    Taro milk tea
    Shen T.

Had my typical taro boba milk tea. Nice thing was the boba are honey flavoured. I asked for half ice and half sugar. I've was half but it was still very sweet with 1/2 sugar? Overall, it was a nice treat to take back to my hotel to enjoy for the night

Classic Asian modern tea shop. You can customize your order in multiple ways and there's tons of flavors to choose from. Shared parking lot fills up fast, but there's plenty along the street as well.

Winter melon tea with herbal & nata jelly

My favorite winter melon tea. So refreshing and not too sweet. I'm glad they open one in MG. When they had their soft opening, I think I had KF Tea twice a week. It's so good.

    Cocoa cream wow milk cap

I ordered the "cocoa cream wow milk cap". What a mouthful to say, but also drink! The milk was cold and the boba was warm, which made for an interesting contrast while drinking it. I loved the chewy texture of the boba, which tasted freshly prepared. I'm looking forward to coming back and trying the other drinks on their menu!

Rose Hip Milk Tea with Tapioca Pearls (Large)

When I go to a boba shop, my order is the strawberry milk tea with a black tea base, with tapioca pearls and strawberry popping boba. Unfortunately this shop doesn't supply that. However the baristas were super helpful and shared their knowledge of what would be similar. I got a rose-hip milk tea, with tapioca boba, which in flavour, it is very similar to blueberry smoothies. While it isn't my favorite, it was very good. The tapioca pearls were very good, soft with a little resistance in the middle. They fit through the straw with little suction. Overall, the service was fantastic along side the drink.

Love the rose and taro milk teas!

I will also try any ginger shots they have; I just love ginger. And the smoothie bowls are incredible. I always try a different one and have not been disappointed. The shop is super cute and clean. It has an inviting atmosphere with lots of color and plants. And it is a local, family-run business, so even better. They also do events and specials for holidays, like today! We went because they had their Valentine's Day menu available. I got a matcha chia seed pudding, a banana matcha drink, a pink ginger shot, and the double date smoothie bowl. I think they are all my new favorites. The chia seed pudding had a great matcha flavor and wasn't too sweet. The banana matcha drink is tasty with cacao and rose, definitely a treat! The smoothie bowl was amazing. It had a cherry smoothie base with strawberries, raspberries, bananas, chocolate, and coconut. It might be my new favorite. I really hope they add it to their menu. I would highly recommend this spot for a fresh, fruit-forward meal or drink. It is clear that the owner takes a lot of pride in their work, and you can see their mom working as well. They are so sweet and quick, and want you to have a good time. Stop by anytime, but especially during their special menus!

Smooth, refreshing, and just the right touch of floral. That alone was enough to impress me, but what really got me back in the door? The chocolate chip cookie I didn't grab the first time around. You guys! Let me say this with all the excitement I can put into words: this is the best chocolate chip cookie I've ever had. Seriously. Thick, with crispy edges and a soft, gooey center -- every bite was perfect. I'm still thinking about it. I also picked up a cheddar frittata to take home, and the staff gave me simple instructions on how to reheat it -- it turned out great. Shoutout to Annette, who was so friendly and made my morning visit even better. I left with a huge smile thanks to the great customer service. I even got to meet the owners on my first visit, and they were just as warm and welcoming. Honour Coffee is the kind of place you want to keep all to yourself, but it's too good not to share. I'll keep recommending it to friends and coming back to enjoy their thoughtful menu, cozy vibe, and amazing people. This place is truly something special.

I stumbled into this Grey Fox opening by accident- I was walking through Dayton's in the skyway (as…read moreone does) and saw a crowd gathered on the second floor on the Nicollet Mall side. Grey Fox had recently opened, and they were giving away coffee and pastries. I am not a huge coffee drinker, and when I do drink coffee, it's at least 50% milk or sugar, so I did not try any of the roasts being offered in the carafes. I did, however, try all four of the muffin and pastry options- all of them were yum. They also offer blended drinks/smoothies, a variety of teas, and breakfast foods. This is a convenient spot for anyone who works downtown and the seating area had plenty of tables. I was intrigued by the Specialty Drinks. Grey Fox uses a printer and coffee grounds (I think) to make intricate designs on beverages (see photo). I ordered a decaf hazelnut latte (the bear) and my friend ordered the Fox in the Woods (the fox). Both were delicious, and I can't wait to go back and try the Nutty Squirrel. Only four stars right now because I have only tried a few menu items, but this could increase as I try more! *Updated, I went back at a peak time (around 9 am on a weekday), and despite the number of people, the line moved fast and my drink came out quickly. I got the Nutty Squirrel (pictured with the rose), and it was delicious.
