The business itself is clean and without the strong smells that sometimes are pervasive in nail salons. But the 5 stars are really for the excellent techs. I've had several and all are good but Lily outshines them all. She is super attentive to details, is very helpful in suggesting colors that are perfect on you, without being at all pushy. Poor service. I currently have pink and white acrylic. I wanted my old acrylic taken off and a light color put on my nails for something different and the gentleman refused. Seriously??! Don't you work for the customer and charge according to the services the customer wants?!?! I walked out. I will never waste my time again going there just because they are in the same town I live. I will drive to Fort Wayne where I can get better service! read more

Made an appt for a full set of gel nails with Judy. I got there for my appt, and was told she was running about 15 minutes late. I don't feel it was very professional to keep a client waiting when she was the one I spoke with to make the reservation! I showed her a picture of a design I wanted, and she did carefully spend time looking for the right colors. My nails looked very nice when she finished. However, it is only a little over TWO weeks later, three of my nails have long since chipped, and today one is coming loose--lifting from the bottom. Needless to say, I am not happy with this set of nails, and plan to go elsewhere from this point on. read more
