DISCRIMINATION My 7 year old daughter went with a group of girls (she was the youngest) to get regular polish manicures. When we asked about pricing, we were told that my daughter would be charged the most because she's the tallest. It felt incredibly unfair and honestly, like a form of discrimination. I had a very good experience. I was a walkin and they walked me back to a pedicure chair right away. I like that I didn't have to wait or schedule an appointment. Ulee was very kind, attentive, personable, and she did a great job on my gel manicure and pedicure. I did see what another customer mentioned about the brushes by the sink not being cleaned or maybe placed in barbicide or some similar could be an option? I opted not to use the brush to clean my nails. It is very clean, updated, nicely decorated, and they have so many colors, dips, polishes, and gels to choose from. They do serve wine if you're wanting to relax even more and possibly fall asleep in the chair. Ha! It was a calming experience! When I get my nails done I just feel pretty and feminine. I really like this nail salon and always come here when I need a pedicure and nail services. My most recent service left me a little disappointed. The nail tech that provided my services was probably new to this salon. I asked for a pedicure and dip nails. I wanted my nails to match my feet as close as possible - a Christmas red that was not too bluish or orangish. She picked colors that she thought would match; unfortunately I have a nice Christmas red on my toes and a too dark red on my hands. When she started to do nails, I asked if she could do one christmas green nail on each hand. She said there wasn't a green like that in dip powders. Her techniques are good, but lacks a little creativity or willingness to see if she could accommodate my request. read more

Super cute atmosphere. I have been in three times now. I had a gal do a polish change on my toes. I had the same guy twice give me tips once and then take my tips off and do pink/white ombre. The manicures I have had here were worth the money. I do recommend asking up front for the total cost with what you would like. This place is clean and while it can be busy it is a relaxing atmosphere. I will be visiting again for manis. read more

This has quickly become my favorite salon with only one draw back. Hear me out. So both times I've went has been on a weekend and they are quick to get me to a chair. I love that they have so many color options and their samples are plenty. Really helps me narrow down a color or combination and their gel polish seems high quality because it will last on my natural nails for 4-5 weeks with no chipping. Here's my draw back.... The first time I went was just a polish change on my naturals nails. No shaping and no cuticles, literally just a polish change. I chose a gel polish with a chrome overlay and it was beautiful BUT it was $65! I was like whoa that's pricey for a polish change but ok. Decided to give them another try today. Went with a manicure with gel polish change. They cut cuticles, shaped the nails, and I chose a beautiful green gel polish. The total today was $40. Not sure why such a price difference for more service but that's my only draw back. Doesn't seem consistent on prices. So take their suggestion on their sign and ask for a price prior to service because it may in fact be different each time. read more

I made an appointment for a full dip set. When I got there, the owner (I think?) greeted me and was very very sweet. She brought me to the nail tech doing my nails who very obviously did not speak English well, which is fine. However, the language barrier was a huge issue throughout the appointment. When I could understand her, she was very rude. I got shorter nails and she complained about how long they were and how long it took her. The nail tech was very rough with me, twisting my fingers roughly and yanking my arms. She said several times throughout my appointment how I should have gotten acrylics instead. In my opinion, if I'm paying for a dip set, I should be able to get what I want without getting bitched at for it. I showed her a picture and asked for a pink and white glitter ombré. What o ended up with was cute, but NOT what I asked for. She gave me French tips which i didn't want -- again, I wanted pink white ombré. When it came time to pay, she charged me for pink white ombré, glitter, and French tips, when I only asked for two of those things. My nail tech was also training someone I guess? Which I don't mind. But the girl was on her phone the whole time and it was distracting the nail tech. Her friend came into the salon towards the end of my manicure and they stopped and talked for about 15 minutes which was frustrating. Overall, the salon is nice and the other nail techs were very sweet. The one I ended up with left a bad taste in my mouth. I feel like I shouldn't be put down for 1.) something I asked for 2.) something I'm PAYING for ($92 with tip!!) and 3.) something that is literally your job. Prompt service, great color selection, everyone was friendly, and my nail tech was patient and did a great job!

First time here, I was wanting to try a new place and I will not be back. The first impression this place is clean, but very unorganized. I asked the price prior to beginning and she quoted me $60. When I went to pay she charged $70 and then the man standing next to her proceeded to argue with me about the price. The sign states to ask about cost before beginning services, which I did. I was here 2 hours for a French tip dip powder. She kept touching my nails after just putting top coat on and then had to file off and start over on the top coat several times because it wasn't dry yet and was getting impatient because she mentioned going home multiple times. Lastly, it's kind of tacky to scold your employees in front of customers. read more

I've had one good experience and one so so experience here. The second experience, I called and let them know and they fixed it. Update* I decided not to go back because I noticed that they weren't cleaning the dremmels, files, or brushes before use and they were obviously used on multiple clients without being cleaned. Not going to risk my health. Which is a shame because I did overall think they did a good job, even if they are a little grouchy. read more

Went in at 12 waited a half hour to be sat down they started my nails then half ways through they stopped doing my nails. They then proceeded to go and do other people's nails and I sat there for three hours because I wanted a design. After that nobody ever came and did my nails got up to leave and they still made me pay the 50$ for unfinished nails that I had sat for three hours and waited patiently!
