WATCH YOUR BILL $$ and be prepared that if you question your bill to the owner you will be BERATED in front of the entire salon! On two different instances they have tried to overcharge me and the owner/manager has yelled at me loudly and aggressively and tried to embarrass and humiliate me into submission in front of the all of the patrons for questioning why something was on my bill. He is relentless and tries to intimidate you into submission. It's disgusting how he talks to women so be warned. I actually felt unsafe in his salon the way he went off on me. He seems like he could come unhinged at any moment. The first instance they tried to charge me for using a credit card. I have NO problem paying a credit card fee if I AM AWARE AND CONSENT TO IT! What I don't accept is any business bringing back my credit card being charged with fees I didn't agree to. I am not ok with this and no one should be. I questioned this charge and he was nasty. After he was loud and obnoxious in front of all of his customers he removed the charge. He now has the policy in writing when you walk in. As I said, I am fine with paying for something if I consent to it and that was my point to him is just make your patrons aware of what you are charging. Don't just hand them their credit card bill with extra charges. I don't care if it's one penny. If I wasn't made aware of a fee then a business does not have the right to arbitrarily decide to add fees to your bill without your consent. This should have been the end of my patronage here. Once someone shows you who they are believe them. The second instance was in Sept 2023 and this one really blew my mind beyond anything. I went in to get a pedicure. I decided to go ahead and get a manicure. Just a regular manicure. No gel. No frills. Just a regular manicure. The menu said $20. I brought my own polish for both my pedi and mani so I already had the polish with me. When I got the bill the manicure was charged at $27. I questioned the lady and she said that polish wasn't included and there's a $7 fee to have your nails painted for a manicure. I asked her to show me on the menu where this was stated. She couldn't because it doesn't exist. I asked to speak to a manager and here comes Mr Nasty. He proceeds to aggressively try to demean and intimidate me stomping around flailing his arms creating a big scene as I sat under the nail dryer with at least 6 other women sitting in there chairs getting pedis. He said the $20 manicure does not include nail polish and there is a $7 fee for them to use polish on your nails. I CALMLY asked him to explain to me where on the menu it said that polish isn't included and please show me where the extra fee of $7 is indicated anywhere on the menu. Of course he couldn't show me because it doesn't exist. He then shoved the menu in my face (my hands are under the nail dryer so he literally shoved the menu in my face) and pointed to the pedicure which said polish is included and then showed me the manicure for $20 where there is zero mention of polish one way or the other. It doesn't say anywhere that it is not included or that there is a $7 fee to have polish added. That is not mentioned anywhere on the menu. So I guess that means they can charge whatever they feel like that day and expect you to pay it! Oh sorry polish is $10. When she asked me if I wanted to use my polish for the color on the manicure she should have told me that there would be a charge. At no point was I told there would be a $7 charge to have my nails polished. I said so what exactly is the manicure if you don't leave with polish???? I have never in my life heard of this. After he shoved the menu in my face I said, "So you expect me as your customer to read your entire menu and deduct from what you have on other services what is included and not included on another service?" I told him I have never been to a nail salon and had a manicure charge separately to polish your nails. Never. He dramatically says I will remove it for you...like he's doing me a favor. How about I'm doing you a favor buddy by not reporting you for credit card fraud. He's lucky I haven't because that is exactly what that is. You do not have the right to put fees on credit cards that people aren't aware of. Period. End of story. Make your menu of services clear so people know what they are paying for up front. Business 101. So you have been warned, the way they structure their menu leaves it open to charge you whatever they want and throw on fees because it's YOUR job to know their prices even if they aren't stated clearly on the menu. Beware, if you question your bill you will get bullied in front of an entire salon full of people. This man needs therapy. My suggestion is skip this place and go somewhere where they won't manipulate your bill and you won't be stressed when you leave. PS, the massage was no more that 30 seconds per foot and I have a scar on my toe where she made it bleed with the stone.

Have been coming to Tiffany's since they moved locations to auburn road! So a few years now, always happy with their work! The owners Charles & Tiffany are wonderful people! I usually bounce between 3 nail techs; Kaylin, Lynn and Jeff are my favorites! Kaylin is really good for designs! Appointments aren't needed but I will sometimes call ahead an hour or two and request someone, they are always quick to get people in! The studio itself is very well kept, clean and aesthetically appealing! Overall my favorite go to nail spot in FW!

