We encountered this particular food truck at an event at Ridge Community High School and I thought it an odd choice but we decided to give them a try. After reviewing the menu we spoke to the gentleman working the outside about the offerings. He explained that everything is made to order and we could special order however we wanted based on what they had available. We ordered the Thai Sweet and Sour with chicken and an order of Thai Egg Rolls. The first thing you have to realize is that is is all quite different from what most of us are used to when we get Chinese food in this country. There is some similarity and yet they are very different. You can choose the level of heat you want with this food. We went mild as I was sharing with my children. The food had wonderful flavor and we ate all of it between 3 of us. We each got an egg roll and they were also very different from what we were used to and they were fabulous. One of the big things for me is that it made me want to try more offerings from food trucks as they can offer more variety than most restaurants over time. Menus may be limited but the trucks I have tried from seem to all take a lot of pride in what they serve. Given the opportunity I would try more from this one. I received my order about 20 minutes later. There was a clump of hot chili paste on some of the noodles. It was spicy. They threw the hot sauce on and didn't mix it. I have had better Thai food. It was ehhh for food truck. Had better quality pad Thai elsewhere for sure. I was super hungry though so I ate the majority of the pad Thai except for the clumps of noodles that had the hot chili paste.

Yes, I have had better more authentic, but around here they will become a go to when they are in town as their food was very delicious. The service was good. Not a bad wait about 30 minutes to get our order. They were busy on a wonderful evening so sitting outside was enjoyable. Each order is made fresh as the orders are placed. So if you happen to see this food truck in your area give them a try as you won't be disappointed.

We were seated within 2 minutes of arriving despite having a full table and the place was spotless. The tables were clean, the floor was clean, and despite its small location it didn't feel cramped. The only complaint I have about the place itself was the other guests were obnoxiously loud and nothing was done about it. Not talking wise but I mean watching videos on their phones loud. The food however was a hit and a miss. My group and I shared our dishes so we could try multiple things. While the plating was beautiful and clean the menu was sparse on information and relied heavily on you knowing what these dishes were beforehand or asking questions. The hibachi was wonderful, very flavorful and well cooked and arrived within minutes. The soup and salad was fresh and probably the best part of the entire meal. The sushi however, which is what this place is known for according to those we asked beforehand, was the worst part of the meal. The second worst sushi I've ever had actually (the worst being Publix). The fish was soggy and flavorless, to the point it was literally sliding off the rice and many of us just abandoned it altogether. Usually I can tell what type of fish I'm eating from one bite. I could not with Fancy Q. ETA: I forgot to mention the sushi also took a very long time to arrive. Over 30 minutes. Overall I feel the best parts were the service and soup/salad. I am uncertain if I would go back. Perhaps with a large group again but not on my own. I would be willing to try different locations.

I got the Trio and it was amazing. They drizzled the perfect amount of sauce on it. The salmon was so buttery and the tuna and hamachi tasted so fresh. It comes with masago, mixed greens, carrots, cucumber, asparagus, wakame, edamame and spicy may/sweet eel sauce. It is pure perfection and I couldn't have thought up a better bowl if I tried. When I ordered they said it would be 15 minutes and they were right on the money. They text when your order is ready. The people working there are really nice. It was easy to find a table close by. I love how bright and airy this food hall is. I would go to this place every time.

The chicken also was juicy and retained a bit of crunch when eaten with the slightly spicy curry sauce. I even was surprised by the rice which is usually cooked too mushy for my taste, but had a great texture. Worth a try for sure!
