I needed to use the restroom so bad so I called and explained the situation and that I couldn't make it to the second floor bathroom, and this wonderful woman came and helped me through all of the doors going in and coming out. I didn't catch her name, but she was so kind and helpful. She had dark hair that was past her shoulders, blue eyes, and such a warm smile. I appreciate these people more than anything, it's a lot harder to navigate a world on crutches, and even harder in the snow!
