Everyone loves cookies. But warm, fresh cookies right out of the oven? Sugar heaven. We were checking out some new software, and for break time they brought in 6 different kinds of cookies from Tiff's Treats. They were so fresh the chocolate chips were still gooey. The butterscotch chips melted in your mouth. The Snickerdoodles were outstanding! Some of the best cookies I've ever had. But I was so full I couldn't try the other three kinds. I went early to beat the rush-and was glad I did. It got pretty dang busy by the time I was leaving. I was ordered to get the snickerdoodles(the fave of everyone in my house) and decided i should get some chocolate chip and oatmeal raisin for good measure. I mean it was for charity and all. First, the people there were very friendly for being so early in the morning and knowing the onslaught they were about to endure. Second, the presentation is cute with the bow and the pristine white box. That's not really what you care about though is it? How do the cookies taste? Holy s-bomb!! I am glad the rest of the family enjoyed the snickerdoodles(which I will grant were very tasty) but the oatmeal raisin were redonkulous! I mean seriously awesome. I personally didn't see why people were willing to spend 9 bucks for a dozen cookies-until I took my first bite of the oatmeal raisin-consider me a convert. It was warm,buttery, and a little bit of heaven in my mouth. I will never cheat on you Tiff's oatmeal raisin! I think somewhere in my daze I took a bite of the chocolate chip-and I recall it was good but it couldn't take my mind off of my true cookie love. Someday I will try the other flavors they serve here- and I know a brownies in my near future- but until that day my memories of my time spent with the oatmeal raisin will keep me warm at night. read more

Walking in you may think that this place doesnt have a good rep, but that is completely wrong. Wanting some cookies for tonight i searched for places and this seemed to be the best bet in the area. Its a small store but dont let that fool you as this place is AWESOME. The staff is extremely kind and even though there was a line it went by extremely fast. I ordered a dozen cookies and walked out minutes later. 6 Chocolate chip and 6 M&m and theyre incredible. Would definitely recommend going here! Cheers. read more

Brilliant idea and timely service. Two things stood out to me: First, as the recipient of these cookies, I was called early morning of the delivery day. I was told to expect a perishable delivery and asked what time I would be home. I liked that compared to the BS "We'll be there between the hours of 9am and 4pm". I said I'd be home by 5 and guess what? My doorbell range at 4:53. There was a clean-cut, uniformed guy standing on my porch with a box of cookies and a little container of milk, still cold, the size of what we had in elementary school. The other thing that stood out was this service would be a good gift for men. Flowers? Uhm, no. Not unless someone died or the guy had a testicle, maybe both testicles removed and he's recovering from an incident with a power saw. Cookie Bouquet? Still has that word "bouquet." (But they do have great cookies.) Fruit basket? Gross. Who really wants fruit? They look great, but turn to fly food in 14 minutes. May as well give a manicure gift card. So cookies-and-milk are great for guys. An idea for Tiff's Treats: Inventory non-perishable guy-oriented add-ons. How about a sleeve of golf balls, poker chips and cards, or movie theater gift certs delivered with the cookies? I have used Tiff's Treats for several occasions. I had never heard of them until I received my first Tiff's Treats right to my door several years ago. They were warm and delicious just like the advertise. I recently sent Tiff's Treats to a friend. I can't tell you how professional and courteous the staff taking my order was. It's so refreshing to understand when speaking to someone that speaks clearly and easy to communicate with. I received a call later in the day, the same day the cookies were to be delivered. It was what sounded like a young girl who had made Cheerleader, all in a excellent way. What I'm trying to say is that she was so full of life and bubbly I almost thought it was a prank call. She explained to me that the cookies were going to be a bit later than scheduled. I told her that's fine, and it was no problem. She said she was going to send a gift card for cookies being later than scheduled. I told her that was not necessary, she said it's their policy. Who does this?? Kudos to Tiffs Treats!!! Thanks to a Groupon, on a Thursday night I picked up two dozen cookies and four milks a few weeks ago and took the majority of them with me straight to my parents house to enjoy over the weekend. I ordered the chocolate chip, oatmeal chocolate chip, oatmeal raisin & sugar. I say majority... because I might have eaten 3 or 4 of them before I got out of the parking lot. These cookies are so good when they are HOT and fresh. Sadly, by the time I got to Waco, they were no longer hot and they lost some of their awesomeness. By Sunday they were almost gone, and the sugar cookies were the only ones left and I think that's because they were the one that benefited the most from a right-out-of-the-oven temperature. The oatmeal raisin stayed soft and gooey the longest. But I still think the oatmeal chocolate chip were my favorites. 15 months ago I had Tiff's Treats delivered to me in the hospital and they were a wonderful treat and surprise. So if you are ordering them for a gift, or will be eating the entire batch of cookies within a relatively short period of time... you will truly experience the best Tiff's has to offer. read more

Yum, yum, yum, yum, yum! Tiff's Treats serves up some pretty rockin' cookies! With a call 15 minutes before picking up, you can take home some freshly made, piping hot cookies! Tiff's is on the way home from my hair salon, so I sometimes surprise Sugar Bear with cookies after a hair appointment. The chocolate chip, peanut butter and snickerdoodle cookies are his favorites. They also have specials throughout the year, like pumpkin and lemon cookies...they are really good too! The best part, not having to clean up my kitchen after making cookies! THAT alone makes Tiff's worth the price! I haven't used the delivery service, but i think it is a great idea. I'm on the email list, so I get updates and coupon codes weekly. The store is little, but very clean and the staff is uber nice! They do have a few cookies in a case if you fail to order ahead, but they are not as good cold. When it comes to cookies, I have a simple way to judge: Better, Equal, or Worse than the cookies I make at home (and trust me, I am no pastry chef here, but it's pretty simple to follow a recipe) In the end, only 2 cookies here even came close to home-made (equal but not better), the Chocolate Chip and the Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip. Both of these were really fantastic. Ordering them fresh-baked to order is the only way to go, and we sucked them down before they ever had a chance to cool. Otherwise, the others tasted like they came from the Wal-Mart frozen food section, straight out of a long, plastic tube of pre-packaged dough. Some were slightly dry and desperately cried out for milk. So, 3 stars because I really don't need to go back for a while. None, were better than anything I make at home, but overall it was enjoyable. The 4 of us all felt like we have had better cookies at the downtown location, so maybe there are just some kinks to work out. read more

