This place is about 25 mins from my house but I came because the place near me was closed today (Sunday), and because their site said they had a full bar . Upon entering I see the beautiful salon. Up front there's the manicure area, then a little further back they have these what look like royal chairs for pedicures but no one was sitting in them. I thought maybe it was a slow period but then even further back and to the right there's another area for pedicures. Not sure if the difference, but whatever. I told the lady I was there for a pedicure and she just said, "go all the way down to the back and to the right." Normally they walk you back, put you in a chair and give you the colors to choose from but, nope! So when I got back to the pedicure area I was just confused on what to do. After choosing a seat the lady came to do my pedicure. The water was piping hot so i asked her to turn it down. She did and it was fine but then for some reason the water was piping hot again. So I just left my feet out. She put this green tea powder in the water and it stunk very badly. Made my feet feel really soft though! Every other part of the pedicure was fine, except she didn't wait for the hot towels to cool off a bit before putting it on my legs so my skin was BURNING. She when she was cleaning the polish from around my toes, the nail polish remover was burning because she cut my skin. Overall decent pedicure. I love how my feet look and feel. I do wish she would've been a little more personable. I could barely hear her when she wanted me to move my feet. When she wanted me to put my feet into the water she would nudge at my feet. She spoke English to others very well so I knew that wasn't the issue. 3 stars because she did her job and I like the outcome. Tool 2 stars because their gel polish is $20! Music was wayyyy too loud! The blasting kpop gave me so much anxiety! Then the bartender had this flashy shimmering dress like they trying to turn that place into the club. My nail tech was alright. She did good work but the tools slipped out of her hands and a few times while buffing the machine would stop bc it got stuck as if her technique needed work. I felt my service was rushed. They didn't have the arm rest pillows either. Just had me rest my arm on an old acrylic jar. This was pretty ghetto, uncomfortable and definitely not aesthetically pleasing. Also, no one asked me if I wanted a drink. This is a place for the girls who wanna party while getting their nails done. I would not recommend for someone looking to relax and be pampered. read more

I walked in with my toes looking the same and walked out with two different toe nails on my feet. Very disappointed with these services. Even the manager stepped in to "correct" my french tip toenail but as you can see it's still crooked. This place is over priced. They will rush through the service, take your money and rush you out the door to fill that empty chair. Never again. read more

The place is beautiful and the technicians were nice. I was disappointed my polish came off and I let it dry for 20 minutes.

Came in and received a classic pedicure ($25). From when I walked in until I went to the dryer was 1/2 hour. It was honestly like they didn't care at all. My toenails hurt from the lady cutting them too short. She also kept digging her toenails into my foot. I told the receptionist when I was paying and she was like well you got the classic pedicure. Still should not have only been 1/2 hour and half-heartedly done. read more

I enjoy coming here for my pedicure. The people are caring and listen to my needs. I pay for the $25 basic and add the $20 gel nail color. Tracy and Jason are the best and totally spoil me. I am in need of help keeping my toes in order. I shake a little now and, even though I can do my own nails still, I can't seem to do my toes with the care they need. I highly recommend this place and continue to go there about every 3 weeks. read more

First time going to this place and was a good experience. Place was clean on the inside and the decor was very cute! Had a little bit of a wait but my nails did not take too long. Some people were getting drinks that looked pretty good since they have a bar there as well. The prices were pretty typical $55 got full acrylic set with gel and $45 for dip nails. Normally I love it here but I can in and no one was available. To do what I needed and I can't back very disappointing. Then my girlfriend was not happy with her acrylic nails. Well... I've been coming here for a while and I am very disappointed in the experience I just had. i spent $75 on nails that were rushed, sloppy, and uneven.
