Try it for yourself my experiences: I've been there a few times and I've had different people, but I always get a technician who act as if they just don't want to be there or the Tech don't want that job. They never do my feet nor nails correctly, just the yesterday the person cut off half of one of my toenails Off and the other she did not so it looks totally crazy. I popped in to get a new set of tips and mani. They did not seem super busy as several techs were not with customers. I was put at a station to soak in acetone and while two different people came over to check on my nails to make sure they were soaking, I was soaking for over a half hour and my skin was starting to peel. One gal came over once to use the drill to peel off old tips and the debris went flying everywhere on me. I do believe I was just setting in acetone because they did not have time for me at the moment and instead of having me wait until an actual tech could sit with me and do my nails they tried to shuffle me in. I got up and left and another neighboring salon got my buisness. If they had communicated I would need to wait I might have been more understanding but no communication, and the soaking for over 30min was not healthy for me or relaxing. read more

I used to come here all the time because my friend worked here and she always took care of me. Unfortunately, she's no longer there and I don't know where else to go in Fort Wayne to get my nails done. The owners are really good but I feel that I was rushed out after my nails were done by the other staff. One of my nails are uneven and are not shaped the same like the rest. She put oil at the end of my arms and hands and massaged both hands for less than a minute and told me "next time I'll give you a longer massage". What a waste of $35. This place is like a mass production line. The goal is to get as many in and out as possible. It's is beyond cramped because of the amount of people in the space. Speaking of the space, it's dirty. It looks like some things have been wiped down in years. Everybody's tools and polishes, etc are everywhere. People made appointments and still have to wait because they overbook and don't take that into account as people come in for walk ins. The service. Rushed. Careless. Bad. My dipped nails were done so fast that the sides of my finger were stuck to my nail from the adhesive polish going all over the place and the tech not slowing down to actually get it on my nail or off the side before dipping. The end result was her using the nippers to cut my skin off around all the corners of my nail to "unstick" it. The skin was so awful it pulled on my shirt when my hand brushed it. The way she cut my cuticles was horrendous. She didn't give the cuticle cream time to do its job before cutting them. Instead of waiting for that and properly cutting them she would clamp and pull, brutalizing my cuticle beds. Hey also tried to grind my nail bed down with a drill which isn't necessary for dip polish. Maybe on the top at the end, but not on the natural nail. I have never had such a horrible experience at a nail spa. I actually called the salon back in tears. Wouldn't go here again if you paid me a million dollars. read more

Today I received a gel mani and regular pedi. I picked out the regular polish for my toes and asked if they had the matching color in gel. They said they did, so I went ahead with my toes. Come to find out, they had colors that are somewhat close in gel version, which is NOT the same thing as matching. I also asked for round nails and got natural, despite asking the technician to make them more round multiple times. I also had to ask for all of my nails to be trimmed evenly. I really want to love this place, but it leaves a lot to be desired (although I do think it is by far the best nail place I have found in Fort Wayne). Every time I go I leave feeling "fine" with the service. The staff are nice, but a little unprofessional. The place looks clean on the surface but is VERY dusty, and they do not have you wash your hands before applying polish, so you leave with a lot of dust in your polish. All in all, they will make your nails look OK, but you might not get exactly what you are asking for. You have to pay attention the whole time and micromanage because they are not detail oriented to say the least. read more

