We ordered engineered hardwood and we needed it done fast. From walking into the store to getting the (free!) installation was less than two weeks. Phenomenal compared to Home Depot etc which has huge delays on supply and installation right now. The installers were very talented and managed to fit the flooring around various obstacles such as stair rails and radiator feet. They were also super fast, getting a hallway, two bedrooms and a living room done in half a day. Everyone was pleasant and a pleasure to work with. *I did a lot of research and price comparisons prior to buying. This is THE CHEAPEST place and they have a huge selection. We even went back and bought baseboards for another project because they were one third of the price of the big stores.*

Shawn told us exactly what he was going to do, exactly how long it would take and, frankly, I was sceptical. We had a list of four different projects that were required. All required a high level of skill to complete to our satisfaction. Shawn said he could do them in two days. He did exactly what he said he would. He did not try to pad the bill in any way. His second in command, Adam, was also highly capable and did exactly what he was asked, adding his knowledge and experience to each job. To top it all off, both men are a pleasure to work with. We will definitely use them again. Alan

It's helpful to see the tiles "in use", and also helpful to note the colours of the grout used with each tile. Overall, the selection is excellent and the staff is more than helpful. There's a wide array of styles, sizes and colours at many price-points. I quickly picked out a tile for my backsplash, but choosing a floor tile was harder. Both Faith and Carol helped me choose my floor tile. I visited twice, signing out out several tile samples and taking them home to stare at over several weeks. In the end, I chose one of the tiles that Carol suggested. There are a lot of tile places in the marketplace and it gets pretty confusing, but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Centura Tile to anyone looking for tile.

I called around and got 4 different estimates - 3 estimates were over the phone, but Rainbow was the only company to come out in person and inspect what needed to be done. Fred was punctual, kind, knowledgeable. His price estimate was in line with the others I received, but most importantly, because he came out in person to inspect the hardwood planks themselves, he was able to warn me there was a risk that redoing the floors may lead to ruining what was already there. In the end, that risk combined with the cost for a colour change wasn't worth it for me - but if I had gone with anyone else, I might have had to tear out all of my floors and redo the whole thing. So I can confidently say that you can trust Fred and I will highly recommend him to my friends... and to you. Thanks again for the visit, Fred. All the best!
