Allied was a godsend! We were getting our cracked porch concrete redone and needed to move the air conditioning unit, a unit which squeaked quite loudly (we had been told by a previous company that the squeaking couldn't be fixed). We called TONS of companies and were getting ridiculously high quotes just to move the A/C. Layton from Allied gave us a very reasonable quote (a quarter the amount another company quoted), they were able to come in a timely manner, and upon putting the A/C back he fully and properly recharged all the fluids (it doesn't squeak anymore!!!), replaces our old caps with new tamper proof caps so our young kiddos can't get hurt, cleaned it, and put new insulation over the pipes. He did such a great and thorough job they will definitely be who we call from now on. read more

Not what I'd expect from any service contractor. They charged me 289 dollars to screw Yes screw to PVC pipes together. While in my 1 year warrenty i lucked out and an honest tech came out and showed us why our basement furnace was leaking (he shared that Allied installed with wrong part and he did a makeshift solution that worked. Furnace upstairs had same issue and the tech advised it was fixed and warrenty would not cover part because the part was not broke but simply didnt fit. After he took my card he shared that he screwed the pipe to another pipe and likely it wouldn't work and a replacement pea trap would be $860 for a new one but because part was not actually broke warrenty would not cover. I asked if part isnt broke but doesnt fit could it be same issue on the furnace Serviced previously. He asked to look at what other tech did and said no. I called their office and was bullied by their office staff who claimed they saved us money. Our neighbor had same experience same week but thru them out of her house and recomended a reputible HVAC service who came out removed the part and fixed for 125.00 This company is crooked they call screwing two pipes together saving me $ but its still leaking. I'm appaled that they are out touching peoples equipment. Lessons learned I paid almost $300 for them not to fix issue and had to immediately hire another contractor. Mind you Allied installed these furnaces for the builder. They are not accountible and clearly if they are comfortable screwing pipes together like he did these people are not qualified. You wont get your monkey back or job guaranteed. They have an office bully who Will treat You like garbage! My advice find reputible service company. read more

I just moved from California to Colorado & I had no idea I needed a humidifier - I bought a brand new house with a basement & had dual heating installed by Allied Heating & Air & now a year later Ed installed a Humidifier & I am so pleased-Excellent job - thank you read more

This is a horrible company to do business with. No accountability. They left a 72 year widow hanging in the middle of summer after doing a poor job installing a new hvac system. The AC Unit was completely out of coolant. They promised to come once a day for 10 days but never showed. Due to their lack of ethics poor workmanship/craftsmanship and poor communication I cannot recommend this business to anyone. Stay far away. read more

I've used Allied for a number of my HVAC needs, from the yearly furnace tune up to a full scale blower motor replacement. The receptionist staff is always very friendly and doesn't transfer you to three techs to answer your question. The service guys have all been on time (or early, which is awesome) and are considerate about wiping their feet, not touching the walls and in their post-work cleaning. Never had so much as a scrap left on the floor. Their prices are a bit high, but I'd rather pay for good work and good service. read more

My heater stopped working the day before a winter weather warning - I called another provider who could not come for three days, despite advertising 24/7 emergency availability. I called Allied and they were there within 5 hours. Tori was very helpful from the moment I called. Seth was so knowledgeable and explained every step, as well as how to prevent issues in the future with both my heater and my thermostat, and how to save on my electric bill and stay comfortable. Excellent job - you really went above and beyond.. I will definitely be recommending you and using you again for all of my heating and air condition needs. Thank you so much. read more

Our new AC unit that they installed was without coolant and failed. We called them for weeks and they never sent a tech back to fix their issue. I cannot recommend them because they didn't honor their word nor their work. Poor workmanship and a lack of business ethics are a deal breaker for me doing business with any company. We will never do business with allied heating and air conditioning again. read more

I've had a number of recent problems with my A/C and Allied did a great job every step of the way! Their office staff did a great job of communicating with me throughout the process, then during the times of service they were fantastic! Going above and beyond to do things the right way versus the easy way. I want to commend Cody for being a rockstar. He was extremely easy to work with and I'd highly recommend him and his team! read more

Horrible customer service, was told that parts were under warranty and I would only have to pay $95 Diagnostic fee plus labor. After part was installed the tech (who was actually nice and good) said he had to charge for the part because they only warranty the part for 1 year. In an email and over the phone I was told parts are warranted 5 years. So I call with the tech still with me and the lady on the phone said that parts are warranted for 5 years again and I didn't have to pay for parts but I had to pay $95 a hour to cover the time it took to pick up a part and the time it takes to return a part. Basically finding a way to charge me for 3 hours of work plus the fee for something that only took 45 mins to repair. The receipt I got says I paid for the part so they can't even get their lies together. All this after the tech was late are getting to my house. STAY AWAY FROM THIS MONEY gouging company! read more

Terrible service, came to house and never got back with us for quote. Knowing they were busy I gave them about a month then called them. Quote was 2 times what a neighbor got for a home 3 times as big as mine. Something fishy about this company. Don't choose them if you want good customer service or a fair price read more

Of course on the hottest day this year we have a scheduled house showing and we wake up to a warm house. Hit the air conditioning button on the thermostat and nothing happens. After reading reviews online I called first thing and spoke with Tori. Great news - they can send someone out but it's right in the middle of the scheduled showing time. We work out that the tech will come after and if anything comes up early they'll give me a call. Kaz called to let me know he could make it earlier! Hallelujah! He is awesome - he showed me the issue he found, explained the solution and boom in no time at all we had cool air again - all with 30 min to spare before scheduled showing of house. Kaz was great with our dogs, respectful to our home and kept me in the loop during the whole process. I cannot recommend Allied enough. read more

