The heel scrubber was disposable. Male pedicurist nicked my foot with some tool and used some gel to stop the bleeding. It would have been nice if he said something instead of me just feeling my foot burn and seeing blood. The pedicurist that worked on my mom did a great job and was very focused on the massage. Mom was very happy. My pedicurist seemed to not want to go near me. Both did fine for the actual polish but mom and I had totally different experiences. I wouldn't say it was worth the $65 "sugar bliss" for myself given the employee did not put in hardly any effort.

Her nail tech was over 30 minutes late to work, forcing her to reschedule. She gave them the benefit of the doubt and rebooked. Fast forward to the day of the new appointment: twelve hours after giving birth to our daughter, while still in the hospital, we received a call from the owner asking if my wife was still coming in. I answered, excitedly explaining she had just delivered. Instead of offering a warming understanding, or opportunity to reschedule given the big life event, the owner responded in a demeaning, narcissistic tone: "Well congrats, just wish you would have called to cancel." This level of insensitivity and unprofessionalism is unacceptable, especially for a non-essential business. No pregnant woman, new mother, or family should be treated this way. Please think twice before giving them your business.

One of my wonderful staff just took one of our supported individuals that hardly ever gets out to Sky Nails on Washington Center Road to get her nails done. One of the techs came up looked at our individual and refused to do her nails because she has a handicap. The staff person offered her help in any way he would need to get her nails done. All she wanted was a simple manicure with Polish and filing her nails. He refused and told her to leave. Great way to run a business buddy. Sky Nails on Washington Center Road I hope that no one ever treats you or anybody that you love the way that you just treated our supported individual. She's a person she's beautiful and she didn't deserve the way you treated her.
