The staff and front staff answered emails quickly and offered help in scheduling. I saw Aimee today. I love that she took the time to really assess my face for what I needed, didn't just go in with everything. Such as noticed I needed less around my crows feet. Which kept the pricing even more manageable. I've only had Botox once before but Aimee did such a great job going slowly with the needle and also injecting slowly. Very little pain, no burning at all even when she warned it might be "spicy". The front desk helped with the manufacturing discounts and even applied a cash discount! Super cute office too!!! You're rudely greeted at the door because it's one customer per stylist so I wasn't allowed to go in to make sure she knew what my granddaughter & I wanted even though I was the one paying for it. Her appt was 9am & we didn't leave until 1:18pm. Blonde on top with pink blended in at the bottom is NOT what she got. Rachael sent her out with her hair dripping wet to get cash. She clearly knew what we wanted when appt was made & day of. My granddaughter's hair was bleached with patches of white throughout. The bottom HALF of her hair look like it was dipped in pink paint. It wasn't blended & it was uneven. I asked Rachael who ok'd that & she said granddaughter did. I said she's not 18 so I should have been called to get the ok. When I called to complain, the owner said I got a deal at $68 when it should have been $120. So a perfect hair color is more than a screwed up one??!!! When I asked for a reciept, I was told if you pay cash, you don't get a reciept. Worst mistake ever. I would give them a -10 rating if that were an option.

This happened almost a year ago, but I just realized that my review was somehow deleted? Oh well, I…read morewill spend the time to reupload it. While I really like the people at Infinity, I am unfortunately still quite unhappy with how my haircut and style turned out. I graduated college today, so I wanted to get my hair done so it would look nice in my pictures. I had an appointment yesterday. I sent three photos (attached below) in for my inspiration pictures, one for style/cut, one for texture/softness, and one for length. I completed the lengthy new client forms and had a very long consultation with my stylist to ensure they knew how my hair reacts when cut, how my hair dries naturally, the shrinkage, etc. The style I had in mind was a sort of shaggy mullet. I had quite long, wavy hair (around the bottom of my chest in length) when I came in and the length inspiration picture showed I wanted it cut to my shoulders. I have had relatively shorter hair for almost all of my life, up until recently, so I was prepared for it to feel like a big chop. However, the chop felt a bit bigger than expected and when I finally put my glasses back on, I realized the longest parts of my hair is at the tip of my ears. Over 16 inches were gone, which was NOT what was agreed upon. I was not sure what to say since the cut was already finished and I wanted to give it a few moments since I could have just been looking at it wrong. I went to pay and I realized that while I was told it would be $60 over the phone for a "long haircut" (since I told them I had really, really thick and wavy hair), I was really charged $55 for a long hair cut and $15 for extra time. This was frustrating because the $60 price was confirmed over the phone twice and then again in person after the very lengthy consultation. After leaving the salon, I came to terms with my look not being what I wanted or discussed with my stylist. I took a little while to gather my thoughts because I am very non-confrontational, and finally decided to call the salon back to try and see if there was anything I could do to get my hair looking closer to my vision since my college graduation was the next day. The owner offered to meet with me and do a free rust treatment on my hair and a restyle, which did help a bit at first, but ultimately, I think after wearing the hair for a bit, it just looks the same as it did before. When I went to my graduation ceremony, I had three people make negative comments about my hair, and it made me end up feeling quite bad about it for the rest of the day. Honestly, it completely ruined the day for me, and I walked away having absolutely ZERO photos of my college graduation day, which is extra rough since I am the first person in my entire family to graduate college. This was supposed to be a momentous occasion that I would look back on with pride and happiness, but instead, it still makes me feel disgusted a year later thinking about it. Thankfully, after seeing the situation and how terrible, my photographer for my graduation pictures was willing to reschedule until it grew out more. All I wanted was a refund, but its been so long that I know it is out of the picture now. I've genuinely cried so many times about this (haha I wish I was kidding) and I just wish I went to great clips instead or something, because then I could have walked away with the same cut for 1/3 (or less) of the price.