I woke up last week and our house was FREEZING- our furnace wouldn't turn on. I call Allied and the woman who answered was beyond nice and had someone out within a couple of hours. While they were there, I had them service my AC since it's almost spring. The icing on the cake was that my neighbors used two of the big companies advertised on TV and spent almost 3 times what I spent. There is a reason those companies are able to spend big money to advertise on T.V. Super happy to have them for future issues! read more

Exceptional service from start to finish! We just needed a tune up on our furnace & Allied was quick to reply and schedule an appointment. The tech was amazing and went above & beyond. He was friendly and answered several questions I had for him. We will definitely use Allied for future needs! read more

I regret calling Allied to fix my furnace. The technician failed to identify the root of the problem and unfortunately, my furnace took its own life. I was charged a fee for a technician to identify why my furnace was not working. He told me on the 22nd that it was fine and it worked for about 3 hours then started on fire. The on-call tech came (around 1230 am) and told me that a wiring harness was needed to make a repair and would not be in until the 25th or 26th. The original technician shows up on the 25th to cut the burnt parts of the wires and reconnect them. My furnace started on fire early morning on the 26th. I am angered at the thought of what could have happen to my 3 year old had I not smelled the burning wires. The technician was rude and did not respect my home. This gentleman did not clean the insulation that fell on the floor before he left, sat on my couch with insulation on his clothes, and complained when I told him the thermostat was not turning on the furnace. He said, "I wish you would have mentioned that before I brought the ladder down." I was surprised to hear that because I figured his job was to make sure it worked before he left. I finally had to call the office manager after he said, "You didn't expect me to come here and fix it for free did you?" (when I questioned the cost of reconnecting the wires). He did say he was going to wave the fee for him coming out again which the office manager mentioned he should not have been charging me in the first place. I told him that if he had identified the problem in the first place, then he wouldn't have had to make those repairs. I feel the technician disrespected me, my house, endangered my family, and caused more expense to what could have been an inexpensive repair. I don't understand why the technician never stopped to ask himself why the wires were burning. He patched it up each time to make it work but never really found the problem. Needless to say, I didn't call Allied for a 4th visit. The technician from another company showed me why the wires caught fire, showed me that what parts did not work, showed me that they did not work, and replaced them in a timely manner. He even followed up with me the next day. The repairs from the damage that was done by Allied not identifying the issue was over $1,300. I contacted the office manger on the 28th (via email) and explained what happened and she replied on the 28th only to tell me that she had read the email and that she would be busy the next week. I don't feel anyone should be treated this way and I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. UPDATE: I was, on 02/04/2016, contacted by the office manager and they explained to me that I would not be charged for first visit and that she would refund the cost of the hotel room that I rented for my family. read more

Last night, in 0 degree weather our furnace was not giving heat. I have 3 children and an unhappy wife in a 55 degree house. Allied Heating and A/C comes out and says the thermostat is broken. They tell me that they have the same thermostat in the van. I say we are freezing and go ahead "As long as you don't rip me off". I do a little research during the 20 minute install and I can order the thermostat from Home depot for $60. After the tech's 20 minutes of work, the bill comes and the cost of the thermostat alone is $352! I laughed and said I needed to talk to his owner. Tech tells me I can't bc his boss just left the office. I tell him I will pay the $95 service fee but I'm not paying a 500%+ mark-up for a 20 minute installation until I talk to his owner. He tells me if that is the case he will take the thermostat off. Cold house with 3 cold kids looking at me, so I paid the $447 bill for heat that night, thinking the owner would see the insanity when I talked to him today. Owner today tells me that they have to cover costs of advertisement, etc and wont budge. I ran a business once and I would not sleep at night if I had 500%+ mark-ups. As someone who has lived in Parker my entire life I would NOT recommend these guys. How is this for advertisement Sean? read more

On Friday morning our furnace didn't turn on so we woke to a cold house so we called Allied Heating and Air to fix it. They came out fixed the problem which said was the wind caught the pilot and nothing was wrong and fixed it. They left and 3 hrs later we smell smoke and leave at least my son and myself so we rented a motel that night. We called them again to service us they came out at 11 close to 12 that night of course they didn't tend to the issue and simply said they will come out on Monday. So we spent the whole weekend in a cold house. Monday came Allied came out to service and wanted to charge us 104 dollars for crimping wires which we spoke to the friendly reception on she waived the fee since we believed it was an issue they caused in the first place. Yet again on Tuesday morning we smelt something burning again. My husband gave up on Allied and called another heating company. They were unprofessional and we were not pleased with there services. read more

Allied came out to fix my Moms AC unit the other day. John came out and determined there was nothing wrong with the unit and reattached a wire that had come lose. I was impressed by his professionalism. The best thing, he didn't charge my mom for the service call. I highly recommended Allied, as they're honest and professional. We will be using them in the future for all our HVAC needs. read more

Allied came highly recommended from another company that couldn't get to my house to fix my dead furnace on the coldest day of the year. Their call center folks were very pleasant and had a technician to my house within the hour. The tech was very knowledgeable and had my furnace up and running within 2 hrs. I will use them again. read more