I keep on thinking about how glad I am for ditching out on that opening day line. It was long, my 1 year old son was trying desperately to get hit by a car and there was a tornado. But above all, I'm glad I didn't wait because these cookies just aren't all that and a bag of chips. I wanted so badly to like this place since the cookie is easily my favorite dessert, but I went a week or two after opening day and it was just disappointing. We even went to the trouble of calling ahead to make sure they were fresh out of the oven, but that didn't really help much. In fact, I think at least half of the cookies we purchased were better the next day (but maybe that was just because my expectations had already been lowered). To be fair, it's not like these cookies were awful or anything like that. The peanut butter chocolate chip cookie was the standout, at least 4 stars, followed closely by the plain peanut butter cookie. Really good peanut butter flavor in both, but I'm partial to the one with chocolate chips just because I obsess over chocolate like a woman. The chocolate chip was pretty good but needed some work. I wasn't a big fan of the snicker doodle because it was almost tasteless and way too doughy in the middle. I think a few tweaks in Tiff's cookie recipes could turn this place into something great. Maybe she could steal some pointers from that Neiman Marcus cookie recipe that everyone seems to have. But for now, I'll stick to my oversized oatmeal chocolate chip cookie fresh out of the oven at Potbelly's when I need a cookie fix. read more

I thought I would try Tiff's since they opened up in Addison. I had never had them before. So I ordered 2 doz cookies of various varieties; Chocolate Chip, White chocolate Almond, Sugar, and Oatmeal raisin. The Chocolate Chip was decent, it tasted like it had a bit of coconut in it, tasty but not awesome like everyone says. The oatmeal raisin is great. Lots of raisins with a cinnamon undertone. The white chocolate and sugar cookies were good also. They all were soft and warm from the oven when I picked them up. The softness stayed with the cookie even after they cooled off. Tiff's Treats are good but they are not awesome. They are definitely not worth the price, but they will do when you want some cookies and don't want to make them yourself. read more

I think Tiff is great at their niche which is delivering warm, freshly baked cookies. The cookies themselves are decent, but once you get past the fresh warm and amazing period they are just regular cookies. The oatmeal raisin was my favorite followed by peanut butter chocolate chip. I would definetely recommend Tiffs if you want to send cookies to someone, but if you just want to pick up a bunch of cookies that aren't going to be warm when they are eaten I would probably get them at paradise bakery. Tiff's sells the best ice cream sandwich I have ever eaten! The sandwich is made with Tiff's own cookies (M&Ms is my favorite), and Blue Bell ice cream, which is very light like iced milk. I thought it was awesome that you can mix and match the cookies and choose the flavor of ice cream, so you can get really creative with your sandwich. Unfortunately this Tiff's doesn't have any seating, so I took one star away. But the store does have a restroom where you can wash your hands after consuming your ice cream sandwich in the car. read more

Even though we had some tornado sirens blaring in our neck of the woods, the husband braved the weather and endured the grand opening's long line to bring home some of these cookies. Was it worth it? Absolutely! The cookies were still warm after the drive from Addison to Allen. The chocolate chip were out of this world delicious. They were so soft and moist and oozing melted chocolate with each bite. The oatmeal raisin were the best we'd ever had. I can't even describe how delicious each bite was other than to say these cookies were dangerously decadent. We'll definitely be back! read more

You can't go wrong with warm fresh cookies. I've been to this location multiple times and the cookies are always good. I usually get the chocolate chip cookie, snickerdoodle , m&m cookie or the ice cream sandwich with your cookies of choice. I went to this location about 3 weeks ago. They had been open about 30 minutes. I stood in the door and yelled "Hello" for 5 minutes without acknowledgement from any of the workers in the back. I could see them through the window and no one came to the front lobby and I know they heard me. I left and purchased some great cookies from Cookie Society. My job always orders cookies and milk from here. I've only tried the chocolate chip and sugar cookies and they are delicious. Melt in your mouth type of deal ! I love that it's delivered in a insulated box so the cookies stay warm and the milk is cold. They do have a distinct taste more so after taste in my opinion. Just came back from my charity helping cookie buy :) I've been a fan of this place since someone in Austin brought it back to Dallas for me to try. They sure are expanding rapidly and I'm pretty sure the city of Addison will be happy to accomodate their place in the area. My favorites are still the chocolate chip cookies and they just melt in your mouth. Fresh off the oven, it's still sticky and soft, but that's just what makes it the best. Since my sister got a $25 dollar gift certificate at the soft opening, I'll be sure to show up sometime again in the near future. Their long business hours are definitely a plus. read more

Great cookies! This was a favorite in Austin when I lived there. It was opened by UT grads, so I like the fact that I'm supporting fellow alumni! In the past few years, they've expanded to Dallas as well but Austin is where they are most popular. They mainly do online orders but also take pop-ins (which is how I do it). Best cookies I would say are chocolate chip and oatmeal raisin, but it's really a matter of what type of cookie you like -- they seem to do all the flavors well. The best dessert they have is the Tiffwich -- 2 warm cookies with ice cream in the middle. Heaven! read more
