Take is their motto. You bring up issues to them and they prefer to stick by their workers word instead of the client. Even after showing them proof. I was signed up for the monthly volume lash. This cost is 189 dollars a month that doesn't make sense. Everything on their price list is up charged it's never the original price that they actually advertise on the price list. I can go on and on at this point.. I paid 25 dollars for my son's hair cut and they charged him an extra 25. On top of that they didn't even cut his hair correctly they also didn't wash or dry it. When he tried to correct the girl she was rude and pushed him out. The language barrier didn't help any. Super awkward moment.
