We were looking for a good pizza place and definitely found it at Tilda's. The building is super cool and unique, they have parking around the back so you don't have to park on the street and it's relatively close to everything important in Rochester. I ended up getting the Caesar salad and the Bongo Pizza. Caesar salad was amazing. It had the perfect amount of dressing and the Parmesan was delicious. The Bongo pizza was everything I expected and more. I was skeptical of blackberries on pizza but it was seriously one of the best pizzas I've had in a long time. Our server was kind and very attentive. We will most definitely be back if we ever make it back into town.

I ordered delivery from Tildas to try it out. The food tasted really nice. Fresh ingredients, and the crust was yummy. If this could have been priced more like $10 per pizza it would be a great option, but as it stands, 1 pizza, 1 pasta, 1 order of bread and the cost was too much. Here is my receipt, keep in mind a little extra for door dash.

We had a wonderful meal at Tilda's Pizzeria in Rochester! The salad was only a half serving, but was very filling. The pizzas were perfectly cooked crust were flaky and delicious and the toppings were a wonderful combination of flavors!

We just had take out from Tilda's for the first time and I'm sad to say that it was just good. A little underwhelming based on the price. We expected a bigger pizza for $20. The crust is amazing, and it isn't that the pizza didn't taste good, it did - however, the top didn't seem done enough and it could've used more sauce and cheese. There's a ton of potential here, great location, beautiful interior plus a great patio outside - and we had really great service while waiting at the bar for our order to be ready. I'm curious to see if it improves once they've been open longer. We will give it another chance - support local small business!

Margarita pizza with sausage. Unevenly spread toppings and cut in uneven slices
    Troy D.

$20 for a one size take out pizza that is "woodfire" cooked seems a little overpriced even for being a "downtown" restaurant. If you are paying that much, you would think that the slices would be evenly cut and that the toppings be somewhat evenly spread out. The flavor is definitely there in terms of a balanced sauce and well cooked crust, but the overall value and presentation makes this a try it once and probably not again. There are a handful of other local pizza joints in town that are just a little more bang for your buck.

Yesterday she completed her treatments and I took her to Terza to celebrate. Everything was superb - beginning with the spot on attentive wait staff service, very well crafted Negroni cocktail (love that they use Amaro Montenegro over run of the mill Rosso Vermouth), and the crazy good deep fried cheese balls. These were served with the house "Mother Sauce", which is the chef's grandmother's home recipe. My first comment to the staff was that they could close the restaurant and simply sell this sauce in jars at the grocery store and retire - it's that good. On to the main course, mom had the chicken scallopini with house made taglietelle and I had the house made gnocchi. The chicken was pounded thin and tender, breading perfectly seasoned and sauce well. Generous portion served with 4 cutlets and a nice side of pasta. The house made pasta was tender and paired with a really delicious mushroom sauce (I could just have plate of that for dinner and be happy). But the star of the show was the gnocchi. I have had many gnocchi in Italy. I have made many gnocchi at home. If you have had gnocchi you probably know it can be light or it can sit like a rock in your belly. This gnocchi was on another level. It was so delicate and fluffy, and sauteed to give it a nice browned surface. I cannot say enough about what a skilled and delicate hand it takes to make a gnocchi like this. I would drive the 5 hours back to Rochester just to eat this again. We finished our meal with the dessert special. It was a lemon semolina cake with a perfect sugary crust and an incredible whipped vanilla-marscapone cream and blueberry sauce. Umm - can I have another please? I don't know what else to say but if you are NEAR Rochester you should go eat at Terza.

The interior was lovely and the service was excellent and attentive. Our meal did not disappoint, either. We had the croquets with arroz con pollo, avocado crema, but no cilantro (my wife is allergic to it). Very tasty, as were our cocktails. My wife had the risotto with braised beef cheek (so tender!), roasted oyster mushrooms, veal demi-glace, and parmesan. Unctuous and umami. I had the Bucatini -- blue crab with anchovy butter and red pepper pesto. I'm a sucker for anchovies and the anchovy butter, once stirred into the pasta, was absolutely delicious and really complimented the crab. A truly savory and decadent treat. We were really pleased with our experience at Our Paladar and we look forward to coming back when we visit Rochester again in the not too distant future.

Overall we had a really good experience here, the pizza was very good and tasted great. It's a small footprint, limited seating, probably has 4-5 tables, plus a couple of outside tables, and bench seating along the windows. If you are a new customer you can join their rewards program and get 10% off your first purchase, so we got the large Chicago Style Pizza with Sausage, Onions, Green Peppers. My dad said the double dough pizza is really good too. They bring the pizza out piping hot in the cardboard box, and it was superb. They don't skimp on the cheese here that's for sure. I would have liked a little more sauce with my pizza. But the taste was superb and quality was very good. Crust was flavorful, you will want to eat it all - maybe dip it in garlic butter or some red sauce. The large was plenty for 3 of us as we had about 3 large slices left over to take home. They do specials here, today was a pasta special but we were set on the pizza which was good enough. I gave them 5-stars because the food was really good and the service was helpful and attentive. I think they could tweak a couple of things to make it better - - for example we wanted ice water but they do not have an ice machine (huh?). So we got lukewarm tap water from their sink. Tasted fine, but I think an ice machine would be nice added touch. I think maybe they want you to buy the bottled water. Also - I think when they serve pizza in-house, they should serve it on a platter, and then when there are leftovers to give the customer the right-sized (smaller) box. We only had 3 pieces left yet had to take the very large box home which doesn't fit in the fridge. Plus it's waste and over utilization. We could have gotten smaller to-go boxes, that way it's a win win for everyone. But overall we were very happy with our meal here. I would definitely come back, and I wish I had more time to try their double dough pizza as my dad said he really likes it. The Chicago Pizza here was really good and it's always good to carb up especially when it gets cold up there in Minnesota
