Tiffs Treats is similar to a Crumbl. Super sweet, buttery cookies. These are personal vs shareable cookies like a Crumbl. We got a variety bag. Every cookie was decent, and was equally as good as the other. read more

Major disappointment!!!! I was downtown and was going to try that particular location I figured since I lived near Addison, I'll stop by there instead. Huge disappointment as you will see from reference pictures that may be actually want to try versus the product that I actually got.. I asked for a little chocolate chips and instead got little cookies with very little ice cream. The pretzels were sale and to say that the cookies were warm they were very hard. Then waiting to try this for a couple weeks now so you should understand my frustration. The puppy looks nothing like the photo. And nothing like what my colleague had!!! if I had gotten this before I paid, I definitely wouldn't have paid seven dollars for it. The workers were very welcoming when walking in, but that's the only good thing that I have to say. Won't be back to this location. read more

When I say this was the best cookie I've had in a LONG time?! I'm obsessed. I ordered delivery and decided to try something new. I got the snickerdoodle cookie pie. It was warm as promised, soft, almost ooey gooey but not raw. Like prefect all around. The owner even attached a note to my order offering to send of a dozen cookies to a loved one for free, so long as I pay for delivery. How sweet to pay it forward. I will absolutely be ordering from here again! read more

Always nice staff. Location is a bit hidden away but not too hard to find. Plenty of parking and never have to wait.

Small spot inside of a plaza. My wife wanted something sweet and found them through Google. When we pulled up I noticed 3 company cars so I think this place must be doing really good for themselves. Then I went on Instagram and saw this company has over 173K followers. This was a nice small place made for no more than 3 customers at a time. The staff was nice and ask if you want to warm up your dessert in the oven too. I ordered a Snickerdoodle and Oatmeal Raisin. They were pretty good! read more

Cookie craving hit I stopped by Tiff's Treats purchased 3 peanut butter cookies from the display case. He microwaved them and I was on my way. Got home the cookies were stale not fresh at all. Next day drove back on way home showed proof of purchase and asked if there are fresh cookies from the back? I was advised those cookies are for online orders only and the only way to guarantee freshness is to order online. So freshness is not guaranteed if it's not an online order? His response "that is correct,I apologize". The website denotes stopping by the store to get a hot and gooey cookie. Yes, hot by way of microwave via display case. read more

The place is very small and when I visited, there were only two workers running the store. It took them a little while to attend the customers, but they managed it very professionally! I ordered their tiffwich, which is an ice cream sandwich cookie, with two cookies of your choice within the display boxes. I got the s'mores cookies for my order, and it was delicious! A customer was waiting with his daughter behind us, and one of the workers gave them one free cookie! The workers were very nice and professional and you can tell how hard they are working! read more

Hands down some of the best cookies ever! I usually get the same type of cookie which is snickerdoodle, but honestly all of their cookies are delish. They always give you the option to warm up your cookies, which I always say yes! The cookies are warm and soft in the middle and adding the cold ice cream is the absolute best! I like that they switch up their menu or even have new cookie flavors to sample. read more

I had the pleasure of trying Tiff's Treats while attending a company meeting. Now I am hooked. I ordered some for myself the other night and they really are some of THE BEST cookies I've ever had. I also loved that I was able to order ice cream to go with my order. I received a text letting me know when they had arrived. The packaging was really pretty. I can't wait to order from here again. read more

Tiff's Treats has a cute story and are a fine example of the American dream, but this is about the cookies. Some like crisp cookies, some like em thick with a cake-like texture. I prefer soft baked, everso slightly under cooked chocolate chip. Tiff's Treats gets a B+ for texture. Unfortunately, the cookies are extremely average otherwise. Everyone loves warm cookies and I suspect this accounts for the love affair with Tiff's, especially since they deliver. Not a bad cookie. ..just saying Ms. Field's is better and that says a lot. read more

I've never been inside this location, but my boyfriend lives closest to this one, so this is the location that delivers him his cookies. I've probably ordered from here at least 5 times, and I have nothing bad to say! The order is always accurate, on time, and delicious! I once noted that he has a chocolate allergy on an order of snickerdoodles and oatmeal raisin cookies, and they called me just to be sure of the severity of the allergy. Super kind! Tiff's Treats goes above and beyond to make people's days! read more

OMG I absolutely love Tiff Treats and the cookies are so delicious. Each every time I order my cookies I am NEVER disappointed

This location has offered the absolute worst experience I have ever had from Tiffs Treats. From the Uber Driver yelling at my wife in Spanish and threatening to cancel the order to the poor management not caring that they delivered an order that was not what I ordered because they did not have what was ordered. They also lied, saying they called before sending what they would like... No calls and no voicemails were received. I'm contacting corporate to ensure they know/understand how poorly managed this location is... read more

