The bad ratings baffle me. Tiffanys. It's a brand. Associated with something. You KNOW you are going to pay for the brand. And for what you get. We are a hard working MIDDLE CLASS family. Nothing high class nor "Tiffanys" about us. But it's never been too late to dream. We have been waltzing in and out of this store for several years (9) where we had eyeballed a ring. And we dreamt and saved. Maybe someday... Depression set in after another hip replacement, and on the first med induced, pain-stricken day out, crutches and all, we head to Natick Collection just to be able to WALK indoors, away from slip threats and the cold wind. It was a quiet and empty mall. Looking like a deranged homeless woman, we come into Tiffanys. Window "shopping". And the salesperson is struck by my simple jewelry, my crutches and the look of "damn leg hurts like a mother". I really needed to walk and see people and be distracted. We strike a conversation about birthstones, and hip replacements and I try on some beautiful diamonds and reminisce about the one we never bought... All the things we can't afford. Solitaire, cocktail rings, dangling earrings, tennis bracelets... All the things I can never have, and yet celebrities sneeze and buy a dozen for their possey! Didn't think they had it anymore a one ring I had seen years ago and stayed in my dreams. She barely remembered seeing it, and looked it up. She found one of few left in the inventory and thought it would be fun to have it back in the store and "play girly". So, as all extraordinaire Tiffany, she had it flown in. I'm thinking, "The staff must be having a FIELD DAY making fun of me on the video tape. They are flying in a ring for this deranged old lady just to make me feel better, shop therapy? They don't even know if I can afford it, if you are judging by my clothes and crutches!" Several days later, I get a text to take time AT MY CONVENIENCE, to come in to "see it". With her poised and natural demeanor, Elizabeth takes a picture and sends it to me, and says that it has everyone surprised (no one thought it was still made!) and it was really nicer than any of the picture. "Take your time, and if you can't come in, no worries" kinda deal. TRULY ZERO PRESSURE. When I came in for my "mall physican therapy walk" she wasn't in. But Andrew was. And he comes out giddy, protecting the little thing, and also reassuring - NO PRESSURE. It's here and we are having a blast just knowing we have something here we hadn't seen in a while. (It's their "Toys R Us" fest!) - the simple joy and humility is captivating. He also stated that IF I WERE to consider it, to take my time and he knew that I had clicked with Elizabeth and he was nothing more than the "show off" for the day until she was back from holiday time off. NO PRESSURE. Of course he pointed other things out, and I tried on other pieces. Like a little girl in a Disney movie. Elizabeth contacted me when she came back, mortified she missed me. And offered either a glass of champagne or a cup of tea for my inconveniences. It was sweet, and really, you know they are going to try to seduce you with Tiffany MAGIC! But hey, same thing happens at car dealers, particularly the better ones with their free sodas, chips and food... It's what this type of business does. I am 100% convinced that whether I buy it or not, they know I will come back. For that piece or something else. Because I am smitten with the hard working, "neighbor next door", humble yet tickled pink to work for this company folks. I even considered a part time myself!! Hey, sparkling things in a magic setting. How can this be in Natick, MA? I've been to Tiffany's NY and Boston - too stuffy for my liking (although THEY HAVE STUFF THAT WILL MAKE YOUR HAIRS RAISE AND TOES CURL!). Every employee is wonderfully like the "person next door", devoid of the snootiness associated with the brand. Sweetly professional and fun. They took their time. They were patient, and understanding. Offered options and nonjudgment. My observation is that no matter what you look like, they don't judge. BUT if you are an ASS in Gucci. You still are an ASS. They will work with you, but don't shoot them if they won't take your crap. Kindness goes a LONG way. I can't say enough about Elizabeth, our sales rep and her professional courtesy with "old friend" warmth. Andrew. The security staff. Floor sales. And I can honestly say, I observed that same "welcome" to EVERYONE who DARES walk through the door. (let's face it, this is an intimidating brand). What an experience. Whether you "seal the deal" or can't or aren't ready, you leave with nonjudgement and knowing that one day you will return and make a purchase. A memory. Can't thank them enough. I am a believer. And a fan of the little blue box that for a middle-class hard-working mommy like myself is a luxury only dreams are made of. And maybe dreams can come true! As for the Natick Collection Tiffanys... Dear Tiffanys, Thank you SO much for overcharging me for a necklace that is attached to a chain, trying to charge me $75 to fix said chain when it broke, laughing in my face when I was shocked for the WEEKS I was told it would take to fix my chain, and then using a condescending tone the entire time you spoke to me. Your employees are extremely rude, judgmental, arrogant, and snobby. I believe that if I am paying this amount of money for your jewelry, you should offer repairs for free or live up to the quality for the price. My Costco bought necklace has completely outlasted yours, with the same amount of wear. I am extremely upset with your ridiculous policy on your overpriced cheap jewelry repair. Thank god my local jeweler has better customer service than you- as I got it fixed for free in under an hour. 0 stars. read more

