She clearly knew what we wanted when appt was made & day of. My granddaughter's hair was bleached with patches of white throughout. The bottom HALF of her hair look like it was dipped in pink paint. It wasn't blended & it was uneven. I asked Rachael who ok'd that & she said granddaughter did. I said she's not 18 so I should have been called to get the ok. When I called to complain, the owner said I got a deal at $68 when it should have been $120. So a perfect hair color is more than a screwed up one??!!! It was one of the more expensive trips to a salon for just polish as it was 60$ for the mani/pedi. I could also see the different layers of polish on all my nails. Won't be going back to this place.
