They apologized and even recommended another company that can help. Everyone we dealt with, including the techs and the office staff, were polite and easy to work with. However, on the day of repairs I was informed they couldn't do the crown. Ok, we made an agreement to remove that from scope. The remaining work was completed, but wasn't up to standards. Joe, the owner, agreed and we scheduled follow up work. Furthermore, the caulking they did was cracking literally the next day, but was told 'the painters will take care of it.' The siding was cut crooked, putting it in a position where it would be in contact with water. They fixed it. The flashing was installed effectively open to water ingress, but was fixed on a follow up visit.

While in my 1 year warrenty i lucked out and an honest tech came out and showed us why our basement furnace was leaking (he shared that Allied installed with wrong part and he did a makeshift solution that worked. Furnace upstairs had same issue and the tech advised it was fixed and warrenty would not cover part because the part was not broke but simply didnt fit. After he took my card he shared that he screwed the pipe to another pipe and likely it wouldn't work and a replacement pea trap would be $860 for a new one but because part was not actually broke warrenty would not cover. I asked if part isnt broke but doesnt fit could it be same issue on the furnace Serviced previously. He asked to look at what other tech did and said no. I called their office and was bullied by their office staff who claimed they saved us money. Our neighbor had same experience same week but thru them out of her house and recomended a reputible HVAC service who came out removed the part and fixed for 125.00 This company is crooked they call screwing two pipes together saving me $ but its still leaking. I'm appaled that they are out touching peoples equipment. Lessons learned I paid almost $300 for them not to fix issue and had to immediately hire another contractor. Mind you Allied installed these furnaces for the builder. They are not accountible and clearly if they are comfortable screwing pipes together like he did these people are not qualified. You wont get your monkey back or job guaranteed. They have an office bully who Will treat You like garbage! My advice find reputible service company.
