NOTHING was left plugged in, all these guys had to do was pull the power bar out from the wall!!! EASY RIGHT! BUT NOOOOOOOO they had to un plug everything. NOW I have to wait 5 FIVE days for cogeco to come and plug everything back in. I tried with Cogeco over the phone but didnt work. I went into the store to complain but the person who sold me a few thousand dollars didnt care and was kind of rude. She said " Thats why we tell people to un plug their own things" BTW she never told me that. She asked "Who was the sales person" I said You! I just dont like how she responded and not showing much interest now everything was paid in full. If you want a nice sales person DO NOT go to Floors Plus More. Because of this place I will not have cable for 5 days. Cogeco said a cord must be damaged for nothing to work.

It needed to be fade resistant and the sales person told me that they had a roll on sale and I liked the colour so I accepted the deal and paid the deposit. When the installer came I noticed right away that there were wide stripes in the carpet that looked to be lighter than the main carpet colour. I called right away and reached the lead installer. I sent a photo and he said, 'what am i looking at?'. The stripes are wide, about 3 inches each and the whole width of the carpet, kinda hard to miss. He said the salesman would come and inspect it. That was Monday. I have called, emailed and no one will respond. Now it's Thursday and I think that's it for service from Carpet Deals.ca. Please beware, it looks like I was duped.

The manager Ken kept us in the loop every step of the way and the scheduling done by Adam was perfect. When the day of install finally arrived and knowing there were 6 large rooms to be installed we were apprehensive that it might be too much to accomplish in one day after all we were along way from Burlington. However everything was so efficiently planned and expedited that we couldn't thank the three installers, Nail, Yusuf,Kilic, enough for their efforts. From the time they arrived they worked stopping for nothing. The cleanliness they left those rooms in was as good as I would have done myself. The furniture moving was professional and very much appreciated. All the old Berber and awful underpad disappeared into clear bags to be disposed of by them. At the end of only one day we sat back very happy with our purchase and choosing Alexanians to vacillate the change for us. Thanks

One of our installers found this joker from God knows where, because his installers all had left…read morehim. They did a job in Oakville for him and the story goes... this guy is always changing installers and not paying them, he talks way too much, a real smooth operator and he is unprofessional. He is very cheap and hackles his installers and charges client premium pricing. He finds any excuse to throw installer off the job when its near completed so he does not have to pay the full amount. He offers his installers, $1.00-$1.25 for nail down installation and charges his clients $3.00+ per sqft. After finding out from various installers of his behaviour and everyone seems scared to put a review up on him because he threatens these guys. I don't know how the hell he sleeps at night; but I will report him to the BBB, Floor Coverings head office and wherever else I need to. Please do not work for this sad excuse of a man he will just use you! He will look for any excuses not to pay! Even if he has to sabotage the job not to pay he would! What a poor excuse of a man!

Just finished getting a carpet runner installed on my stairs by Maple. The experience was great…read morefrom end to end. Found them at random (I think their Yelp add got my attention) and called the number. Haneef who is in charge called me back within a few minutes and accommodated my work schedule to set up a free visit to quote on the work. Once in my house he looked at the wallpaper, flooring and colour scheme and went back to his vehicle to bring some carpet samples that matched our decor. I much preferred this than having to go through the hundreds of options, Haneef has experience and taste and it was easier to choose from a small sample set than from a giant book. When he quoted the price I was happy, it was fair so I didn't negotiate. They promised 14 day turn around and within 5 days the carpet was fabricated and they called to schedule a Saturday morning install. The installers arrived on schedule, got to work quickly, and were done in an hour and a half. The stairs look great and the workmanship was excellent. I am a stickler for details and they really did a good job. The guys doing the work were polite and professional, and they cleaned up before taking off. I'm pretty happy. I love it when this sort of thing is easy and it was. Thanks Maple and Haneef, if I have another carpet need or set of stairs I will get in touch again.
