I went to this location about 3 weeks ago. They had been open about 30 minutes. I stood in the door and yelled "Hello" for 5 minutes without acknowledgement from any of the workers in the back. I could see them through the window and no one came to the front lobby and I know they heard me. I left and purchased some great cookies from Cookie Society. You guys missed out on a large order because of poor customer service. read more

Great cookies! This was a favorite in Austin when I lived there. It was opened by UT grads, so I like the fact that I'm supporting fellow alumni! In the past few years, they've expanded to Dallas as well but Austin is where they are most popular. They mainly do online orders but also take pop-ins (which is how I do it). Best cookies I would say are chocolate chip and oatmeal raisin, but it's really a matter of what type of cookie you like -- they seem to do all the flavors well. The best dessert they have is the Tiffwich -- 2 warm cookies with ice cream in the middle. Heaven! read more

L O V E the sweets you can call, order & have delivered to loved ones! Quick responses and deliveries.

UPDATE: Executive VP of marketing reached out to me to mend my distasteful experience. This shows how much this brand cares about their customers. I will continue to regular this establishment. I LOVE Tiff's Treats! They have literally the best cookies that I've ever tasted. The reason I am giving this location three stars instead of the full 5 that they deserve is because they would not honor an online offer in store when their website was not working and their phones were busy. I tried all morning to get ahold of 3 different Dallas locations before making the trip up there to get cookies for my entire office but was unsuccessful. If a company releases a coupon they should uphold it. Plain and simple. read more

So freaking good, I cannot even explain. What a great idea to send someone warm cookies and cold milk at work or home for no reason- or a birthday. I have ordered a few boxes before for my husband and had them sent to his work, and his whole office loves them. I love their concept, and I LOVE their cookies. read more

I've never physically been here or tried their treats but the next time I'm in Texas I will definitely be stopping by! I ordered a delivery for a special couple on their anniversary and they were diligent and very accommodating with the delivery times. The couple was so happy! Thank you Tiff's Treats! read more

Tiff's Treats - Home packaged and ready for KIML. (anagram) - Desserts Near Me - Addison, Texas

To celebrate a 2 year anniversary, my job presented its employees with a voucher to get a dozen cookies and a pint of ice cream from Tiff Treats. That morning I used the voucher to purchase cookies for myself and sent a batch to a friend. The order was placed at 11ish am, to be delivered by 12:45-1:00. My friend receives their cookies and promptly sent me a thank you, however, mine never came. I called the number online from my order and discovered that my order never got put in. I was obviously disappointed. The store said they saw my order and would get my cookies out to me as soon as possible. After about 5 min. I received a call from Jacob, who said my cookies were being baked and that he would personally deliver them along with any extra item of my choice. I chose a fudge brownie. He sent a text to let me know he was on his way and about 10 minutes later, I received my delicious cookies, pint of ice cream and brownie. Jacob was awesome for turning an awful circumstance into an awesome one. Tiff Treats Addison, for the win!' Thank you!! read more

These cookies are amazing! See my full review and cookie photos on my blog, link below. http://wp.me/p4RyAk-48 read more

Terrible service and food. The guy that took our order literally was rushing us out of there. The cookies were hard, the four year old I was babysitting couldn't even eat them. The ice cream looked like it was freezer burned and she didn't finish eating it. Will not be back to his location. Richardson location is way better. read more

You have got to be kidding me on this place! My husband and I were in the mood for a cookie and yelped a place close. This one came up as 4 stars so we decided to try it. Walked in to this little tiny store front with a case about the size of a cardboard box with cookies. At $1 a cookie about 3 inches in size we got 4. We got them warmed up, took our first bite and both had nothing but disappointment! Not worth it. Trust me! I love my desserts and this place sucked. read more

Warm cookies and milk delivered to your door? What isn't to love? The flavors are very basic but this isn't about creativity as much as it is doing something simple but very well. If you sign up for their email list you get coupons once a week. (They also usually have a special flavor some weeks or for the holidays.) The coupons aren't usually too useful for 1 person, but maybe for a big order for work? The prices get a little steep for bigger orders, but it's worth it for an office group, perhaps! read more

Meh---maybe if they were fresh out the oven but they Asked if we wanted them heated and tossed them in the microwave for 10 seconds-The cookies tasted nothing more than that cookie dough you buy at the grocery store that's already precut read more

