The service we received was truly exceptional, and I felt it was important to counter the negative reviews with our positive experience. Our visit was fantastic, and I'm glad to share that! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by the owner, Frali, who was at the front counter. She was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Even though we didn't have an appointment, Frali got us in immediately without any hassle. Both my mother and I had pedicures, and the atmosphere was calming, and the staff made sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. The pampering was excellent and the towels they out around your legs are piping HOT. Service was quick and everyone was very friendly. I got the Deluxe Pedicure ($31) with the added gel Polish ($10). $41 is not bad for the great service. Tech's name was Za, and I'm thankful to him.
