I had a wonderful experience working with Cecelia (she was absolutely amazing -- kind, patient, and genuinely helpful), but unfortunately, everything else about this experience has been so disappointing. I was told my dress would arrive at my house within a week. I planned everything around that timeline -- fittings, alterations, you name it. A week passed, and I hadn't heard anything. When I reached out to check on it, I found out on my own that my dress was actually backordered indefinitely. No one from Anthropologie bothered to contact me or give me an update. For something as important and emotional as a wedding dress, this kind of lack of communication is just unacceptable. I trusted that I was in good hands, but it really feels like the company dropped the ball completely. The whole process left me feeling stressed, disappointed, and honestly heartbroken. Anthropologie needs to do so much better -- brides shouldn't have to chase down information about their own wedding dresses. I will not be recommending Anthropologie in the future.

Amy was the store associate who was assigned to help us. First and foremost, she approached us with a smile and such warm energy! It felt as though she already knew us. She was kind and really did her best to help find my sister the perfect dress for her special day. My sister ended up finding her wedding dress that day and left over the moon! Thank you, Amy, for making our visit fun and a successful dress shopping day!

Nice staff , it's a well organized store , and super clean . The lighting makes it even better . A big selection I was surprised about this . They have a big parking lot so parking is not an issue . If you like the brand it's worth the value . I have a few items from here , made with good material that bears its value , when being washed .

Again, totally didn't think they had a smaller size for the bottom available, BUT they did! Thank goodness because a smaller size for both top and bottom was very much so needed & fit me much better than the sizes I originally bought. Staff is always really kind & helpful here, from what I've experienced. Definitely a more quiet store... honestly that's what I love about this location. Lots of inventory + sizes, & never have to really wait (in line, sizes from the back, etc). Four staff members in total helped me out today; one who helped me get the sizes I needed, one w/ getting changing room, another with doing a quick exchange at the counter as well as grab me my pick up order, & lastly, someone greeted me on the way in + out! Parking: it's lovely here! I believe the only Alo location in MA that has free parking available. All the other locations are kind of a headache to get to, so I always enjoy going here to shop.

Unfortunately, it felt more rushed than I expected. I didn't feel very heard during the appointment, and the overall tone came across as a bit judgmental rather than empathetic. Wedding dress shopping is such a personal experience, and I was hoping for more guidance and reassurance. That said, if you know exactly what you're looking for, they do have a decent amount of options. For someone who doesn't love shopping, though, it ended up feeling more stressful than special.

Despite nearly three weeks advance time, she was notified two days before the appointment that several of her selections weren't available. For this, and for having only a small part of the online options actually in the store, I'm deducting one star. Aside from that, our experience here was great! Her bridal consultant (Ashley?) walked her through the racks pulling out dresses she thought might work, and listening closely to my daughter's likes and dislikes. She did focus mainly on "bridal" options, but my daughter also picked out a few from the less formal "reception" collection that were viable choices. We liked the wide price ranges to pick from to try on, but we're a bit disappointed that there were more polyester and fewer silk dresses in the mix. We (me, mother of the bride and the maid of honor/sister of the bride) appreciated the offer of prosecco at 10:30am! It was so fun watching the consultant cinch and pin the dresses to give us all a sense of how each dress would look. And of course to begin to imagine our baby in any one of these! After the hour & a half appointment, the bride got only a little pressure to buy, and left with a card listing the 2 dresses she really liked and was still considering. Since the wedding shop is housed within a "regular" Anthropologie, on the way out my elder daughter and I stopped to try on options for us - and we each bought the dress we'll be wearing on the big day! What a fun first wedding dress shopping experience!