Super nice! They didn't have any delivery time slots available but they open at 8 a.m.--yep IN THE MORNING--for pick ups. Saved the day. It just wouldn't be Valentine's Day without Tiff's chocolate chip cookies and brownies! read more

After my previous review, the marketing manager at Tiff's Treats contacted me to ask me to give them another shot to impress me! He informed me that the Tiffwich (ice cream sandwich) is supposed to be made with warmed cookies before putting ice cream in between, so I will try that again next time. He arranged for two dozen (!!!) warm, fresh cookies to be delivered to my office for me and my staff. We received chocolate chip, oatmeal raisin, snickerdoodle and white chocolate chip almond. They were delivered exactly at the pre-arranged time and were warm, soft and fresh, as promised. I found a new favorite as well, snickerdoodle. I am definitely impressed, both with the cookies, and with Tiff's Treats' willingness to listen to feedback and ensure customers have a good experience. Will certainly be back to the storefront as well as have cookies delivered! read more

I just received a box of cookies and brownies sent by my sweet husband from Tiff's Treats. The cookies were warm and fresh out of the oven when they arrived. I passed them around to everyone in the office and listened as everyone oohed and ahhed about how yummy they are. I would definetly call Tiff's when I want to surprise someone or make their day! read more

I've always loved this place ever since the good ole college days at UT (Austin of course) when they used to be a one shop establishment. I'm pretty glad they have them now in strategic places as they are my go-to place for sweets after lunch/dinner. My usual is the Tiffwich using the white chocolate almond cookies, gooooood stuff! They did once have a bacon flavored cookie and that was also pretty darn good, but I have never seen it displayed ever since that one time =(. Only reason why I knocked off 1 star is because the cookies themselves can get a bit overly sweet. That's probably the reason why I get the Tiffwich to mellow out the sweetness with ice cream. Nonetheless it's always a pleasure visiting Tiff's Treats to grab my Tiffwich craving. read more

Got a Tiff treats ice cream sandwich with cookie and ice cream. Worth eating the whole thing, but not worth going back! Perfect place to get a quick sweet treat. Would rather buy a pint at Bluebell from the store with some store bought or oven baked cookies. read more

Great cookies. Always made on time and they are on schedule for their deliveries. Love that the cookies are delivered out of the oven and are still warm and gooey! read more

These cookies are a dollar each...and I will gladly pay it. They are worth every penny. I love these cookies, they are buttery and moist with crispy edges. I wish they weren't so small! Omg this is my favorite place to get cookies. The M&Ms cookie is my favorite followed by peanut butter and who doesn't like chocolate chip. The cookies are warm and gooey and just awesome. I've visited other locations but this location always has cookies available and they've never messed up my delivery orders. The staff is never the same but they're always courteous and ready to serve with a smile. read more

5 stars, oh no... it's not possible.... Really yelpers? The deliver warm just made cookies AND milk to your home of office!!! Excellent quality with fresh made cookies delivered is perfect. Stop your ban on 5 star ratings yelp snobs. read more

I love how quick and easy this gift is! They have great add-ons like balloons and special boxes upgrading this delicious treat to a nice present for a missed event or surprise for someone you love! I've used this service twice. The first time I had to pick up my order and drive it to the location myself -- because they don't have any delivery in Fort Worth :( The second, however, went off without a hitch. I ordered and they were delivered the next day. Everyone I've given them too, find them to be such a treat and they are super delicious! read more

Tiffs Treats is a must try bakery. Their cookies are perfect. Their customer service is phenomenal as well. They forgot a drink with my order and came back within 30 minutes to fix it! I'm just visiting Dallas, but will tell everyone I know in Houston and Dallas about this place. Truly amazing! read more

I have used Tiff's treats over 10 times, and everytime they shine. The cookies are a hit with everyone I send them to, and the deliveries are on-time and accurate. I only have had one issue, and Tiff's Treats took care of it above and beyond my expectations. If you want to switch it up and send something original to those you love, use Tiff's! read more

Had an oatmeal cookie and macadamia ice cream Sandwich right before the comedy show. Good stuff!

