Home Lighting...less the "lighting"…read more Guess I have no choice but to generously give them 1 star. Bought 3 pendant light fixtures from this store. They wrote out the type of bulbs to get but unfortunately these bulbs are virtually impossible to get. After numerous trips to try to find them we called the store yet again to tell them we were returning them. They were less than helpful, rude and promised they would look into it and get back to us but of course didn't. We were also informed that they do not accept returns and that it wasn't their problem..."they aren't in the light bulb business", imagine that...a light fixture store that isn't in the light bulb business! I would definitely recommend this store, but only if you are looking to purchase pretty things to hang from your ceiling that you can enjoy during bright sunny days or when you and your guests are wearing your worm picker headlamps that you purchased at Canadian Tire (which by the way come with the light bulbs)

He made a couple calls and got back to me even when he realized an electrician was not my solution. Told me how he could help, but also informed me of the things that could make his efforts wasted. Something I know, from experience, that others count on for repeat business. A customer service quality/value I haven't experienced in too long. Can't PAY, for that! When I need an electrician, I WILL call Mark. No idea what he charges!

In total, we have purchased 6 fixtures and couldn't be more pleased with them and the service we received from the staff. First we bought a fixture for our kitchen that didn't work well in the space. The shoppe was more than willing to take take it back even though it was opened and they worked with us to find a better piece. The next time we were there we bought s few more fixtures, including a large one fir our dinning room. After a few weeks we noticed that the organza on the shade was pealing off. I was a bit irritated by this but when I called to complain the staff were amazing and ordered me two more! Not only this, they trusted me enough that I didn't even have to bring in the original shade. I've never seen this type of service. I was very impressed, now I refer everyone there :)

I wish I'd found this place years ago. I have a beautiful lamp that I purchased nearly 20 years ago…read morefrom Restoration Hardware that I still love as much as the day I purchased it. Sadly, over the years we've had some issues with the switch. We've tried to fix it ourselves and we suspected it needed a whole new socket. We attempted to dismantle it to no avail and I had even tried to find somewhere to take it but didn't have much luck at the time. I knew it was going to take forever to find it's equal. It had taken us ages to find this lamp and I was sad to think that it had seen its last days. In one last ditch effort, I searched again for a company that we might be able to take it to... and I found Ajax Lighting. I gave them a call and they said to bring it in. It has a beautiful oil rubbed bronze finish and I'm not going to lie, I was a little worried it would end up getting scratch but a few days later, I had it back and it looks and works perfectly! I couldn't be happier! I would definitely recommend Ajax Lighting for repairs.

So I spent several weeks searching for a new, name brand, car audio system...with good sound, navigation/blue tooth/cd-dvd, as my main requirements. I also needed a company to install AND issue a warranty with their product(s). Like most people, I searched the internet...and got completely saturated!!! Tons of cheap off shore crap with very little, if any back up. American companies with good systems but no Canadian maps for their nav' systems...and on and on!!! I checked out Gibby's with local people I work with and received no negative comments. I spoke with Roland at Gibby's and liked what I heard. I took the 40 minute drive to the store and spoke with Roland and other staff members...Everyone made our visit feel good. I decided to buy and have installed an Alpine INE-W960HDMI DVD/GPS Navigation Receiver With SiriusXM...(a system that I had previously checked out on line and had ear marked). VERDICT: I am very happy with my choice of system, (Alpine INE-W960HDMI DVD/GPS Navigation Receiver With SiriusXM) and with the installation done by Gibby's staff. Thank you to Rolland, Scott and Sean for all your help and advice which made my decision to go with Gibby's that much easier...and YES, I do recommend you go to Gibby's and check them out.
