An easy YES for me. First time and will not be the last. I came in on a Thursday evening expecting there to be a long wait. When I walked in there was a tablet where you sign in and choose your service. LOTS of services and options to choose from. No more than a minute of waiting was I greeted, asked my requested service and escorted over to the pedicure chairs. Water was immediately turned on and my tech was on his job pampering me. Picked my color (white, #399) & turned on my massage chair. I had a dress on so my tech gave me a hand towel to cover myself, thankful for that. He asked if I wanted my nails cut down to which I responded a little. I loved how he cut a little and then kept asking if it was good enough. Most places will cut your nails down a LOT and then you just get what you get. Perfect squared shape just how I like it. The pampering was excellent and the towels they out around your legs are piping HOT. Service was quick and everyone was very friendly. I got the Deluxe Pedicure ($31) with the added gel Polish ($10). $41 is not bad for the great service. Tech's name was Za, and I'm thankful to him. read more

I came in for a fill which was done okay. I had a major problem in the gel polish. After two weeks they are chipped and the top coat has completely came off. I have never had this problem before, my nails usually last me 3-4 weeks. Very disappointed. read more

I have been to Sarah's at least three times. Every time I receive impeccable service with pedicures and acrylic nails. Highly recommend.

Hit or miss. Last visit, nail tech did not clean under my nails, ask me to wash my hands, cut the cuticles and left polish bubbles. Left nails looking thick and I have my own nails! Come on, guys! I was a regular so I know the process and know when corners are being cut. Other salons to choose from. Do better! read more

The first time I came I had great service, loved how my nails turned out. I got acrylics. When I came back to get them removed, that's another story. Im very familiar with acrylic nails. He did the usual soak and Dremel but he kept using the Dremel and just kept going and going, it eventually started to hurt several times and I let him know, nothing changed though, it just continued to hurt. Leaving looking at my nails they are wayyyyy thinner then I when I have gotten them off at other places. They hurt, and are extremely sensitive and my Birthday is coming up, I now have to wait a couple months before my nails can handle any sort of paint. Sad I'll have plain paper thin nails for my birthday. read more

I have been going to the same salon for over six years I have gone there a couple times after Covid but the safety measures are terrible there and I didn't feel comfortable. I change the Sara's nail art and I am highly impressed my pink and white is pink and white not brown and white like my last year has been and they have not turned yellow. My pedicure was out of this world and it was worth the extra money for the care I received the safety and the quality of the work. I will definitely be going back. Acrylic nails are reasonably cheap! For $20! I've been to places that have prices like $40. It's very elegant and clean inside. Everybody is nice but they would rush to get you done so they can move on to the next person. They have a lot of colors to choose from. I have never gotten my toes done though. read more

Cute place. Unfortunately my nails aren't. My friend and I went to get them dipped. She got an ombré (ummmm not even close, she got orange and black and it just looks she she messed her dip up by servicing a car or something else equally dirty). I also got a dip and was told my nails were too short and needed tips. They dipped straight into the powder in the jail which I heard is a big no no and after 3 days my nails are lifting. There are also ridges in the middle of each nail bed. We can't do anything but laugh at this point and spread the word about this crap job. read more

