I absolutely LOVED my experience here at Elements Massage!! Tara is an amazing masseuse, she catered to every request I made, perfect pressure & she was so kind!! Very impressed. This was my first visit to their location, I had received a gift card for Christmas. I called yesterday to book an appointment thinking it would be roughly 2 weeks or so before getting in, but they had an opening the next day! So I was able to get in asap. I was also able to split my 90min gift card into two sessions, one 60min, & the next will be 60min with 30min paid for (from gift card). The space itself is clean & the front desk staff are very helpful & friendly. I met Judy who is the owner & she talked me through the membership deals they offer, which I loved! I have been to a few different massage locations, & although there is no quiet waiting room or sauna/shower room here, the massage is what made it worth it. Amazing customer service. I scheduled a session with a therapist whose description included the words "deep muscle," so I thought that meant she could do deep tissue massage. Throughout the session I repeatedly asked her to go harder - I had a lot of knots in my upper back and shoulders - but she was lightly rubbing a lot of areas. I questioned at the front desk on my way out, and was told that she was a medium-pressure relaxation therapist. I really wasn't satisfied with that massage, and sent a message in to the owner. She called me within 30 minutes, apologized for the confusion (she agreed that the therapist's description on their website was unclear), and offered me a complimentary session! I was so impressed by their dedication to putting the customer first. I came back in and got the massage I was hoping for - Kaye is INCREDIBLE for deep tissue work, and really worked hard on the knots in my back and shoulders. Bravo Elements Ft. My massage was excellent and the quality of service was amazing. However the reason I am not okay with giving it a five star is the lack of training with the massage therapist. For me personally I am counselor who talks with people all day. I love my job but when I am getting a massage I don't want to talk because it is my self-care time. I was trying not to be rude to the lady but she kept asking me if I was comfortable and I was very clear that I was. I also never continued conversation she just kept asking me question after question. I feel like I was as honest about my comfort level on the massage table. I would tell her if I was not comfortable during my $100+ massage. After that she then asked me if I was in an abusive relationship because my left arm was tight and went on about a spiritual healing explanation that was not religious just a bunch of randomness. First of all no I was not and am not in an abusive relationship and not only was that offensive to me it was offensive to my at the time boyfriend (who is now my fiancé). To ask someone something that personal during a massage is NOT appropriate. She then asked me about some bruising on my upper thigh 1. I am anemic and 2. What happens in my drawers is none of her business. I am forever shocked by this experience and honestly it was not relaxing because of this massage therapist. read more

First let me say their facility is clean & tranquil. Their front desk staff is helpful, professional and friendly! I have seen 2 separate masseuse and both have been extremely knowledgeable and professional. I see Brittany every other week and she does a wonderful job. There are several masseuse and each specializes in a different area. I struggle with migraines and trigger points and honestly with out her I wouldn't be able to function daily. I utilize the monthly membership, it gives a discounted massage rate for one session a month. It's a bit different than other places, you never lose your massage that you pay for, so if you don't use it one month then you have two the next, there is no cancelation fee and your not stuck for a certain period of time. They simply ask that you give 30 days notice to cancel. Additionally I LOVE that if you call and don't get an answer they automatically send you text message giving the hours and offering the option to contact you back. read more

So they don't refund a gift card when it takes a month and a half to even get scheduled if you're not a member. Then they will put you on the cancellation list, but if you're not a member, your the last one they call. My wife called after I found out they won't refund, and they told her they had a cancellation in the time frame she wanted but never called to see if she was available RIGHT AFTER I LEFT. WTH...Bad business and model. Would not recommend this place at all. read more

I really enjoy getting massages here. They are always clean, kind and professional. If at first you are disappointed, give them another try! The first time I went I had a positive experience but was not ecstatic about my therapist. I came back and tried a different therapist who I enjoyed much more and better fit my needs. They have many different therapists with many different areas of expertise. It's just about finding which one works best for you and your needs. I went here specifically for one therapist. I am sick and in pain to the point I am unable to move much at all without multiple massages a week. I weaned off of all pain meds and replaced them with cannabis. This massage location is okay with me using as much pain meds as I want before massage but when my jacket slightly smelled of cannabis I was told they were worried they would be sued because I am "high" First off I am too sick to even be capable of getting high from cannabis. I can't eat or leave the house without it but I do not get intoxicated. This place discriminates against sick people. Can you smell the pain meds on your clients? Would you refuse then service if you could? read more

I've been going here for over a year for my shoulder problems, every therapist I've had was amazing. I was sad when my favorite one left but am happy with everyone else I've been booked with. I see complaints about the amount of time you have to book out with them, there's a reason they're so booked. Definitely recommend and if you plan on going back definitely book in advance if you need to! read more

Very relaxing environment. When I called I was able to get a next day appointment. Therapist was great and I really enjoyed my massage. They have a great monthly package you can buy and split with someone which my husband and I will do. I used to use Massage Envy but got tired of the high pressure sales tactics to make me buy a product before I left. There is none of that here. Looking forward to going again! read more
