Her knowledge of skin care and maintenance is top notch. She detailed what the process would be prior to my service and she was a consummate professional. She encouraged me, with no pressure, to maintain a route and schedule with my facials. Their office is serene and well kept. You have an immediate relaxing feeling upon entry. Either way, unfortunately this may reflect badly on the business since it's a review about her. I'm sorry to the business, this is about MANDY. My daughter was so excited to get her hair done for her 13th birthday, it's been a promise since she was little. We get her scheduled in advance, with multiple reminders sent and accepted. Our appt was at 11:00, we live 20 mins away, she text me and called me at 10:30 sounding like she had just woke up asking me to change the time to 11:30, or 1:45. I told her 11:30 was fine, we get there are 11:25 and she is not there. I text her and let her know we were there, she pulls in a few mins later looking like she rolled out of bed, smoking a cigarette and grabbing her subway with no rush of getting us in. I had to ask if she was Mandy because she acted like we didn't exist in the car right next to her. She reaked of cigarettes when we got in there, her chair was filthy, and she didn't even know what my groupon was for. I tell her it was for a cut, condition, blowdry, balayage or ombre....she looks at my daughter's hair and says she's going to upcharge us $150 because of the length and thickness....totally fine, if it was mentioned on the Groupon website. She tried to make it our fault that it wasn't advertised properly, she continued to repeat why she wouldn't honor it. Due to it not being on Groupon correctly and her wanting to argue with me about it, my daughter didn't get her hair done. She got a call while sitting there asking if she could meet at someone's house later and do their hair. So not only did she NOT wash her hands after smoking her cigarette, she didn't honor what was purchased, she tried to make it my fault saying "all my groupons SHOULD say upcharges for length and thickness." This has been complained about on Groupon as well, but I wanted everyone aware since she does pop up with this business. Now we have to go somewhere else and my daughters so bummed out. But due to the awful experience she was totally fine without having her hair done because we weren't sure how her hair would look after.

Most recently, she did my extensions, and she did an amazing job. After losing a lot of my hair to PCOS, the extensions have given me the length and that feeling of fullness back, not to mention, she took the TIME to make sure my extensions were done properly, even rescheduling her next appointment so we'd have plenty of time! I found Dr. Lee about a year after learning about BII (breast implant illness), as he was the only surgeon from Indiana located on a recommended explant surgeon list at the time I was pursuing a consult. He was in Ft. Wayne and me in Indy so there was some distance. I'll admit, I wasn't quite versed in surgeon reputations but I knew I wanted a recommended surgeon and I felt comfortable after my consult with not getting another consult. He seemed so knowledgeable and supportive about BII and the office staff are all so sweet. After all, they are in the business of making you feel beautiful regardless your circumstance. I love the Godly feel in the lobby and the holistic approach he takes. As I sit here 3 months PO, although I don't have the beautiful results (no fault of Dr. Lee) I see others have, I am pleased with the care and professionalism I received with the office. Staff were quick to respond when I had any questions or issues during recovery. Overall, my recovery was fairly seamless and I know that was partly due to his recommendations.

She went, insurance was approved, and she had the reduction surgery. A day later, things just weren't right. I sent photos of my mom's breast/nipple to Dr. Lee. He was quick to respond, but didn't see any issue. My mom was in pain, swollen and finally was told to return to the office after an unbearable weekend. She was told Dr. Lee would have to take her back into surgery, to remove infection and swelling. This happened two more times! My mom kept going into the office, and without any type of numbing agent he would cut away flesh from her nipple. She described how painful and horrid the experience was. She eventually lost her entire nipple. She wishes she had never had the procedure. I went to Aspire a few months ago looking for my own augmentation recommendations. I never felt like it was Dr. Lee's fault my mom had all her issues. Sometimes things just happen. But I just felt Dr. Lee wasn't very personable, didn't even spend much time examining me, and wasn't really listening to me. Overall, I realize you cannot always predict the outcomes of what happens with a patient and how they heal, but I believe if my mom would have been seen sooner instead of made to wait out the weekend she could have endured far less trauma.
