Throughout the 5 hours it was mainly waiting due to them overbooking appointments over ours and accepting walk-ins while working on our nails! As my cousin was getting her acrylic nails done she had to stop and wait as her nail tech took on a walk-in without finishing hers first. That's not even all, an older woman came in and asked if there were any available seats. She was told no but to come back an hour later. She came back about an hour and a half later and was told again she needed to wait another hour. So like any of us would have done, she got up and left angrily and disappointed. As for myself and my mom. We got the more expensive uv gel set because we were told they "last longer" yet the next night for the wedding- both of our nails popped right off as if they were press one from walmart. Now I paid $120 for both my nails and feet just for my nails to not even last me 24 hours! Also! Cant forget that the man who did my nails (who did seem careful and took his time) didn't even work there! My mom really liked my nails so asked for the same guy to do hers just to be told "he's just my friend he doesn't actually work here" wow. Waist of money. Don't bother.

Recently, my best friend encouraged me to give them another chance, as she is still a regular customer. I had just taken on a new role in my profession and wanted my nails done for an important day. My friend even spoke with the owner beforehand to explain how meaningful the appointment was. I was scheduled for an 11:30 a.m. soak-off and a 12:00 p.m. full set. I arrived on time and waited. Around 12:10, the nail tech finally sat with me, looked at my nails, and said, "Your nails are not off." I told her I had confirmed the appointment with the owner and that the soak-off was supposed to be included. She began using the drill to remove the nails, and the heat became painful. I asked her to stop. She then told me she didn't have time to do my nails, spoke in her language, and walked away. I asked the owner what was happening, and she simply told me to make another appointment because she had other people to take care of. After years of trying to give this salon chances, this experience was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional--especially on a day that was so important to me. I will not be returning, and I hope they take customer service more seriously moving forward.
