Having a full set fall out in 3 days because your tech gets high and forgets sealant isn't normal. Oh, and then to lay there for an entire appointment and get to hear about how it's YOUR fault they all fell out is super fun. I've had lashes for the last 4 years, this isn't my first rodeo, im happy to learn new after care tips or routines, but i don't need to be harped on for 90 minutes, thanks, especially when I don't control how YOU work. 1st- it is standard practice to cleanse lashes before starting on a fill. this is never done here. 2nd, any loose or overgrown lashes should be removed. This is also not done. and lastly, BONDANT/SEALANT SHOULD BE USED AND SET PRIOR TO THE CLIENT LEAVING.... sometimes done. there's also never anyone at the front desk, ever, so you're left to stand there awkwardly until someone comes to get you. the one time there was a gal answering phones, she was incredibly rude to a guest named Nancy, who had a highlighting service booked for the next day. Nancy called to ask approximately how long the serice might take, one assumes, so that she could plan the rest of her day. the gal answering the phone told her she had no idea, and no, she couldn't ask, as the stylist was not in, and no, she didn't know how long she was booked for, and NO NANCY, THAT'S NOT REALLY MY JOB, OKAY? She then ran right back to the stylist she said was not in, and started talking about Nancy, (i assume that stylist had someone in her chair currently as well), telling her that she was glad she wasnt going to be in tomorrow, because she didn't want to deal with a Karen like Nancy. so while im sure that ill be the Karen after posting my review, im good with that. i tried to love this place, but it just can't get its shit together. beautiful place, shitty staff.

The salon looks fine when you walk in...but that does not make a good salon. Needless to say, Jeremy totally messed up my hair. I even had pictures, technique suggestions, and very specific instructions. I should have known better when he turned the chair away from the mirror while cutting. There is nothing worse than a bad haircut!! Everything I asked for he didn't do and his technique was amateur at best. I'm so angry!! Overall, I am happy with my eyebrows. Aisha did a nice job with cleaning them up. She offered alcohol on a tissue afterward too. After you're done, you head over to the desk to sign in and pay. Brows were $10. You also get a stamp card - on the 7th visit, your eyebrow threading is free. PROS: no wait, offers stamp cards, reasonable prices CONS: meh...there was a small fee if you use your credit card.