Wow y'all. Tiffs treats is the best cookie on earth. I mean I honestly don't know how to describe the freshness of these lil cookies. And the delivery is always right on schedule. Ordered with them multiple times and always 100% satisfied. Do yourself a favor and get a treat from ole Tiff!!!! read more

Strange drop off policy: They call the recipient before actually scheduling the delivery. In doing so, any element of surprise is ruined. If you're not wanting the delivery to be known to the recipient, don't place their contact information on the form. Unlike other delivery services, this information is not only there if something goes wrong. Per the website (which I read after it was too late), they call each recipient before hand. Won't be ordering anymore surprise deliveries with Tiff's Treats. Ah, Insomnia Cookies or flowers next time! read more

Nice play to get some cookies or a baller ice cream sandwich. All the cookies are soft and chewy, baked throughout the day. Try the cookie ice cream sandwich with snicker doodle cookie.... its amazing. The place is a good place to just top by and get cookies to satisfy yoru cravings. read more

The cookies here are freakin' PHENOMINAL! It's crazy to me that anyone would rate them less than 5 stars... I mean, are cookies EVER a bad thing?? Uhmm, NO. I've had the chocolate chip and the snickerdoodle and they were so yummy! Fresh, hot, ooey gooey. I just saw them on groupon tonight, which reminded me that I needed to leave them a review. :) Can't wait to try the brownies; That's next on my list! read more

I just left here for the second time and I believe it will be my last. Everything I've gotten here has had an old, weird flavor. There's definitely something off about these cookies. They taste like they use extremely cheap ingredients and then try to make up for it by adding way too much sugar. It doesn't work. I'm a serious fan of good cookies, but these are in no way good. JD Chippery is my favorite so far. read more

Tiff's Treats is seriously the best thing to happen to me since I had an Easy Bake Oven. The brownies are freaking amazing and the cookies are hot and fresh every single time. The best part, of course, is that they DELIVER! Sign up for their emails to receive coupons weekly and save big - especially for Boss' Day, Birthdays, etc. read more

Call me crazy but we came when it was less than 30 degrees F outside. Not a soul in sight that night. I was craving something sweet in between a cake and ice-cream. So despite the blasting arctic front coming in, my boyfriend and I shared a chocolate cookie ice cream sandwich in the car (they don't have a seating area inside). They have several different types of cookies and their menu is simple enough to comprehend. Ice cream + cookie = good. Just don't get addicted to them otherwise you will have to spend hours at the gym burning off those cookies. read more

I've ordered Tiff's treats to be delivered as a gift multiple times and I always seem to mess up an address or time for delivery. But the Tiff's treats employees always help me fix my mistakes and never give me any problems or attitude. They're always very understanding and always deliver within the time period requested, even with a redelivery! Its not always easy to deliver to someone as a surprise without asking directly for an address but even if you get it wrong the first time they're very accommodating. If you're someone that wants to deliver this as a gift I definitely recommend it! They work with you to make it right! On top of that the cookies are fresh and delicious, every time they were delivered to me they were still warm. This is a great concept with great customer service! read more

I used to love going to Tiff's treats. This is my first time at this location and I was underwhelmed. The cookies were small and appeared like they had been sitting out for hours. We got chocolate chip, snickerdoodle, and oatmeal raisin-all were good, but not great. I just remember thinking they used to melt in my mouth at other locations. read more

Chocolate chip cookies so Yummy and warm...and so convenient. I have received these as well as sent them and no problems each time. Usually 1-1.5 hours since they bake them fresh then deliver. read more

If you ever want a tasty treat and not feel guilty about it. This is the place to go. It is a God-send. I used to eat these all the time at UT but when I moved to Dallas, and found out this place was nearby--I almost cried I was so happy. The cookies are always moist and warm. The brownies are superb if you ever need a chocolate fix. There is actually not a bad option. And if you need something a little colder--they also sell ice cream (which I don't eat) but I know lot's of people do. The other thing that is great about them: THEY DELIVER. Now it does take up to an hour, but it'll all be worth it. read more

So I'm updating my review: the owner messaged me explaining their first come, first serve policy but thought that his associates still could have accommodated my needs a bit better. I really appreciate the time and effort to better his business and serve his customers. I'll be trying again, perhaps sans children. I called and asked if they could warm up and package two dozen cookies (the ones in the front case). I had my baby sleeping in the car and just wanted to be able to pop in real quick to pick up. I told her I was literally in the parking lot and they refused accommodate my needs. How disappointing, this was going to be my first time trying this place. read more
