My nails aren't perfect but they wore masks, had plexiglass up, and sanitized tools. Peter took his time with the shape of my acrylics, they look nice. He took special time on my nails that had been damaged from the break. My moms experience with a regular manicure wasn't quite as nice, her nail tech didn't buff out her nails before so she has some unevenness on a few nails. She said he rushed through them. Went once before years ago and was disappointed. Thought I would try it again. The store is…read morelovely. The staff isn't all that friendly. They speak in their native language which is understandable but they ignore you in the process. There was only one other customer in the store at that time. The woman who did my pedicure was new. I needed one toenail fixed and another tech did that. The pedicure cost $40.00 and they charged me $10.00 to fix one nail along with a convenience fee of $1.50 to use a debit card. I had a check to pay with had I known that fee was going to be added. Taking debit cards should be part of owning a business. I ultimately paid $56.50 for poor service and sadly will not be going there again or recommending this facility.
