In total, we have purchased 6 fixtures and couldn't be more pleased with them and the service we received from the staff. First we bought a fixture for our kitchen that didn't work well in the space. The shoppe was more than willing to take take it back even though it was opened and they worked with us to find a better piece. The next time we were there we bought s few more fixtures, including a large one fir our dinning room. After a few weeks we noticed that the organza on the shade was pealing off. I was a bit irritated by this but when I called to complain the staff were amazing and ordered me two more! Not only this, they trusted me enough that I didn't even have to bring in the original shade. I've never seen this type of service. I was very impressed, now I refer everyone there :)

I went to tap my card and he said it will not work i said that's because you have to insert for any sale over 100...He said that would not work and as i am putting the sale through he says you cant press that button i said i just did i know how it works lol my sale obviously went through he said well that usually does not work..so my response had to be i guess you need to be smarter than the machine....ill never send anybody or ever shop there again just another fraud taking advantage of the first nations people by not supporting them but buying knock offs from there culture...this is one shop that should have died in the covid era but sadly real good people with awesome customer service died instead

I went to Agram Garden Center to purchase 5 - 30 by 26 inch patio stones. I was able to call and…read morespeak with someone very easily so that was nice. However, trying to find where I needed to go wasn't easy, the dust dirtied my car and I had to personally lift all 5 - 105lbs patio stones into my trunk. The stones were nice looking but ended up being the wrong colour. I kept the receipt, assuming I could return like I have in the past at Home Depot. However, as I called the gentlemen, an understatement at best, the man who picked up sounded and also acted like the boss, it may have been so. I explained, I was in yesterday and bought the patio slabs but they aren't the right ones. I asked if I could return them and he said no with a negative tone. finally, he offered me store credit which is not what I want. They pay the boys who lift these heavy stones most likely minimum wage and I ha for lift myself. After that experience he has lost me as a customer, sparked a negative review and will lose business from not only me but my entire family and some friends in Oakville. I was born and raised here along with my mother. We are involved in work which could provide business for million dollar mansion owners. However, Agram's will not be getting the contracts that's for sure. treat people right and don the right thing! Hope your reading this pal because I promise your attitude and cheapness Of not letting me return $42.50 of Patio Stones has cost you thousands of dollars from me, thousands from my family and potentially Hundreds of Thousands from the future clients who would of been sent your way.
