There was one person manning the store and he was busy with someone. I patiently waited my turn, I figured he would get to me once he completed the sale. Shortly before he had finished the sale another man walked in that seemed to know the sales associate. They said hello and the sales associate asked him how his project was going. At this point I was slightly annoyed, I had not even gotten a "hello, I will be with you in a moment" from the sales associate. I still waited. I needed the supplies. After the sale was complete I was all ready with my questions and requests. The guy walked right by me, not even an acknowledgment and helped his friend. Horrible customer service. I will never go back again and I suggest anyone else try a different location.

Speers Flooring offers several different flooring options. It's actually overwhelming! Luckily, I…read morewas briefly educated on the basics before coming here and had narrowed down what I wanted. The staff at Speers were very friendly and helpful. They confirmed the pros and cons of each type of flooring and came up with solutions to my transition issues (floor to tile). I was able to borrow several samples (for free!) to help me decide what colour would work best in my space. At Pottery Barn, they charge you something crazy like $25 per tiny sample of wood. (Note: Apparently, PB refunds the $ if you return the samples in 30 days.) I had some very specific installation questions, some flooring-related and some non-flooring related. Speers Flooring was able to provide contact information for just about any job. While their prices are a little higher than others, I believe you are paying for their quality service and expertise. The sales people were very honest with me, and never pushy.

Absolutely garbage workmanship in every aspect. Grout was washing out after a week, drain not even glued in! No caulking at all. Honestly laughable how bad this job was done. Paid them to do a shower reno and took a month!! Was to be 4-5 days. Shower wasn't even waterproofed properly and leaked into my basement!!!!! I had to pay a decent contractor to redo the shower! Not only that but they have not paid me back any of my money. Fuck all these people. Any advice on how I can hang them would be appreciated. Needless to say I'll be rubbing the DUFFERIN TILE name through shit for the rest of my life.

This is in response to Jon P (jonathon Petrie) review on Dufferin Tile…read more First off Jon, Dufferin Tile had nothing to do with your installation by me, Ben , Andre and Rollie. You came to Dufferin Tile to purchase some tile for your installation. There was no discussion at any time or did I state that Dufferin Tile was involved with Installation. Why you would post your issues on this account is beyond me. This is uncalled for. As far as the work we done at your home The work we done at your house wasn't only a bathroom renovation but also front entrance and 2 kitchen backsplash and under kitchen lighting as well. The bathroom was suppose to take up to 7-9 days to complete entirely and another 5-6 to complete the rest. (Approximately 15 days total) there were some issues getting started due to unexpected problem that occurred. When we explain it to you there didn't seem to be a issue with it!! Your installation was a bit difficult and was more work than we anticipated ! But the time frame for installation was not unreasonable ! We completed the entire job and you were satisfied. We got paid the balance remaining without an issue. You called me after about 2 weeks and you stated that you have a small leak in the shower. Rollie came right away to access the issue. He told you that he was responsible for that and that he will come by to fix the problem in about 5 days ! You called me back and stated you want it done sooner than later. At that time you only had to wait a couple more days for Rollie to repair leak. You stipulated that you had someone else to do the repair ! I asked you why would you want to pay someone when we are coming to repair the leak etc. But you wanted done right away and didn't want to wait ! That's up to you! You had someone else fix the problem and you didn't want us to repair it after I told to wait a couple more days and it'll be done right at no expense to you!!! That makes a lot sense to me and most people as well!! You asked me if I would help pay for repairs? I said no by we are willing to come there and fix it. You decided to not let us fix it because you wanted it done right away. And did not want to wait 2 days. That's what you decided !! This is on you!! Not us!! And for you to write this review blaming Dufferin Tile who had ZERO interaction with Jon P!!! I suggest you write an apology to Dufferin Tile who you wrongly mentioned in this review!! As for the work we have done , we stand behind our workmanship! We did say we would fix the repair and we didn't ignore you on that!! Ben