We stopped in for an afternoon treat. Since it was so hot we choose the ice cream sandwich: you get to select two cookie flavors and then they put a scoop of vanilla ice cream in the middle of the two cookies. Note: the cookies will not be warm since that would cause the ice cream to melt, N had been surprised so throwing that disclaimer out in case you are not familiar with ice cream sandwiches. Our friend L has raved about Tiff's so we had to stop in during our final rounds before moving away from Dallas. Now, I have had them one other time when someone at work received them and they were not warm. Apparently, when they are warm they are incredible. I'm basing my review on what I have had though. I ordered the pecan chocolate chip and the chocolate chip (which the guy said was their most popular flavor). While the cookies were good, ice cream you can't really mess up vanilla - it was slightly better than average. Obviously it wasn't a supermarket cookie so that's good given the price. But, compared to Hope's Cookies on the Main Line outside Philly, they just didn't compare. I didn't find them to measure up to what I remember being the ultimate cookies and ice cream sandwiches from college in Bryn Mawr. Perhaps I will try them warm someday and will see how they live up to rave reviews of friends. Until then, I'd say if you need a cookie it's a solid place to go for a treat but just don't expect earth shattering deliciousness. read more

Some of the best cookies and brownies I've ever had!!! better when hot! My first time having Tiff's treats was from my coworker. His wife ordered a bunch of cookies for their anniversay and shipped it to work. Lucky for me! I'm his cubicle buddy so whatever you eat around me, I'm going to get to eat it, too. I had three hot chocolate chip cookies with some milk. Thank you coworker for being married!!! hahah They were so goood!!! Total nostalgia flashing back when I was little. Since the cookies were so good, I had to go try it out for myself! I went 30 mins before they close on a Friday so they werent going to bake anymore. I had to buy some that was already baked and reheat. They were good but wasnt good enough...The guy didnt heat it up enough. Next time I'm going to come in earlier, right when they finish baking for fresh cookies! yum! read more

This place gets 5 stars because it's so simple. It's a small shop that sells only a handful of items that they've mastered. It's quick and cheap ($2.50 for an ice cream sandwich) and it completely took care of my sweet craving after dinner. A cookie delivery service?! Craziness! They'll even bring you coffee drinks and milk. I'll have to come back to try the peanut butter cookie sandwich. read more

BEST cookies i've ever had in my life. every time i come to dallas i get a chocolate chip cookie from here. tiff's is a classic must-try

Stopped by after lunch on a Saturday because I had heard so much good things about it and it didn't disappoint. The location is very small once you've inside, 6-7 people max can stand inside comfortably. The brownies are also very good, possibly the best I ever had. read more

You can't go wrong with Tiff's Treats. Each cookie that I've had has been really good. The last one I had was the chocolate chip cookie. There's something about it that makes it better then most other chocolate chip cookies I've had. I can't put my finger on what it is though. The only thing I would change is that, I wish there were more unique flavors. They have a flavor of the week, but that's about as far off the beaten path they will go. Despite this, I would still go back again. read more

If I could, I'd give it a 3.5! Tiny little cookie store that sells cookies & ice cream sandwiches. I ordered the Tiffwich (ice cream sandwich) with one side of snickerdoodle cookie and the other side of chocolate chip pecan cookie. The sandwich was decent. It wasn't anything special but wasn't bad either. You don't get a choice of flavor for the ice cream, so expect to be eating vanilla ice cream. I thought about giving it a 4, but decided I'll go with a 3 because it's a cookie shop and I should rate it based on the cookie. I don't think I would come back to just get the cookies. If I'm in the area and craving an ice cream sandwich again, I may come back for that! read more