Hands down best nail salon I've been to. I am from Fort Wayne but live out of town. I make it a point to get my nails done when I come into town. I've had gel and dip manicures as well as pedicures. This place is absolutely horrible!!! And PREJUDICE! I made an appointment the previous day for a pedicure /fill in and manicure for my daughter. I get there earlier than my appointment and they start on my toes! My daughter is sitting and waiting, people are walking in, no appointments and they're servicing them instead of my daughter who has an appointment!!! I casually asked why she's still sitting and waiting, the lady says oh and starts to speak in her native language to another staff member. They tell my daughter "oh we get you after her!" So I'm fuming at this moment. Now my pedi is done, they sit me at a station and begin to work on another WALK IN!!!!!! A this moment my blood is boiling, Bc it seems to me that a walk-in is being serviced faster and more important than an appointment! Or is it Bc I'm BROWN?!?! Which happens quite often in these "COMMUNITIES" because of the "Black People Don't Like To Tip" stigma! Extremely offensive, and I tip handsomely each and every time I'm serviced!!!!!! So the bottom line, I never got a fill in, even though I had an appointment! I gave them a few choice words before paying and walking out! There were plenty of people to service me that day, but they chose to go another route once again as they always do! One young girl working there was so sweet and tried to help me, but you could see she really didn't have much authority, so her hands were tied! they're the most unorganized place I have ever been to and I used to come here all the time but one time I went and I was with my mom and sister. They got sat and I was up next to get my nails done but they they let five to seven women go in front of me. They made me feel terrible and I started crying and I just left so I could cry in my car while I waited for my mom and sister. Do not let Anna touch your hands. I've let her do my nails twice now and she is horrible. She doesn't put the polish up to your cuticle so in a couple of days of growth it looks like you need a fill already! Also, she tells you what she is going to do and ignores what you ask. I told her I wanted a French polish on my toes and she said no I will do the same polish on your fingers. I told her again I wanted French done on my toes and she said polish would look better. I went to nailed it today to get acrlics. When I got there everything was fine. Then a girl that has one my nails before did my nails, at the end they where very pretty but the lady charged me an exstra 10$. I got a full set and got coffin shape, i know coffin is an exstra 5 but a full set is 25$ so that adds up to 30$. when i went to go ask she said i got shlack when i got a normal full set and did not us the light stick, when my sister said she did not get shlack she said i came in with 2 missing nails which was wrong i came in with 0 nails on. when we kept prooving her wrong she would make up another exsuse, after she said the length was the problum she said it cost exstra when she did not say that to me last time i came in and i have the same length, then she said last time she got a fill and and had 2 missing nails and i did not charge her for it so i charged her now, that is my rating for nailed it the name of the girl was lon. read more

On November 29, 2018 I had a pedicure at Nailed It. It was the ninth time I had been there. The first seven times I was pleased. The eighth my leg was burned with a mark for three days from the hot towel. On the 29th my toe was jabbed with the instrument unintentionally. Within two days it was obvious there was a huge problem with two toes red and purple. My family doctor said it looked like my toe had been partially burned and he put me on an antibiotic. It did not help and I was sent to a podiatrist. He also wasn't sure what it was and put me on a fungal cream. That was not helpful and now I am with a dermatologist who has me on steroids and fungal cream. My toes still look terrible and it is frustrating and depressing. It's been over two months and it's not getting any better. In fact it looks worse. read more

Other then the owner, everyone seems to be running on their own schedule. Don't make appointments or a return for a service to be finished because they sit and make you wait for another hour to finish the job they started. Customer service has taken a real dive since they opened. I will not return here. I refuse to spend hours at a salon for sub-par nails. I went to this salon when they first opened, and was very impressed. I am looking for a new nail salon and decided to go there for a pedi since I had been so pleased the first time. I was sadly disappointed! The place was a mess. Polish was all over everything, and the floor was dirty. The worst part was the filthy fabric arm covers on the pedi chairs. I sat with my arms on my lap the entire time. On the positive side, they did greet me promptly, and the young man who did my pedi was very nice and friendly. I always have a great experience every time I go there.The staff is kind and attentive. When I brought my kids in for mani pedis they were spoiled rotten. My four year old spilled his drink breaking a glass no one made a fuss. He picked off his polish before it could dry and they were so sweet to repaint them. No extra charge! Jenny, Gigi,"Tim", Judy, Anna, etc entire staff are extremely rude, disrespectful, unfriendly, and unclean. For months now when i go, they always say they don't have the colors i want, i have to bring in my own colors, they have to order colors i want which will take 6 weeks, deliberately file my nails crooked, and call all these 20 people to come at the same time i do and make racial slurs. This time i brought my daughter along and Jenny kept yelling at my daughter to shut her mouth. I told her my special needs daughter was born this way and the entire staff laughed. They hit my knees with chairs, told other customers to bang the back of our chairs! Jenny leaned over as i looked at my phone and hit the screen trying to break it! She was violently on top of me filing crooked my nails and i told her to stop! They ignored us for 3 hours without a word and were offering drinks, greeting other customers, and helping other customers, and giving them the colors i wanted in front of me! They also have unsanitary conditions! Feces on bathroom floors, no running water, cats eating trash off of floor, dirty equipment causing nail infections, old pedicure treatments causing foot fungal infections, and some are illegal immigrants. Jenny then ordered us to get out and said my daughter was scaring other people and that we were terrorists and didnt belong in this country as she pointed at the door! We were very hurt and crying when we left! We were told this was a nice place and we've never been so hurt before! Why are they treating us this way? We have just as much right to be here like anyone else! We were loyal patrons even though we were mistreated and abused!
