So It was my first visit to Kauffman Medi Spa for my skin care consultation and Sarah was my Aesthetician. She is superb with her knowledge and she made sure that all my queries were answered properly. She was very patient and provided me with the best skin care treatment to start with. Everyone at the centre were super friendly and were very helpful. I am very much satisfied as a customer for my first visit. I shall definitely come back to them for more services. Meet the Business Owner: Jennifer K.

Jennifer has been a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner since 2004. Before becoming a nurse practitioner, she practiced with a vascular surgeon as a registered nurse since 1997. Jennifer is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and Coalition of Advanced Practice Nurses of Indiana. She is a graduate of Indiana Wesleyan University and Goshen College. With her extensive training in the United States and Canada, she remains up to date on the latest developments in cosmetic treatments. She has presented numerous research studies to the American College of Phlebology and the American Society of Plastic Surgeons. Through Aesthetic Advancements, Inc., Jennifer teaches Botox, fillers and sclerotherapy to physicians and nurses across the nation.

I came in with a procedure in my mind, I am losing volume in my face and wanted it corrected. They basically talked me out of the procedure, and just recommended to take better care of my skin. They put together some products for me from Obagi line, Dr.Diepenbrock did a tiny bit of Botox to relax muscles under my eyes when I smile so it doesn't cause wrinkles and hollowness under eyes and they sent me home. I was given a warm blanket and a pillow! I was checked on frequently, so that was relieving. The drip took about an hour. I enjoyed it! After the drip, I was given the Glutathione. It was quick and it wasn't too painful. I think it was worth it. The customer service was excellent here. I felt comfortable and at ease during my visit. The professionalism was very evident! While I really like the people at Infinity, I am unfortunately still quite unhappy with how my haircut and style turned out. I graduated college today, so I wanted to get my hair done so it would look nice in my pictures. I had an appointment yesterday. I sent three photos (attached below) in for my inspiration pictures, one for style/cut, one for texture/softness, and one for length. I completed the lengthy new client forms and had a very long consultation with my stylist to ensure they knew how my hair reacts when cut, how my hair dries naturally, the shrinkage, etc. The style I had in mind was a sort of shaggy mullet. I had quite long, wavy hair (around the bottom of my chest in length) when I came in and the length inspiration picture showed I wanted it cut to my shoulders. I have had relatively shorter hair for almost all of my life, up until recently, so I was prepared for it to feel like a big chop. However, the chop felt a bit bigger than expected and when I finally put my glasses back on, I realized the longest parts of my hair is at the tip of my ears. Over 16 inches were gone, which was NOT what was agreed upon. I was not sure what to say since the cut was already finished and I wanted to give it a few moments since I could have just been looking at it wrong. I went to pay and I realized that while I was told it would be $60 over the phone for a "long haircut" (since I told them I had really, really thick and wavy hair), I was really charged $55 for a long hair cut and $15 for extra time. This was frustrating because the $60 price was confirmed over the phone twice and then again in person after the very lengthy consultation. After leaving the salon, I came to terms with my look not being what I wanted or discussed with my stylist. I took a little while to gather my thoughts because I am very non-confrontational, and finally decided to call the salon back to try and see if there was anything I could do to get my hair looking closer to my vision since my college graduation was the next day. The owner offered to meet with me and do a free rust treatment on my hair and a restyle, which did help a bit at first, but ultimately, I think after wearing the hair for a bit, it just looks the same as it did before. When I went to my graduation ceremony, I had three people make negative comments about my hair, and it made me end up feeling quite bad about it for the rest of the day. Honestly, it completely ruined the day for me, and I walked away having absolutely ZERO photos of my college graduation day, which is extra rough since I am the first person in my entire family to graduate college. This was supposed to be a momentous occasion that I would look back on with pride and happiness, but instead, it still makes me feel disgusted a year later thinking about it. Thankfully, after seeing the situation and how terrible, my photographer for my graduation pictures was willing to reschedule until it grew out more. All I wanted was a refund, but its been so long that I know it is out of the picture now. I've genuinely cried so many times about this (haha I wish I was kidding) and I just wish I went to great clips instead or something, because then I could have walked away with the same cut for 1/3 (or less) of the price.

I have been going to The Vein Institute for over one year. I never knew the results I could get from their services and products. I love the peels, laser, and botox. I've been going to VIMS for the last 2 years now. The staff is all awesome and very helpful. They are ALWAYS kind and helpful. Jennifer really knows her stuff. I have had Dysport and Scalerotherapy treatment for veins in my legs and have been happy with the results of both treatments. I also have used the Obagi skin care with great results and am currently transitioning to the new ZO skin care line. I would highly recommend checking them out for your beauty needs. These great ladies are so professional and non-judgmental. They are always helpful and care as much about your skin as you do. At age 66, I now receive many compliments about my complexion, which had started to dim and blotch, not to mention the wrinkles and fine lines that were very worrisome. I highly recommend lipodissolve. I went through a serious of (i believe 6)treatments and my unsightly saddle bags are now gone.(and it's been over a yr) I have always in the past had saddle bags, even though I'm not overweight.
