From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by the owner, Frali, who was at the front counter. She was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Even though we didn't have an appointment, Frali got us in immediately without any hassle. Mom was very happy. My pedicurist seemed to not want to go near me. Both did fine for the actual polish but mom and I had totally different experiences.
