I stopped in and got a trial pair of contacts they said they had had for weeks. I went to Cunningham and got the correct script and walked out with a trial pair of contacts....NP! Now I have a collection notice.....never received a bill....and have an EOB that shows patient responsibility $0. Now I am learning they coded the claim wrong and now they are looking for payment w/interest! If there was a way to put a negative million stars on this review I would

Was that a good or bad thing? I tried contacts too. The woman helping me with that was very helpful and gave me some great tips to get the lenses on my eye. It was a bifocal. I saw clearly up close without glasses and it was a thrill. The distance part of the contact didn't work. It was blurry. Why I couldn't try one with a different distance is still a mystery to me. This information was never verbalized but only added in fine print at the bottom of the invoice and never called to my attention before I paid. In reality, just because something is customized does not give them license to make poor quality goods and then refuse the return of the money, after they were given plenty of opportunity to make the glasses correctly. One of the screws had became loose and needed retightened and adjusted. This locations seems more upscale and comfortable than the one on Coldwater Rd. I instantly felt more welcome than past experiences at the other locations. I think a lot had to do with the demeanor of those that were working. And...I was in and out and still had time to grab a bite during my lunch break!