I went in to get dip nails with tips, the same thing I've been getting elsewhere for months now because they're strong enough to hold up at my job. The man who did my nails tested how strong the tips were glued on, bent it all the way down and STILL put the dip powder on, knowing it was weak. The very next day, my top coat was chipping and one of my nails broke off without me even noticing. When I went back in, I explained to the same tech that they were all weak, bumpy and chipping. He only fixed the one broken nail and "redid the top coat with something stronger". The "stronger" top coat chipped the same day. I had heard good things about this salon and really wanted to give them another chance after my first visit but, I won't be spending my time and money somewhere for lumpy, weak and chipping nails.

I visited on short notice on a Wed afternoon. Tiffany's looks clean and new. I called ahead and asked for Judy to do my pedi bc other reviews mentioned she was good. When I arrived she was checking out another customer and even after her customer left, Judy did not make eye contact or greet me for almost 2 full mins. Another tech actually walked by and whistled to try and prompt her. It was awkward and not very welcoming for a new customer. Tools for my pedi were not opened from an autoclave packet or out of a disinfectant solution (in my presence) and this made me a bit wary. Judy upsold me to a spa pedi with scent. I choose aloe. It was bright green and very strongly scented. Judy asked how I wanted my toenails shaped. I said straight across and a rounded little toe. She said no, they should all be squared. I asked again and she did not round off my little toe. She did a great job removing my ingrown toenails, but did not work on my callus at all. The leg massage was very brief. She clanked the warm stones against my ankle bones which was not comfortable. She grew more pleasant and tried to make conversation as the time to pay the bill came closer. But she waited and looked on as I signed my cc slip and while I wrote in my tip, which I find to be crass. The facility charged me extra to use my credit card also. So with charges, taxes & tip I paid $47+. The pedi looks nice, but the experience was not relaxing or a treat. In essence, good result but poor experience for the customer. I cannot whole heartedly recommend Tiffany's. I would go back if other places are busy and I really need to have a service, but this place is not my first choice and I will not bring my 2 daughters here. It's a shame bc I am looking for a nearby nail salon who does good treatments and my 13yo has been dying to start gel manis. Oh well, my search continues...

First off I would like to start with the positives, the facility is clean and they have a plethora of techs which is nice esp for quick service. Now let's go to the negatives. I would appreciate it if both of my hands matched with width of the nails and they took there time filling them down so they are close to the same as possible. Furthermore, if they were a little more careful with the dermal sander on your nails around the cuticle that would be fantastic so your cuticles don't burn from the alcohol they spray on your hands. I feel like the most infuriating thing for me is that the middle nail has a chip at the bottom edge, she saw it and tried to act as if it was fine. Finally when I asked to have my nails painted she not only did a horrible job on my right foot and the paint was not even. She proceeded to hand me my bill as soon as I sat down under the drier. I Will NOT be returning. This is the worst experience I've ever had at a salon. They are so quick to take your money than provide a service it's sad. Hopefully they come to a realization that if you provide terrible service there is always another place that will provide the service properly.

Went for the first time and got gel nail polish. The polish chipped in 1 day. That has never happened anywhere else.

I don't really recommend anything. Try it for yourself my experiences: I've been there a few times…read moreand I've had different people, but I always get a technician who act as if they just don't want to be there or the Tech don't want that job. They never do my feet nor nails correctly, just the yesterday the person cut off half of one of my toenails Off and the other she did not so it looks totally crazy. Just odd and I keep going because I don't pay. I'm not the one who's paying for it this is the shop that they like.

I was put at a station to soak in acetone and while two different people came over to check on my nails to make sure they were soaking, I was soaking for over a half hour and my skin was starting to peel. One gal came over once to use the drill to peel off old tips and the debris went flying everywhere on me. I do believe I was just setting in acetone because they did not have time for me at the moment and instead of having me wait until an actual tech could sit with me and do my nails they tried to shuffle me in. I got up and left and another neighboring salon got my buisness. If they had communicated I would need to wait I might have been more understanding but no communication, and the soaking for over 30min was not healthy for me or relaxing.
