Went here for my first time they had us wait for more than 10 minutes, then when she turned on the water it was extremely hot she burnt my foot, she also burnt my foot with the hot towels & they burnt my mom With the stones and all they did was apologize and laughed. They burnt both of my foots till today I am in pain and they cut my nails very short after telling them I didn't want them " short short". Did a poorly job on my foot didn't even scrub off everything & gel polished cost over 20$ & they didn't tell me it was going to be more pricey. Not worth the 60 + dollars. This place used to be regular go to nail salon for MONTHS, after today that completely changed, i went in a week ago to get full set, it was great didn't have one thing to complain they looked amazing, not even a week later one of my nails breaks off, i go in today to have them fix it i was totally dismissed , made to wait 2 plus hours , and not even have it match the nails i have currently, so i have to be stuck looking at these ugly nails for 1 more week until i can get my fill, this place will never get my business again. read more

Blind luck landed me in this heavenly nail salon while here on vacation. Not only was the salon dazzlingly decorated but spotlessly clean and the service was impeccable. My nails were meticulously cared for before being dipped in a silky, summer pink powder. The nail tech was super focused yet friendly and sweet. A second tech did my toes with the same impeccable care. Luxe's Nails deserves a ten but only five stars are allowed. Loved this place!!! read more

I would give less stars if I could. My friend and I scheduled an appointment for three in the afternoon. The day of, we got there ten minutes early... and they said they could be get us in for another hour! We would have been fine with this if they hadn't accepted other walk ins and appointments before us. Upon actually getting my nails done, my artist was very rough and ground several of my nails down until it was raw and painful. A few were bleeding. She then put the acrylic on over my bleeding nails and ignored the injuries. I kept on thinking that the job would get better, but I was sorely mistaken. I asked for ALMOND shape and showed her and said "like the picture please" and she gave me OVAL shaped nails with an uneven paint job. One coat of each color! On their website it said a full set of acrylics would be around $30 - cool, not a problem. But when we got to the counter, they told us it's $50 and they only gave ME a $5 discount, not my friend. I usually say you get what you pay for, but we payed way too much for this. Very upset. read more

My husband &I came in for pedicures. They are very sweet and attentive. If you don't like something they fix or alter it. I like the pricing where it includes everything in a basic pedicure. That's the way it should be. I will come back next year when in the area! read more

Won't be back here. Technician removed existing polish (natural nails and regular polish). After cutting and filing my nails they were ragged and uneven. She used her long nails to push back my skin and was rough (unhygienic!) I asked her to file nails evenly and she responded that the unevenness was my skin and not nails. I stood up quietly and said I'd prefer her to stop. She charged me $20.00 read more

I just left this place and I picked out my color sat in a chair and had two Nails put on and one was crooked . I asked the tech to redo the one crooked nail that she just applied then she all of a sudden said she could not do my nails because she had an appointment and then took off the two Nails she had just put on my hands . This was my first and my last time going to this place. Not even after a week my nails started to fall off. The nail polish was all over my fingers, every nail length was different. I am not one to post reviews but I had such a bad experience here that I had to! I got a shellac manicure done here. First the girl who did my nails was new to doing nails which was fine. I was patient with her and let her co-worker explain to her what she should do. She didn't cut, file, or buff my nails but instead put lotion on my hands before washing and polishing. If I'm going in to get a manicure and not a polish change, I want a manicure. So, I asked if she could cut, file and buff after I realized she was going to polish after the lotion. When she started to paint my nails, polish was on the sides of my fingers. She didn't clean them until I asked her to. But needless to say, I left with polish all over my cuticles and even on other parts of my hand. Now you think the story would end there, but it doesn't. My shellac will last me over 2 weeks but within 3 days, 3 DAYS!!! It started to peel. So I called the salon, told them my issue and the lady on the phone was so nice about the situation. She said to come in and they'll fix them for no cost. So I went back in and did a different color just to be safe. Well they peeled 5 days after that. Shocker... So now, here we are, with unpolished nails, and $30 out. read more
