There was no hard sell just discussion of facts as well as the shortcoming relative to health and safety items that were not up to code. We ended up having Quality West replace our boiler, add an additional zone to the basement and install three thermostats, one for each floor. Rob and his expert team (Bob and "The Kid") did a wonderful job and performed the job in 2.5 days. They setup very efficiently and cleaned up well. Bob was very thorough in explaining the system and labeled all of pertinent components. The system functions as it should and was within our budget. Overall the job displayed the craftsmanship that Quality West promised. I will continue to use Quality West for all of our boiler needs. Thank you!

My AC died about a month ago. Unfortunately it was not repairable (tried that and it didn't work)…read more I called 3 AC companies to get estimates for repair vs replacement. Ultimate Heating and Cooling was the most professional, took extra time to discuss changing some venting to improve airflow, and thoroughly looked over my existing furnace as well. The representative didn't try and talk me into a model that was overpriced, offered suggestions to try and prolong my existing furnace (ended up replacing that as well), and took time to go through my old house to examine all the vents and airflow. The gentlemen who did the work were fast and efficient - new furnace and AC in one day! All mess was cleaned up and the new system explained. The whole process was seamless. I would highly recommend this company.

Extremely disappointing experience, absolutely avoid!!! If…read moreyou want to be completely disrespected as a woman, spoken to in a deeply condescending manner, and treated as if you couldn't possibly understand basic technical issues, then this is the company for you. They charged us for an inspection that was clearly not done properly, pushed us to replace perfectly functional parts at nearly 10 times the market price, and literally laughed in my face while telling me my HVAC system was "shitty" and needed to be replaced. Three days later, the system had another issue because they completely failed to identify the actual problem. We were then pushed yet again toward more interventions and more part replacements by a manager who had never even seen the HVAC system himself and could only give vague explanations about what the issue "could" be. When I later requested my file, pictures, and full documentation from the visit, nothing was ever sent. No transparency whatsoever. We finally contacted another amazing company ALTITUD BRO HVAC-- which I strongly recommend -- and unlike UHCPC, they actually inspected everything properly. They identified the issue immediately and charged us only $400 for something that probably would have cost us over $2,000 with UHCPC. What a joke. And the funniest part? They're apparently just as bad with plumbing. We worked with them in the past on another property and, after charging us over $20,000, not only were they unable to properly fix the issues, but they also damaged one of our showers. Matt Robledo, the owner, even told us he had to fire his plumber Dave because "he was not good" and promised us compensation or future repair credits. Of course, none of that ever happened. Once they take your money, they seem to forget your name very quickly.

I paid a total of $200 for a 10 minute job that consisted of two small pieces of tape. The trip fee was $125 which I was fine with, but the extra $75 for two pieces of tape was excessive and unreasonable. When I called to ask about it, I was met with a dismissive tone telling me that was a great price for two pieces of tape. She then said the technician stated he was there for 3 hours when he was only there for 10 minutes. She then told me she'd talk to the boss and get back to me. That never happened, so I followed up a week later only to be told, it was a flat rate and that's the price. This was a frustrating experience from the price and customer service aspect. I asked twice for the technician to call before any work was performed. That didn't happen. Then I was told I would receive a follow up call which didn't happen. I regret referring them to others.

The furnace died during an upcoming cold spell. Coffman not only rearranged our appointment so we could have the new furnace installed sooner, they also made a special trip to drop off space heaters for the few days we waited! Because the air conditioner was as old, we asked for it to be replaced too and received a very nice discount that saved us thousands of dollars for doing both installs together. The Coffman crew showed up on time on appointment day and worked efficiently throughout the morning & afternoon. When they finished, the foreman spent an hour with us to show us the work they did, the new appliance features, and how to maintain them for optimal longevity. He even showed us where to drain sediment from our electric water heater to prolong its lifespan and that appliance wasn't even part of their install! He was patient and thorough about answering our questions and encouraged us to call the Coffman office to get the county inspections scheduled on our behalf, which we did. Once again, they exceeded expectations. Their team - both office crew and onsite technicians - are highly responsive and clear communicators. We greatly recommend them to anyone who values true professionalism and quality work.

I got estimates from 10 different companies in Denver and I couldn't be happier that I went with Coffman. Jake was my first estimate and answered all of my questions, as at that point I wasn't certain what to do about fixing my current system. He gave me several options from repairing my current system to help save money to the full overhaul that I ended up doing. The other companies were mostly just trying to sell me as half of them didn't even look at my current system and just said I needed a whole new one! Once I decided to use them, Jake and the crew (Eric, Evan, and Zach, plus many more) that showed up to do the work every day were always friendly, answered any questions I had, allowed me to have input if it would affect the aesthetic of my home, and cleaned up before they left every day. Jake or Eric would meet with me before they left for the day to recap what they did that day, what their plans were for the next, and gave me an idea of timing. They offered a fair price (the best of all 10 estimates I received), their people knew what they were doing, and their work was top notch. I couldn't have had a better experience! Highly recommend!