I'm kind of on the border between 3 and 4 stars with Tiff's Treats. I came here twice while we were in TX. In addition to cookies, they have brownies, ice cream, and drinks. FIRST EXPERIENCE ---------------------------- The first time we came here for dessert after dinner around 8:00PM on April 20th. My husband and I ordered the Tiffwich ice cream sandwich ($2.50 each). It's served with Vanilla Blue Bunny Ice Cream and you can choose 2 different cookies. I went with a Chocolate Chip Cookie and a Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie. I paid in cash and my husband noticed that after the employee handled the money with his bare hands he took the cookies out of the display case without any gloves and went into the back kitchen to prepare the ice cream sandwiches. My husband is always very cautious about this kind of thing so he was freaking out a bit. He doesn't like how we weren't able to watch him prepare the ice cream sandwiches. He almost threw it in the trash, but I started eating mine and it was delicious so he got over it and ate his too. It was probably the best Ice Cream Sandwich I've ever had.... (would have gotten a 5 Star easily just for that) SECOND EXPERIENCE --------------------------------- We were leaving the following day (April 21st) so I wanted to get some cookies "to go" and another Tiffwich! I don't think I'll ever be in TX again anytime soon so I had to take advantage. HAH. Anyway, it was in the morning and as soon as we walked in we could smell cookies baking (heavenly!) There were a lot of employees now in the kitchen and this time we were helped by a girl. I ordered another Tiffwich and she gave me this funny look and told me that unfortunately, they were no longer serving Tiffwiches because the Blue Bunny Ice Cream was recalled as it may be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes. (oh great... hah) We told her that we were here just last night had ate the ice cream and she replied that they didn't get the word about pulling it from the menu until 10:00PM (we were there at 8:00PM). Anyway, we researched it and turns out that the recall was mainly for institutional/food service ice cream cups with tab lids and the folks that reported illness were in a hospital. So we're not worried. With that said, we ordered a dozen assorted cookies (Chocolate Chip, Snickerdoodle, Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip, White Chocolate Chip & Almond, Butterscotch Chip, Sugar) to bring on our road trip. My favorite so far is the Peanutbutter Chocolate Chip Cookie. The Chocolate Chip cookie is okay, but I feel like they under bake it on purpose and it's too sugary. The Snickerdoodle cookie is also too sweet. I tried the Butterscotch Chip Cookie and it was pretty much inedible as it was waaaay too sweet. They shop has a nice simple concept, but I feel like overall the cookies are way too sweet. (Either that or someone was heavy handed on the sugar that morning.) I like how they will serve the cookies warm. It really needs the ice cream or a glass of milk because eating them by themselves is tough. LOL 71/100 Reviews for 2015 read more

Literally the worst experience ever I ordered half a dozen of snickerdoodles at 9 o'clock. They told me I'd be ready at 9:45 I drive across the parking lot from where I work and they tell me that they won't be ready for another 10 minutes. I said OK no worries. I'll go over to 7-Eleven. I'll be right back. They didn't tell me They didn't take cash never ordered there before and the girl on the phone that I ordered with said that they did take cash so I went to 7-Eleven and proceeded to buy my things with the card that I had instead of my cash because she said I could use cash When I went to go pick up my cookies they said that they didn't take cash and I had $10.34 on my card and my order was $10.75 and they were like sorry there's nothing I can do can I pay with split payments because I definitely have enough if I could you know use a couple cards sorry we can't do that. I'm sorry you're pretty much out of luck and I'm like wow shitty customer service. You're basically telling a customer that they can't have their cookies over $.40. What has hospitality come to worst experience ever I will never ever ever ever ever ever order from this place again terrible customer service and honestly their cookies aren't that great read more

this place is so addicting. Probably the best chocolate chip cookies I have ever had in my mouth. They are nice and warm when you pick them up so it's difficult to not eat one on the way home. I have never had them delivered though, so I can't comment about that. I do know when you walk into the bakery it smells absolutely amazingly delicious. I normally get the groupon though and do big orders, they are normally for gifts and then I sneak a cookie from it for myself, haha. read more

I was so disappointed with Tiff's Treats. Since the name of this dessert joint coincidentally shared my name, which was one of the main driving factors for my excitement and since there were a handful of good reviews, I was ecstatic to try this place out! Please don't order the Tiffwich. My excitement dwindled as fast as a deflating balloon that has just been punctured, losing its helium in a matter of seconds. Yes, the cookies were warm and chewy (CCC and M&M) and were comparative to Mrs. Field's Cookies; however, the one part that they couldn't mess up, but sadly did was the fact that the vanilla ice cream used to connect the two sugared circular sheets was so thinly spread... as if it was a scantily clad bikini wearing girl on GQ magazine. I believe that a cookie ice cream sandwich should have a good proportion and ratio of at least 70 to 30 in cookie and ice cream proportions. What I got was more like a 90 to 10 ratio. What a big fatty disappointment. If you ever are in the LA area, I HIGHLY recommend Diddy Reese in Westwood. For $0.50 cheaper, you get two equally delicious cookies of any flavor of your choice ANDDDD a whole slab, thick spread of any Dreyer's ice cream flavor of your choice. read more

