Then I found Sheldon Jewelers and the contrast couldn't be greater. They were cheerful and helpful on the phone. In person, they were friendly and capable. Not only did they confirm they could do the job, they were very thorough in getting the right size and showed they understood the materials (both the silver and the unusual setting). I left feeling confident I'd gone to the right place. I got the ring today - not only was it done sooner than I expected but they did a lovely job for well under what I had budgeted. Ella was kind and helpful. They are both warm and talented - just the perfect place to go for any jewelry needs. I highly recommend them.

In the middle, Mike and I picked out our own stunning lab grown diamond. Sam, the store owner and fantastic jeweler, was very patient and listened intently to all our asks and even found the perfect vine-like setting for us nature-lovers. He even explained diamonds and showed us some behind the scenes work on how to create such a fine piece. Never once did it feel like Sam was trying to sell us something out of our budget. We actually came under budget by a couple grand. He shared his cell phone number with us in case we had any more requests or questions and even sent us photos and videos of the finished product. Sam at Almaari Jewelers made such a beautiful heirloom that I can't stop looking at We are so happy with our experience that we even asked to take a photo with Sam upon receiving our ring! I assumed I'd get a bit less money but wanted to support local businesses. So I was surprised and very happy when I got $65 for the gold. After this he did a job for me of modifying a gold chain to have inline stars of david. The work was perfect and the price was unbeatable. Note that in the picture the only Goddard work is the gold chain mod, the actual stars and cross are not gold and not an example of the exquisite custom work he does for people who have a lot more money than I do :-)

All I can say is that I was pretty distraught at the time because I never thought that I would be able to replace it exactly. Then I remembered great experience I had A few years ago when I had to resize some jewelry at this jewelry store. Luckily, my wife's rang was the same as mine so we took a few pictures And sent them to this jeweler and magically they were able to replace the ring with an even better model. All I can say is there is one word that tells all about this jeweler and that word is quality. Check out the picture below.and you will see what a great job they did helping me to replace this very important piece of jewelry that never came off my finger for nearly 35 years. All I can say is the ring that they made for me is better than the original and when they say they make custom jewelry, they don't just make regular custom jewelry. They make stupendous custom jewelry. That said, I am telling you go to the showroom and talk to Amina because she is a superstar. Before you buy any jewelry check out what they have to offer because everything they have is unique and of very high quality. I have had continuing issues with…read morepoor communication - calls and texts not being returned, prices not being provided, etc. It hasn't been just once or twice and it's unprofessional and uncomfortable to have multiple pieces of jewelry there and no one replying. Over a week ago I received apologies but it is still happening. It only takes a few minutes to reply - saying you are busy is not an acceptable excuse. Additionally, one item was not completely repaired the first time. Frustrating. It's disappointing to read good reviews and have this kind of experience. I've left another message and sent another text - PLEASE reply so that I know what is ready so I can pick up my jewelry.