Bought a pendant here and brought it back due to scratches on it. Haven't worn, or even touched it. Took a better look at it in the light and it looked returned and worn before I have purchased it. Brought it in and spoke to Elizabeth, she told me she couldn't help me. I insisted her asking her manager, her manager told her to proceed with an exchange. They didn't have the item in store so they ordered it for me. When it came home, I noticed the same scratches. Will be returning it. For the price that I pay for these items, I will not accept anything Tiffany if it's not perfect. Also, the associate Elizabeth seemed rather bothered and upset that the manager told her to do an exchange for me. Customer service is awful here. read more

Tiffany, you can be a real bitch sometimes, all haughty with your better-than-you-blue colors and uber shiny...well everything. But for once, thank you for not scoffing at me for coming in your spiffy store on an impromptu shopping day at the mall in sweats. My chain to my necklace had tragically died the night before, so I brought it in for a quick fix. The guard actually smiled at me, as well as multiple associates who personally escorted me to the back where customer service is. There was someone there in front of me, so I took a seat and started browsing through the catalog of dreams and crap I cant afford. Not two minutes later, an elderly gent who I can only guess was a manager came to apologize and said someone would be right there, as he went to snap at someone to move their ass. The sweet gal helped me out - apparently it had to be sent in, but they would do it for free - and sent me on my way in minutes. Very impressive Natick Mall Tiff's. Recently had to do business with the Tiffany store. The folks there were as pleasant and helpful as possible. I had an unusual need so it did take some time ( about a week .). The woman whom I was working with ( Lauri ) called me twice at my home to tell me of the progress as the New York store was sending the parts. Another person ( Blythe) came to chat as well as the security person. I found them to be very pleasant and helpful. I was treated very well and spoken to with human dignity. About a week after my visit Lauri called me to make sure I was still happy. My only complaint with the whole company is that they won't do a simple repair without charge. Very disappointed. The watch I purchased nine months ago already ran out of battery. I called ahead to see if they could and would replace the dead battery and then still had to wait about 30 minutes once I arrived for service. When I entered the store no one greeted me. While I waited in the store no one asked or offered me a beverage. Not the Tiffany experience on which the company prides itself. Sad how customers are ignored after they've made their purchase. I popped into the Natick store today to get a bracelet cleaned to give to my daughter (as well as purchase a couple of gifts). It was given to me years ago and I wanted to pass it along as it has special meaning. I was greeted by the sweetest young woman who explained that they were not cleaning items due to Covid but that they did have a cleaning kit and I could purchase one. I waited in line and was assigned a salesperson. She was a living nightmare. Told me there were no cleaners and practically pushed me out of the store before I could ask about anything else. Never offered to find me one online either. Imagine my surprise when I left the store and immediately went on the app only to find out that not only did they have them in store, there were plenty available online. I only wish I had her name - heavier set woman with brown hair - barely a smile or anything else. Rudest associate I have ever encountered in years of shopping there. Store was not busy. One person was in line behind me. She could have sold me my item(and the others I went in there for but did not purchase bc of her rudeness) and sent me on my way. I should have gone back in immediately after pulling up the app but didn't want to humiliate her. Won't shop there again. I'd rather drive downtown than deal with someone as rude as she. read more