I heard this place opened in Addison recently and wanted to give it a try. I had recently purchased a coupon to use so I cashed it in right before the holidays. I was able to order them online for pickup (they also deliver). I got 3 dozen cookies total, made up of 6 different flavors. I picked up my cookies at the scheduled time and they were warm as if they had just come out of the oven. Cool! I originally wasn't going to eat them until I went out of town, but I had to try them the second I got home. They were so good, especially with a glass of cold milk. I hope my friends like cookies, because I'm probably going to start ordering from here to send cookies as gifts for major events and birthdays. My friends are welcome to send me a batch as well. I'm particularly fond of the oatmeal chocolate chip (hint, hint). read more

I stopped here because I had a craving today ...Lol! And i had had these cookies before from a delivery at my job . I remembered the cookies being warm and just sooo good, so I decided to revisit . You have to sometimes spoil yourself on the weekend . The actual place doesn't seem to be that big , but that surely doesn't matter when it comes to good cookies . I walked in and immediately focused on the ice cream sandwich picture that was calling my name ..NO REALLY, it called my name . So, i ordered with a nice young guy . I ordered , the chocolate chip cookies ice cream sandwich (made with Blue Bell ice cream , homestyle vanilla ) . I don't think there are other ice cream choices , but that's no biggie for me . In addition , i ordered one oatmeal raisin cookie. The young guy asked me if i wanted my oatmeal raisin cookie warmed up . I said YES. He immediately brought out my warmed cookie while I waited on my main order. While I was waiting , I overheard another lady ordering , and she got a dozen cookies for only around $11. Not bad . So, not too long after, my ice cream comes out , I pay and leave. The total was only about $4 for both . As soon as I got in the car, I took a bite , and wow, soooo GOOD! The cookies were warmed , and the cold ice cream inside , just was the perfect combination . I was very happy and my craving was satisfied! The cookies are just the right texture, soft and chewy. Great flavor! I won't say they are better than my cookies, :) , but they are very good . A nice good cookie , with the right texture . The oatmeal raisin cookie was also very good and airy with quality raisins. Sometimes you just don't want Chips Ahoy! I love the fact that this company was started by two sophomore college students ! Awesome! Overall, it was heaven! I'll be going back . read more

Came here looking for a sweet treat after having dinner and was glad I found it. They have a good selection of classic cookies and I liked all the ones I tried. DISGUSTING COOKIES!!! Maybe it's just this location. But the cookies are nasty and taste weird. I love Tiffs treats but the staff here is not cooking the cookies here correct. Way to ruin a surprise! Thanks Tiff's Treats! I've ordered from the Addison location many times for years. Never had a problem. Until today - and boy did they ruin the surprise! Today is my boyfriend's birthday. He is home all day so I ordered a dozen cookies and milk to be delivered to him today. I placed my order at 9:40 am and picked the type of cookies, milk, upgraded to the birthday box, and selected the 11:45-12:15 time slot. When ordering I put in the notes: "He is home all day. But he may be asleep. He should answer the door tho. It's his Birthday. Please be sure to ring the door bell." Additionally, I gave them the gate code to get access to the apartments. And I confirmed with my BF that he wasn't going to be leaving and would be home during the designated time. Then I went about my day working. I was not able to watch my phone for random text messages. However, at 11:45 I took my lunch and found two text messages from Tiff's Treats asking me to call them to set up a delivery time. WHAT? By the time I called them - they had already called my boyfriend and scheduled a new delivery time (1:45-2:15 pm) with him. On the call, I asked them to explain to me why they called him. I told them he was home all day and gave the gate code and instructed to just ring the door bell. Answer was - it's our policy. Well you just ruined the surprise and delayed the delivery time by two hours. And it's too late to change our early dinner reservations now. When i told the girl I wouldn't use them again, she just said in a cheery voice "okay!". Wow - great customer service. I give Tiff's Treats a 3 Star because they've had good service and a great product in the past. But that girl on the phone with her "okay!" and the blowing of the surprise has me so angry I'm never going to work with them again. If you want to surprise someone with cookies and milk on their birthday - don't pick Tiff's Treats as the delivery company. They don't really care what you've arranged or pay any attention to instructions you may have given or hoops you may have jumped thru to make sure someone's home and available during the designated delivery time. Cuz you know, policy. read more

I ordered a dozen chocolate chip cookies for pick up. I came in the store about half an hour later and was third in line. After one of the other customers was helped and was waiting for their ice cream sandwich, the cashier went to the back. Two other workers came to the front and asked if the other customer had been helped, but didn't ask me until that customer told them I had not been helped. Maybe this was just an honest oversight but it rubbed me the wrong way. Still giving it four stars for now because the cookies were so darn good. Warm, moist, sweet...made me want to curl up next to a fireplace with a cold glass of milk. So four stars, for now. read more
