Miriam was my waxer and she was very nice and told me she could tell I was a bit nervous but she made the entire experience great. She warmed me up with smaller strips that didn't even hurt as badly as I anticipated. She did warn me about the main ones that would hurt since they take off the most hair but she guided me through the pain which was really amazing and comforting. During the session, she was very friendly and was talking to me about things waxing and not waxing. It went amazing and I definitely recommend anyone who has never had a wax to come here. My brows look great and the whole waxing process was quicky and pretty painless. My appointment was about 15 minutes long and I felt more like I was hanging out with a friend than getting a wax. After a tiktok went viral of my experience the manager decided to call me the next day even though she was on the phone with the front desk when I was there the day before but didn't want to speak to me then. The waxer humiliated me just because I have a disability! That is illegal and is discrimination! The manager offered free service and advised me to go to a different location next time where they are trained better! Really?