I absolutely adore this Tiffanys because of their sales associate, Karen, and would recommend this store to anyone. My fiance-to-be and I began looking at engagement rings together and since I've always had my heart set on the Tiffany Novo, we visited several Tiffanys. We ended up going from our apartment in Boston out to Natick and found a ring that was absolutely perfect. We went back to look at it several times, and Karen was patient with us each time. She showed us whatever we wanted and took her time to answers all of our questions, even though she knew we weren't going to purchase it on the spot. She even let my boyfriend fill out a credit application and ran the numbers in order to see what his down payment would be, as well as his monthly installments if we financed through Tiffany. After seeing Karen and this particular Novo a handful of occasions, my boyfriend received an e-mail from her saying that it had been sold. I was disappointed, as was he, but she saved the day, telling us that she had already ordered three similar ones which were in our budget. That weekend, we went in and found three almost identical rings and once again, Karen took a lot of time to let us compare them and find a new one that we loved. She even called over her manager in order to talk logistics with my boyfriend in order to work best with his finances. For anyone who thinks that Tiffanys is full of snobby, pushy associates, I'd suggest going to this Tiffany and asking for Karen. I'm sure she'd make your experience as good as ours. We are relocating soon to another state and frequently discuss coming back to MA to purchase our wedding bands from her! read more

It felt like I was inconveniencing the staff by bringing in several pieces jewelry for cleaning and then again when I asked to try on a bracelet. They weren't busy and seemed more preoccupied with talking to each other in the back than they were with helping potential customers. Not cool. read more

Not a huge selection but the people will do anything they can to get you to buy a piece of jewelry. Tiffany's have a liberal return policy returned some jewelry after year. Tiffanys gave me 100% of what I paid in store credit I can't beat that. read more

For tiffany &co being such a high priced jewelry store I would have thought that greeting a customer with warmth and a smile is a must . instead I felt like I was walking into a funeral home . Own a Tiffany key ring and just lost the little screw-on ball on the end that holds the keys on. Tiffany wants $20 for a replacement when they should replace it for free or maybe charge a buck or two. While it is silver, this ball is so small that the cost of the silver can't be more than a buck. The key ring itself is really only worth maybe $20. Oh, wait, I forgot it says "Tiffany" on it - so it must be worth hundreds! They just lost a customer. read more

I've been to the flagship Tiffany store in New York as well as the Copley Square location, but this one has been the best in my experience. I visited twice to resize a ring (drop off and pick up). Both times all the store employees, including security, greeted me with a smile, which hasn't been the case at those other Tiffany locations. Amanda, who helped with the resizing, was super professional, easy to work with, and very helpful with a positive attitude. Because of this store experience I will be shopping at Tiffany more often. read more

I wish had read the reviews first regarding the service at the Tiffany & Co Natick location. No reason to have read any as I have always enjoyed my shopping visits at the Copley location. (Recently bought another charm there) As usual Copley was very busy but still had a pleasant experience. A few days later, I had decided I wanted to look at some other pieces and went to the Natick location for a change. Still regretting that decision, mistake #1. For a holiday season, it was not at all busy, not one customer. That should have tipped me off. I was asked by one of the sales associates (blonde-ish women) if I needed help. I answered I needed the customer service dept. She answered "well, she is busy on the phone, can I help?" Mistake #2. I should have just waited for the customer service dept. She did not solve anything, was rather condescending towards me (my son also noticed that) and a bit rude for a person in sales. Mistake #3. Imo, how you make a customer feel is everything. I have always received from Tiffany & Co. exemplary service (in Copley and Chestnut Hill). Afterwards, rethinking my experience, I felt she just wanted to make a sale vs actually helping me. I want to add in the past I've had this simliar situation taken care of in Copley. Also asking for the plastic baggie to put my small items in was met with a look short of an eye roll. (Yes, ma'am I saw you) No little shopping bag given, not even (surprisingly) have a nice day. Wait, I take that back, the security guard gave me the most warmest smile and the have a nice day. If not for him, I would say zero stars. (Five stars to him) I usually don't take a shopping bag anyway, but in this case it wasn't even offered. My one star is solely because of the service I received at the Natick location. I will never bother with this location again. If you want a nice memorable Tiffany & Co. experience, save yourself the disappointment and don't go to the Natick one. read more
