    So much smoke
    Victoria E.

Stopped by for an ice cream dessert. Lots of choices, took time as had to freeze each ice cream for each item we ordered. Smooth and creamy and yummy. Lots of smoke while fixing.

Fun late night ice cream spot! They have nitro drinks as well. Build your own or pick from one of the specialty options. We built our own and appreciate having 2 options that are vegan and gluten free. Quality was decent - did not taste particularly gourmet. Vegan chocolate was good! Service was good, ice cream prepared quickly.

I always love a sweet dessert after a meal and was looking so forward to this ice cream but.. There weren't that many customer when we first got here but after couple minutes, the store filled up with a lot of people with only one person making ice cream. It took forever to get our ice cream but also felt bad for the worker tbh because this isn't just scooping type but it's handmade ice cream. I ordered the Thai tea flavored ice cream and it tasted nothing like Thai tea.... I just took a couple bites and ended up throwing away the rest. The store is spacious enough and super bright and the worker was nice.

I love the ice cream here ! It is so creamy and watching it be made is really neat. I recently tried the matcha ice cream and added Oreo, it was SO yummy. I usually get the fruity pebbles and it's hands down my fave. The lady that works here is really nice and fast at making the ice cream.

I don't know if there are other ice cream shops that flash freeze with liquid nitrogen right in front of you, but it is a pretty cool sell, especially if you have kiddos. My family shared a Cookie Monster and Unicorn and while normally flavors like birthday cake would flat out repulse me, the ice cream was so fresh that I was loving these flavors. They're perfectly balanced - not overly, sickeningly sweet. The creations are very pretty to the eye so I get the high price tag. Typically, paying nine bucks for a single ice cream with a few toppings would make me scoff, but the sheer freshness has drawn me in. I can't wait to come back and try more!

I came here after dinner for dessert. It was about 29 deg but there is always room for dessert, right? It's a unique and novel ice cream store concept where they use liquid nitrogen to make their ice cream. The ice cream is also made in front of you so you can see the entire process. They have several flavors and you can choose to make your own or choose from the menu. A small cup was more than enough.

Finally found a nice ice cream option! I was originally skeptical to try based on the mixed reviews but overall pleased that I gave them a chance. Very flavorful and not super sweet. The cup didn't look like much but it ended up being quite a bit. Service was nice as well.

Regular Coffee with Oreos and brownie bites
    Iman Z.

This was a fun place to eat some ice cream on a hot day. The coffee ice cream had a strong coffee taste that a coffee lover would really appreciate. I think there were too many Oreos added in the mix and overpowered the ice cream. The brownie bites were chewy and soft. Overall the ice cream was good and I recommend you try one of the premade creations to get more for your money if your someone that likes a lot of toppings in your ice cream.

This review would be 5 stars but management or WHOEVER runs this establishment really needs to be reviewed. Today is February 22nd, 2022 It is 9 p.m and Citlali (the ONLY employee) has been working here since 5:25 p.m. I just would like to preface that nothing from this review is her (Citlali's) fault. She is the ONLY employee and no management was there. She had to prepare ice cream for 11 ppl at once BY HERSELF by the time I arrived. 1: since nobody was there it was clear the menu and items were running out as 7 items were crossed off the menu 2: the BATHROOM was horrendous. Now Bc she was unable to ever seem to leave the kitchen the bathroom seemed to progressively get worse and worse. This was the end result . The toilet was basically unusable and the floor was COVERED in sticky piss. I really hope this wasn't the only bathroom in the establishment Bc imagine working a whole store by yourself, needing a bathroom break and finding it at this point. Unbelievable. 3: the fact that me and several people were willing to help her at her shift seeing how overwhelming it was says something about how this company values their employees, either she needs a raise or to save herself and leave. I don't ever see myself giving my money to this establishment if this is what they put their resources towards. All in all by the time I got my order (30 minutes later) it was very good and I enjoyed my product but it wasn't as enjoyable as it should've been Bc someone was literally suffering Do better.

First time here and everything was great! Quick service and the employees are super kinda and patient. I will definitely come back and visit plus recommend to others......,

Don't not come to this place!!!! Is there a way to give no stars???? We've been here about 4 times over the past few months - it's been worse each time - the "teenagers" running this place have no idea what they are doing - 4 or 5 competent workers should be able to run this place - there were crumbs everywhere - the bathroom was beyond scary - 3 regular ice creams took 45 minutes and that was with several orders in front of us bailing and leaving or asking for a refund - when we finally got our order it tasted off - I'm concerned that the workers here could be so negligent that they could be making people sick - avoid this place - hopefully it will close soon permanently

You pick a donut, ice cream flavor, and then toppings. I got a plain donut, cookie butter ice cream, and sliced almonds for a topping. I have never had a donut ice cream sandwich. The donut was not sweet and more on the dryer side. It was more of a substitute for a cone and it worked. It was different but charming in its own way. The ice cream flavor was similar to biscoff with less of a ginger flavor profile. It was smooth, sweet, and flavorful. Milk & Cream is alright with me.

The shop offers very creative and unique flavors, which is great for adventurous tastes, but many of the options were quite unusual. It would've been nice to see a few classic, universally loved flavors like vanilla, chocolate, or strawberry displayed alongside the more inventive ones. We later learned that they do have the traditional flavors, but only if you ask for them, which isn't obvious for first-time visitors. It might be helpful if the shop included those staples in the display case or at least let customers know that they're available. Sometimes you just want a simple scoop of vanilla or chocolate, and having those options visibly offered would enhance the experience. The shop itself is very small with no indoor seating, but that actually makes it perfect for a quick date-night stop--grab a cone and enjoy a walk around the neighborhood with your partner. Overall, the service was warm and the vibe is charming. With just a bit more clarity around flavor offerings, this could easily become a go-to spot for both creative ice cream lovers and those who prefer the classics.
