I waited to give this review until a couple of days after my facial. This was one of the best self care days I've ever had. Sakia is nothing short of amazing. Her knowledge of skin care and maintenance is top notch. She detailed what the process would be prior to my service and she was a consummate professional. She encouraged me, with no pressure, to maintain a route and schedule with my facials. Their office is serene and well kept. You have an immediate relaxing feeling upon entry. SAVE YOUR MONEY GO SOMEWHERE ELSE the pictures speak for themselves usually go over to Aspire but Jill was booked for a week and a half (bc she is amazing) and a friend works in the Belle spa so I decided to try it out... I paid the most for Botox I've ever paid and had terrible results. I am wishing this 3 or 4 months away. I paid 400.00, and told her I liked my face tight. She never did between my brows so I mentioned it when I realized she wasn't coming back to do more she said she could keep charging me for endless Botox but that it wouldn't do me any good but did it anyway, what? You're injecting me with Botox please understand the product you are using..... above my right side I still have horizontal lines and a weird pull when I lower my brows. I called the office after 8 days knowing it takes several for it to begin working but it's never taken this long. They said the gal who injected me was out of office until Wednday and would call me to get me in ASAP. Her tone was less than kind and became pretty rude when I expressed my dissatisfaction and and I never heard from them. I could have called when they failed to call me back but instead I decided to take it as a sign of how they value customers and will just not be returning. I went to the W Jefferson office and visited Heather one week ago to have her help me lessen the appearance of my lines around my mouth. It was such a mistake. She did filler. The right side was just fine. When she did the left side it hurt really bad. She said my sun damage was worse bc that is my driving side of my face. She gave me ice packs after which I used. It didn't help. I was already bruising as I was driving from the parking lot. The swelling was so bad & my jaw, cheeks, and lips were so swollen that I had to miss 2 days of work bc I looked like a freak of nature. I wish I would've taken pics of that. But this photo I just took. As you can see, I now am left with purplish red scars. Concealer doesn't even begin to hide this mess. Every one I see asks me what happened when they see my face.. This is just an expensive nightmare. Not to mention, I treated myself to this for my birthday tomorrow, which I now will be spending at home hiding. So the question is... do you want a few fine lines, or do you want to spend hundreds & have smoothened skin with horrendous scars? read more

I was seen for a Dermaplane facial. This was not done correctly. I mentioned this to the owner through an auto survey and then through email. Am I wrong to assume if you pay for something and it's not done correctly it should be either done again or refunded? Neither happened and I never received a reply to the last email I sent. Very disappointed in laser hair removal for bikini area. 1st there is an extra charge for Brazilian then a second charge for a true brazilian. I had three appoints as that is what is considered the norm with the bikini area. After completion of treatments, hair is back at about 90% of original volume. I spoke with Amber and Kathy about it. The response was they were surprised but no solution. Do not waste your money. read more

I am going to give them 00000 due to the fact that their Groupon does not say anything about them not taking appointments unless is Wedsday at the convenience of their staff, they told me they will not work unless is 10 am. The staff was not only rude on the phone but they will be getting a 0 dollar tip from me. If you are a working woman who is not a stay home wife you are screwed if you want to enjoy a facial during off work hours. Just because they refuse to honor the Groupon duri g regular hours. You should not have to get a facial and accommodate their staff , it should be the other way around. I did not end up getting services here - this review is based solely on the process of scheduling an appointment. I bought a Groupon - excited to try microdermabrasion for the first time and excited that Belle Sante was offering it at such a deal! Once the Groupon was confirmed - I called the salon. No one answered. I got online to double check that I was calling within business hours. I was - so I assumed the front desk person must have been busy. They do have the option to leave a voicemail. However, I have a continuously changing schedule and wanted to be sure to book my appointment with a live person, not through voicemail. I called the next day two times, once in the morning and once in the afternoon, no answer. I called the day after that once in the morning, no answer. I finally gave up and called a second time that day, leaving a voicemail around 1130a. I left a message with my full name, contact information and that I wanted to make an appointment for next Thursday - preferably in the morning. I did not receive a call back for three hours. When I finally did get a call back, the front desk person was very friendly and helpful in getting me scheduled for an appointment for the coming Thursday April 9th. She let me know the esthetician who does the microdermabrasion treatments came in at noon on Thursday's so she didn't have mornings available. I decided noon would work and scheduled the appointment for the coming Thursday April 9th. She had asked for my phone number and email to send me confirmation information that I never received. I thought it was odd but - remembering they never answered their phones - I assumed they just weren't tech savvy. When Thursday rolled around I was so excited to go in. The parking lot was well maintained and upon entering the salon it was very clean and well decorated. They have created a very relaxing atmosphere. I walked up to the front desk to check in for my appointment at which point the front desk person said "Oh we might have a problem!". She informed me that I did not have an appointment set for that day. She was the same person I had spoken with on the phone the week before. I mentioned that, saying that she had set my appointment over the phone last week. She said she remembered talking to me - but didn't have an appointment. I asked her if she scheduled it on a different day. Once she looked it up - she said I had set the appointment May 7th. I told her I wouldn't have set it for May 7th because I hadn't even made my schedule for that far out yet. She said that maybe I didn't know what month it was because her esthetician was booked for a while and she wouldn't have made that appointment. She then asked if I had made two appointments. I told her that no, I only made one appointment for April 9th over the phone with her. She superficially apologized saying "Sorry! I don't know!". I went to leave and she then asked what I wanted to do about my appointment in May. I told her I wanted to cancel it and would figure something else out and left. She never offered a solution or apologized for her error. There was no way I confused April 9th with May 7th and agreed to that appointment. I would have been happy with her simply apologizing for her error instead of telling me I must have done something wrong and saying "I don't know!" multiple times, not offering any sort of solution. I then went home and checked if Groupon would be gracious enough to give me a refund. Thankfully they allowed me to put my money towards another business. Overall - Belle Sante itself was a pretty space. However, the difficulty of making an appointment and the severe lack of customer service has deterred me from ever going there again. read more

They do not guarantee their work. I paid $200 for removal of capillaries on my face. They tried several different lasers and none produced any results. I have had several laser treatments done in the past at other medical spas and had great results, so I know that my skin reacts to laser treatments. Disappointing to walk away less $200 and nothing to show for it! read more
