So here goes one of those personal reviews, but something that is important to me in the event someone is out there looking for reviews. I found Dr. Lee about a year after learning about BII (breast implant illness), as he was the only surgeon from Indiana located on a recommended explant surgeon list at the time I was pursuing a consult. He was in Ft. Wayne and me in Indy so there was some distance. I'll admit, I wasn't quite versed in surgeon reputations but I knew I wanted a recommended surgeon and I felt comfortable after my consult with not getting another consult. He seemed so knowledgeable and supportive about BII and the office staff are all so sweet. After all, they are in the business of making you feel beautiful regardless your circumstance. I love the Godly feel in the lobby and the holistic approach he takes. As I sit here 3 months PO, although I don't have the beautiful results (no fault of Dr. Lee) I see others have, I am pleased with the care and professionalism I received with the office. Staff were quick to respond when I had any questions or issues during recovery. Overall, my recovery was fairly seamless and I know that was partly due to his recommendations. read more

Dr. Lee comes highly recommended by many folks in Fort Wayne and the surrounding area. So when my mom wanted a breast reduction I told her to have a consult with Aspire. She went, insurance was approved, and she had the reduction surgery. A day later, things just weren't right. I sent photos of my mom's breast/nipple to Dr. Lee. He was quick to respond, but didn't see any issue. My mom was in pain, swollen and finally was told to return to the office after an unbearable weekend. She was told Dr. Lee would have to take her back into surgery, to remove infection and swelling. This happened two more times! My mom kept going into the office, and without any type of numbing agent he would cut away flesh from her nipple. She described how painful and horrid the experience was. She eventually lost her entire nipple. She wishes she had never had the procedure. I went to Aspire a few months ago looking for my own augmentation recommendations. I never felt like it was Dr. Lee's fault my mom had all her issues. Sometimes things just happen. But I just felt Dr. Lee wasn't very personable, didn't even spend much time examining me, and wasn't really listening to me. Overall, I realize you cannot always predict the outcomes of what happens with a patient and how they heal, but I believe if my mom would have been seen sooner instead of made to wait out the weekend she could have endured far less trauma. read more

People in northeastern Indiana are very fortunate to have Jill at Aspire. I came to Indiana two years ago over the holidays and was due for Botox. I found Aspire on Google and made an appointment and got in later that same week. Jill was very pleasant and actually took the time to listen to me and answer some questions I had. My Botox looked amazing and lasted a couple weeks longer than any shot I received here in California. I was headed back to Indiana last year for the holidays and had her do my Botox again. I love this place SO much. Dr. Lee, Jill, and the rest of the staff are amazing people. The decor is also gorgeous. I originally started coming here for laser hair removal with Jill which I still do touch ups with her whenever I travel back to visit my family in Fort Wayne. Jill and Dr. Lee are probably two of the very few people who I trust completely with my skin because they really know their stuff. Scheduling is also a breeze with them! I prefer to get facials and laser done at medical spas rather than salons and after trying a lot of places in the area, this is the place I've stuck with for more than 2 years. Could not be more disappointed in my experience. Being relatively new to FW I asked around for a recommendation for a Medical Spa. Every time I heard about Aspire it was a do not go. I decided to form my own opinion (I love my monthly facials) and was pleasantly surprised by my appointments - all went well until a problem arose. Then I understood why no one would stand behind a recommendation to this place. I was burned by my procedure (IPL) and could not get Dr Lee or anyone on the phone - the vmail was full - the entire weekend. Unacceptable and unprofessional - what if I had been a surgery patient? I waited until open on Monday morning to get someone to speak with me and help me fix it. I went in and Dr Lee proceeded to tell me "yes that's a second degree burn, but no matter it will heal fine". Um. That's it???? I had been uncomfortable for 3 days/sleepless nights and that's it? Then he told me to use a specific lotion and oil - use those and come back in a week. I went to front desk to make my follow up appointment and she proceeded to charge me for the cream/oil. And did not offer to refund the cost of the procedure that gave me a second degree burn and potentially a lot of hassle to get rid of hyperpigmentation. Unprofessional. Unacceptable. I was referred to Aspire by a friend who has been a client for years. The customer interaction is always amazing be it by phone, Facebook or when you are walking in & being greeted! I LOVE Jill. She makes me laugh at every appointment. She takes the time to listen to my concerns before each injection to make sure I get super satisfactory results. I have not yet had an appointment with Dr. Lee. He is a bit more conservative than I would like for my lip augments & possibly my butt lift (will be using the GI) but has always been extremely helpful with product questions that I ask about via their Facebook page which be sure to check out they offer a lot of helpful info & also deals. Their monthly emails keep me up to date with deals they offer monthly. The deals are ones which I feel like the majority of their clients would enjoy not weird ones that make people ask what the heck is that?
