We walked in and the young lady behind the counter was friendly, but just like the first time no strawberries for the Berry Splash Snow Biing. That's two times now, same issue. What really frustrated me though was trying to call ahead before making the trip, only to find out their phone number is disconnected. When I asked about it in person, I was told their phone just doesn't work anymore. It's hard to serve customers if they can't even reach you. In the end, it was another wasted trip, and my very last.
