Finally, I went to the front desk and asked what the delay was, and I was told that there was a shortage of technicians due to several people running late and calling out. Nobody bothered to tell me this while I was waiting. I said that I could not stay any longer as I had other obligations and would have to leave. There were several staff members at the front desk and they were very nonchalant about the whole thing, they simply said OK and let me leave. I thought there would be more of an apology or an attempt to reschedule me, but there was not. Fast forward many months later and I decided to give Rose Couture another try for a regular manicure and pedicure. My experience was not much better than the first. While they were on time, they initially missed my request for a female technician which I had stated to the receptionist who scheduled me online. A male who appeared to be a manager, realized it at the last minute and switched my technician to a female and the girl he switched me to did not seem pleased about it (mid forties Asian woman with blue/gray eyes) and was unfriendly during the service. I also ordered a complementary drink when I checked in, and it was never brought to me. I had to ask another staff member for the drink. Lastly, the salon did not seem very clean to me, there was a lot of debris on the floor that had not been swept up and a lot of the tables were dirty. Overall, I question the hygiene and the cleanliness of this place in addition to the lack of customer service and smooth operations. Given the other options in Southlake, I'm not sure that I would be returning for a third time.

I decided to get Lashes and I was referred here from Colleyville Moms. My first full set hurt my eyes to blink into sleep. The lashes were glued to my skin and not onto my actual lash like it should be. I went one more time to see if the experience would be different. However, it was exactly the same but this time my lashes were clumped and they hurt so bad I went and tried to separate him, and as they separated, they came off in clumps, and you know how your lashes look when you don't have proper lashing lashes should be done as fans and not on top of each other. My lashes are ruined because of this and I am having to put lash serum back on. I think they need more training on how to place the Lashes they should not be touching the skin at all.

I received a $100 discount as a new customer but was quoted $150.00 (with the discount applied already) for a hybrid set... I thought it was a bit overpriced ($250 regular price for hybrid).
