I have lived in NC for 15 years now, and my Texas taste buds for hot foods are cooling way down. I use to think Chuy's was mild, but now everything is warm spice wise. Not, overpowering just a lot more spicery than I remember. This not a criticism of Chuy's just that my taste buds have changed. A problem of aging again. I switched to a margarita with Casamigos mezcal and it was amazing. Overall, a solid spot in Fenton for good food, especially if you're with a group.