The first time I went, a male nail tech did my fill & gel polish. He did a good job with the polish, but hurt my cuticles with the dremel. A few of my cuticles were still red & irritated the following day. The second time I was there, a female tech did my nails. I really liked her - very friendly and very fast with the fill. The gel polish was not done well. I filed the gel off myself & redid them at home (I have a lamp) I'm much happier with the gel polish job that I did, as she left a lot of the sides of my nail unpolished or rough looking. The salon is small and cramped. A friend and I went to get our nails done. Upon arrival we told the male working the front exactly what services we wanted. We were quickly rushed to the back to begin our pedicures. After sometime my friend who wanted a manicure mentioned her current nexgen nails needed to be removed.. no response. Finally we finish our pedicures and the same man working the front states nexgen will take 30 minutes to soak and overall seemed as if he did not want to provide the requested services. Since moving to Fort Wayne, I've been searching for a nail place that lived up to my standards. After a year and a half, I finally found one! The salon was clean, I walked right in without a wait (on a Saturday, nonetheless), and I had the most relaxing experience. The pedicure I had, which included a hot stone massage, was simply amazing. And they were very accommodating to any requests I made. I asked for a flower design on my big toe and did not like the design my technician attempted. She immediately, without any fuss, grabbed a nail technician who was "one of the best at nail art" and had her take over. The whole experience was polite and professional. When my daughter and I first started going to Sarah's it was amazing! However, the last few times we've been there, we've left extremely disappointed. Nails look crappy as well as cuticles getting tore up. One of the nail techs today even showed my daughter her bad reviews! I mean really? Who does that? Judging by my daughters nails, I can see why she gets those reviews! You are hurried through like you dont matter. If you don't like something, it seems like they are offended..seems like you are always rushed through and some of the techs act like it's a bother to them. I got acrylic nails here about a week and a half ago. They looked like they needed filled as soon as she was done and several of them were lumpy. I went back a few days later and the tech would only fix three of them. She said the other ones were fine. She did one acrylic so thick that when I bumped it on something a few days later it broke. I was going to go back and give them another chance, but I'd rather spend my money somewhere else, especially after reading all the other negative reviews. read more

I've been here multiple times to get my nails done and I kept going back because I really wanted to give them a fair chance and every single time something was messed up. My nails never look good when I leave and it's frustrating to pay for that and not be satisfied. They gave a $5 coupon for the inconvenience. Pedicure was ok, nothing special for $31.00. Discovered when paying, total $ 46.00, not $36.00. a $10.00 price increase that was not explained for GEL. Not impressed at all with this place. I called ahead to make an appointment for a mani/pedi and arrived before my appointment time. I complete my check in on the iPad and the lady acknowledges my arrival. As I'm sitting waiting to be called back (and it is now my scheduled appointment time) other 'walk-in' customers arrive and are immediately waited on and taken back for services. One of the workers who is promptly helping these 'walk-in' customers looks at me questioningly...and the lady at the front front states 'I know' and points for me to take a seat at a mani table. She then proceeds to start service for one of the walk in customers who arrived AFTER me! And there I sit alone at a service table without any attention whatsoever. By now I'm completely torqued. I sit and watch as several 'walk in' customers are tended to immediately. And I am still sitting there with not one worker even acknowledging me and my scheduled appointment which is now 15 minutes past my appointment. Completely ridiculous and complete disregard for someone with a scheduled appointment. My time is valuable and they clearly did not value it. Nor do they value the meaning of upholding good customer service. I walked out and took my business elsewhere . If I could rate '0' stars I would absolutely do so. read more

This is the worst nail salon ever. I called and made an appointment and had to wait 30 minutes to get my nails done. Not only did I have to wait the paint job is horrible and they ruined the shape of my nails. They charge $5 more for certain nail shapes too. Never go to this nail salon. I have gone here so many time and loved. Unfortunately, I will never go back again. I went on Saturday and got a gel manicure and jasmine and lavender pedicure. My nails are already peeling and that is the least. The man did a horrible job my nails are uneven and I asked several times to have fixed. He was extremely rough and cut my cuticles so much that I was bleeding a little. In addition he was so rough with has hand towel drying my feet that I had red marks between my toes and was brought to tears. The technician that was working on my sister informed us that my technician was always very rough and had no returning clients. I told Sarah the owner and she was very apologetic and insisted I return and ask for a women. She gave me a $10 gift certificate. I paid $67.00 for my services. I will not be using the $10 or ever be returning, my question is why would you continue to employee someone that was this way with customers. read more

This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had. When I walked into the salon I told the woman I wanted a pedicure. I was walked back to the pedicure chairs and once I sat down, I told my technician that I would also like a manicure. She told me OK. She began my pedicure and after about 15 minutes a man came over to me and told me that I would need to come back tomorrow because they were closing. I told him that I would not be able to come back tomorrow and that I was told I would be able to get a manicure and pedicure. He did not care. He blew me off and was very rude. My technician began to rush to finish. I told her if she was going to rush through the job then I was not going to pay for a poor job or half service. The man called the police on me instead of trying to resolve the issue like a reasonable person. They ended up finished the pedicure but still no manicure. The pedicure was sloppy. It was an awful experience. I thought the nail salon was supposed to be relaxing and tranquil. My experience was not. read more
