I have seen 2 separate masseuse and both have been extremely knowledgeable and professional. I see Brittany every other week and she does a wonderful job. There are several masseuse and each specializes in a different area. I struggle with migraines and trigger points and honestly with out her I wouldn't be able to function daily. I utilize the monthly membership, it gives a discounted massage rate for one session a month. It's a bit different than other places, you never lose your massage that you pay for, so if you don't use it one month then you have two the next, there is no cancelation fee and your not stuck for a certain period of time. They simply ask that you give 30 days notice to cancel. Additionally I LOVE that if you call and don't get an answer they automatically send you text message giving the hours and offering the option to contact you back.

This was my first visit to their location, I had received a gift card for Christmas. I called yesterday to book an appointment thinking it would be roughly 2 weeks or so before getting in, but they had an opening the next day! So I was able to get in asap. I was also able to split my 90min gift card into two sessions, one 60min, & the next will be 60min with 30min paid for (from gift card). The space itself is clean & the front desk staff are very helpful & friendly. I met Judy who is the owner & she talked me through the membership deals they offer, which I loved! I have been to a few different massage locations, & although there is no quiet waiting room or sauna/shower room here, the massage is what made it worth it. The deals they have here are definitely ones I would recommend, along with booking with Tara for your appointments! Overall I am looking forward to becoming a member at this location!

They worked on exactly the areas that needed worked on and gave special attention to my concerns and problem areas. When I said deep tissue, they knew exactly what I meant and did just that. I said I paid her in cash then she asked if I had a card for a tip I said no the women said you can schedule on line and like she was dismissing me and walk away. From the moment I called, she went out of her way to fit me in, despite her busy schedule. Her warmth, care, and professionalism were evident from the very beginning. It's not just her technical skill that sets her apart; it's her deep care for her clients and her unique, almost magical, healing touch. Every visit with I-Chun feels transformative. This was my first time here and was just told to check in and pick what you want from the screen. After getting my nails done I see the specials on the monitor. I'm sitting here writing this review as the same employee is talking with a tech with a customer sitting in the chair about a customer. They want you to pay cash and even have a convenient atm for you. They refuse to let you use your debit card or credit card to include a tip and tell you they only take cash tips, rudely I might add. The atm will only give you up to $200, and the employee couldn't figure out to use the cash for the tip and the debit card for the rest of this ridiculous bill. They charge $10 to shape your nails. My manicure didn't include soaking my hands in solution, just dry cutting my cuticles ...dry cutting my nails, I didn't want any polish and they for $40 don't even buff your nails for a shine. My niece has two cuts in her toes from her pedicure, she's a diabetic and we had the tell the tech 3 times not to scrub the bottom of her feet. Her nails were also rough. I was nicked twice but no blood on my toes. My toenails weren't cut, just filed. My nails have rough snagging edges and when I will get off of this review, I will never go there again and fix my nails. $370 for the two of us later no thank you. They do try and push drinks on you, they looked refreshing.
