The texture and taste isn't something I am able to find in other places near my area (I have tried looking). I have done both in store ordering using the tablet and via online. Both options were easy to navigate. If visiting in store, there might a wait since it seems this place is popular. There is available seating inside. There are little tables, benches and stools if you decide to stay for a little bit. Parking situation varies. Both times I went, on Sundays, there were ample parking and no issues. Wish they would come to the SFV.

Two signs on the counter instructed patrons to not touch drinks and show their drink number upon pick up. The owner was super vigilant and responsive about the issues and I really appreciate that. I have had nothing but great experiences at the other 3cat locations like Arcadia and San Gabriel so I'm glad to see that Ktown is finally catching up.

There's also seating now, which I don't think there was before! I got the Mango Grapefruit Book this time, and it was not too sweet! There's a really strong mango and coconut flavor, though the grapefruit can be a little bitter. The service worker there was also very kind and answered a lot of my and the other guests' questions. I definitely think this location is worth checking out! For a parking tip, park at the Beverly Hills Public Parking garage down the street. It's one hour free!

So glad that this location opened up in Beverly Hills. It's located right on Rodeo Drive, so…read moretraffic in the area can get pretty packed, but I haven't had any issues finding parking in the structure directly behind the store. There is also some street parking available, though it can be a bit difficult to find an open spot. Service at this location is okay, sometimes good and friendly and other times not so much. It doesn't bother me too much since I don't interact with them very often though. I usually order online and pick up at the counter, which I find much more convenient. Recently, I believe they extended the delivery area on the map to LA, but I haven't gotten the chance to try that out yet. They often run offers and promotions on their app, so I definitely recommend ordering online. You can also add a sticker to your cup when ordering online (if you draw your own it takes about a day to get it approved)! The interior is pretty small, so more of a grab-n-go, and it has a nice modern, clean aesthetic. The drinks are consistently pretty great! My go‑to orders are the Mango Coconut Boom and the Mango Grapefruit Boom. Super refreshing and fruity and the grapefruit adds a little tart, sour kick to the mango. I also really like the Triple Supreme Matcha and I recently tried the new seasonal King Jasmine Guava, and it wasn't bad at all too (the stickers are also super cute). Overall, really happy that this location opened, and the drinks are super good and keep me coming back.

This review is for the King Jasmine Guava ($7.99) only!!…read more I don't like slushies or chunky drinks so I've had sips of their coconut mango and grape slushie before and didn't enjoy it... but that would be unfair since I don't like those types of drinks in general. So anyways Heytea was completely off my radar because I figured I wasn't their target audience (which is fair) HOWEVERRR this new guava drink has me in a chokehold!! It's not thick and chunky like their other stuff. And it's actually good?? I hate that it's good because I went from a Heytea hater to a Heytea frequenter. It's floral, fragrant and it's a perfect mix of guava and milk/cream. Never would I have thought to pair guava and dairy together BUT IT WORKS SOMEHOW. Think strawberries and cream... but guava. The jasmine tea isn't prominent but it's there as a base layer and definitely smells soooo good. The guava taste is strong and I don't know what magic they put in there but it's not artificial and gross. The cream on top is nice too! I tend to drink from the lid the first and just enjoy the cream and then afterwards I'll mix it in with the drink. It's $8 which is pricey.... But I hate that I like it. I've gotten it like 5 times this month alone. They ran out of stickers but the drink is still just as good!

They use Straus organic milk and Califia Farms almond and oat milks. This location is 30 minutes away from us (if there's no traffic). Love that many locations have opened up! We also go to the Ktown and Pasadena locations. We try to find an excuse to go whenever possible! Ambience is clean and modern. They have an online ordering page which we often use especially during peak times. Each location has their own ordering page which can be accessed from their main website. https://www.oootea.world/us Our favorite drink is the Champion Milk Tea $7.50 + $1 boba +.50 almond milk (total $9)--love the red oolong tea! To make the drink more affordable, we have been forgoing the cream foam ($1) by ordering Red Oolong Milk Tea. Today we ordered the Red Oolong Milk Tea $6.50 with Wintermelon Silk Boba $1 + .50 almond milk (total $8). I like 25% sweetness and no ice (they still shake it with ice to make it cold). My husband got the Jasmine Green Milk Tea $6.50 (floral) plus Jasmine Silk Boba $1. His preference is 50% sweetness with less ice (5 pieces). I like to savor my drink over a few days. The jelly based bobas hold up well in the fridge (compared to the black sugar boba which harden). Fyi: 1) Satisfaction guaranteed! This encourages customers to try new offerings on the menu with no risk! In the past, I got 0% sweetness, and it didn't taste good so they gladly remade the drink for me! I noticed they now have a 10% sweetness (mini sugar) option which I want to try next time. 2) Loyalty program through Toast! Add your phone number at checkout to accrue loyalty points. 3) Good quality milks! They use Straus organic milk and Califia Farms almond and oat milks. Next time: I would like to try the Yuzu Matcha Silk Boba ($7.50). It doesn't allow no ice option which is why I didn't order it this time.

I'm thinking we're already starting off on the wrong foot paying for a nonorganic substitution. There is a screen with countdown times, which put our drink at 14 minutes to service. So we're away for 4 minutes and come back. Timer is still counting down. A few others have their drinks called out. Apparently our cold drink was warming there when we walked in. We finally go up since our timer says 'almost done'. And she hands us the drink that has been sitting there for 10 minutes while other names have been called. Why have a screen with a timer if it's not accurate or the employees aren't using it? She turns to remake my daughter's drink - I would have been happy with an apology, but no one offered it. I was shocked when she remade it, it took 30 seconds! Then why the long wait times? Something is not right with the customer experience for $8 drink and given there are a dozen boba shops on just that block, I don't think we'll be back.
