I called around to other surgeons in the FW area and again, they all quoted more than I had budgeted to spend. A friend of my husband said she used to work for Dr. Shambaugh and recommended him. I called and got a quote and it was way more reasonable (thousands less than the others!!) and I went in for a consultation. Dr. Shambaugh and his staff were awesome and took the time to answer my questions and made me feel comfortable with the decision I had made to get them removed. The day of the surgery, all of the pre and post op staff and Dr. Shambaugh were super sweet, made me feel very relaxed and surgery went great. I had a wonderful recovery and was very impressed with Dr. Shambaugh and all of his staff throughout this entire process and the fact that they had affordable pricing was a cherry on top.

I found Dr. Lee about a year after learning about BII (breast implant illness), as he was the only surgeon from Indiana located on a recommended explant surgeon list at the time I was pursuing a consult. He was in Ft. Wayne and me in Indy so there was some distance. I'll admit, I wasn't quite versed in surgeon reputations but I knew I wanted a recommended surgeon and I felt comfortable after my consult with not getting another consult. He seemed so knowledgeable and supportive about BII and the office staff are all so sweet. After all, they are in the business of making you feel beautiful regardless your circumstance. I love the Godly feel in the lobby and the holistic approach he takes. As I sit here 3 months PO, although I don't have the beautiful results (no fault of Dr. Lee) I see others have, I am pleased with the care and professionalism I received with the office. Staff were quick to respond when I had any questions or issues during recovery. Overall, my recovery was fairly seamless and I know that was partly due to his recommendations.

Dr. Lee comes highly recommended by many folks in Fort Wayne and the surrounding area. So when my…read moremom wanted a breast reduction I told her to have a consult with Aspire. She went, insurance was approved, and she had the reduction surgery. A day later, things just weren't right. I sent photos of my mom's breast/nipple to Dr. Lee. He was quick to respond, but didn't see any issue. My mom was in pain, swollen and finally was told to return to the office after an unbearable weekend. She was told Dr. Lee would have to take her back into surgery, to remove infection and swelling. This happened two more times! My mom kept going into the office, and without any type of numbing agent he would cut away flesh from her nipple. She described how painful and horrid the experience was. She eventually lost her entire nipple. She wishes she had never had the procedure. I went to Aspire a few months ago looking for my own augmentation recommendations. I never felt like it was Dr. Lee's fault my mom had all her issues. Sometimes things just happen. But I just felt Dr. Lee wasn't very personable, didn't even spend much time examining me, and wasn't really listening to me. Overall, I realize you cannot always predict the outcomes of what happens with a patient and how they heal, but I believe if my mom would have been seen sooner instead of made to wait out the weekend she could have endured far less trauma.

I came to Dr. Diepenbrock with a long (20 years :( ) history of tension headaches, hoping that what…read moreI'd read on the internet about Botox being a potential treatment for this issue might prove true for me. I was quite nervous and felt very awkward about the whole thing because I'd never had anything cosmetic done and hadn't planned to in my lifetime. I've never spoken with a plastic surgeon before and was also afraid that I might get unsolicited advice (i.e. "Well, if we change x or y, you'll look SO much better!") that would hurt my feelings for a long time or something honestly. Nothing I was concerned about came true in the least bit; his bedside manner was A+, and Dr. Diepenbrock was also extremely sympathetic about some personal issues I shared with him that had caused my tension headaches to become much worse in recent months. He came up with a generous and cost-effective plan for treating me during our session but then also suggested that I seek out a doctor that accepts insurance for my type of issue - read: he wasn't even trying to make a return customer out of me, he's really just that nice. As for the results? I definitely feel that it worked. I still get headaches from time-to-time from dehydration or if my neck/shoulder/upper back tension gets too out-of-control; however, the "transfer of tension" to my head doesn't happen nearly as often. These days, I can still feel when the rest of my muscles are tight and aching, but at least it doesn't turn into a headache that prevents me from remembering things or thinking clearly. I think I'll look into having the same treatment on some of my neck/shoulder muscles and see if that solves the problem completely. I'm so grateful that Dr. Diepenbrock was so knowledgeable about this type of issue and was so willing to work with me in my situation because now I might be more on the track to completely solving my 20-year issue. Throw my 5-star review on his heaping pile of other 5-stars; I highly recommend him.

I came in with a procedure in my mind, I am losing volume in my face and wanted it corrected. They basically talked me out of the procedure, and just recommended to take better care of my skin. I have no wrinkles but my pores could be smaller and I have spots of sun damage. I could do a better job looking after my skin for sure. They put together some products for me from Obagi line, Dr.Diepenbrock did a tiny bit of Botox to relax muscles under my eyes when I smile so it doesn't cause wrinkles and hollowness under eyes and they sent me home. Next day my eyes look really relaxed when I smile, I love it. The botox shots were not painful and left no marks! I have a follow up scheduled in June.

Patients PAY to fix screwed up results, failed attempts, & sewing mishaps repeatedly. DrJoe seems…read moreso nice but no accountability or resolution, he just keeps charging for more and more solutions to his mistakes that he gaslights you about. He also tends to get stressed out and snap at his staff so it does make you question his sincerity. Attempt 1 I paid $4k for neck liposuction that left me disfigured with an uneven neck skin ripple that spanned across my entire chin underneath and was 1cm wide. Attempt 2 When I scheduled to have this fixed, I paid $3k more to just do a full facelift since I already had to go under the knife again (total $9k) and ALL he did was my neck AGAIN. My neck/chin was great & fixed but my cheeks were not pulled up at all!!! Wasted $. Attempt 3 He charged me the $1k anesthesia fee for the revision of my cheeks and I did not feel pain or right there at all, AGAIN, he just pulled chin/neck tighter & ignored my cheeks but yet I have a facelift scar all around my ears but cheeks were never pulled up & my skin is flopping . He does not use dissolving stitches!!! I had to go multiple times to get ones coming out of my skin pulled out & STILL years later I feel them trying to come out and they itch like crazy and 1 created a permenant frenulum behind my ear! I now have a severe pixie ear on one side and moderate on the other, but know he'd just try to charge more for more mistake revisions so I didn't go back. I have been in years of massage therapy trying to release the neck and chin adhesions from being pulled 2x when my face needed it, not my neck! I actually needed Botox to release the muscles that were screwed up and pulling my mouth corners down!!! I had a collapsed lung from anesthesia that last time and it took 6 months to not feel out of breath. No referrals. Just diagnosis. He did a great job on removing a pouch of inflammation for me years prior (but wanted $900 to revise a 1cm thick scar that was sewn sloppily 5 inches across, which I declined). Kayley is a funny and down to earth coordinator that has an amazing bedside manner. I went a week later to have the procedure. He injected 2cc's of restylane into my top and bottom lip and told me I would see the full effect of the injections in about 2 weeks. I saw only a slight change but not what I was promised, at a cost of $925.00. After a week, I saw nothing. What a waste of money. I went back in to show the Dr. Chadwell where he seemed upset and made derogatory comments because I started to show some emotion. He was basically making fun of me. He said he would reinject another 2cc's. He never made mention that I would be charged again. Needless to say, I had the same result...NONE. What a disappointment.
