Regarding my service...... the hot water recycling was not turned on. When the service guy checked on the furnace, he didn't put the cover back on correctly. I was way over charged , for labor 4 hours $900.00. Thats $225 per hour that is insane! The items he replaced that were covered by warranty. I am very very disappointed with your prices and service. I had to call my furnace guy to correct the cover and he also turned on the water to the hot water tank. So I will NOT be referring you! read more

Fix 24/7 provided top notch customer service! We called in an emergency; A/C wasn't working when we returned from vacation and it was over 100 degrees in the house! We called on a Saturday afternoon. Their tech Ezekiel was one of a kind - on time, prepared, knowledgeable, professional (clean), empathetic (got right to work because it's freaking hot!), and arrived on time (exactly!)! After troubleshooting, Ezekiel was able to assess our issue and get it fixed! This is how the world of commerce is supposed to work: customer calls into dispatch, dispatch gathers correct information, dispatch relays info to a qualified tech, tech shows up on time, uses proper gear (shoe covers in customers house), tech listens to the customer, tech troubleshoots, tech fixes the issue! And here we are today 6/27/26 , our a/c is now fixed & working! Fix It 24/7 is a company that I am highly recommend! Fix It 24/7's weekend & after hours prices are reasonable, as well as the repair costs. The tech did not try to sell us parts or services that weren't part of our initial problem. There is hope that this kind of service still exists in today's way of less than satisfactory customer service. read more

They didn't show up for my first appointment and then said that they wouldn't honor the $39 tune up that they advertise.

Appointment that was between 10-2 moved to 8-9am by 24/7 this morning, requiring me to change my client appt. They never arrived. Called at 9:10 and was told 'Oh they are only 10 min late and are "close", When asked how close, they could not say. If I am 10+ min late to my client appt, and have not called to advise them (which 24/7 did not do), it shows a complete lack of respect for the client. I don't do business that way and found another plumber. I would not recommend them as this is the second time they have not appeared during the time schedule. read more

I am supposedly a member of their Club so that I get yearly checkups and cleanings for HVAC . I was scheduled for today , and have been scheduled for months. I get a text and a call last night and this morning stating they had to cancel and need to reschedule. The problem is it's the beginning of June and they want to schedule me for my AC service at the end of August . The excuse I was given was that there are so many emergencies and people don't have air conditioning at all . What a load of crap . It hasn't been that hot for any amount of days but apparently they are predicting emergencies for all of June all of July and all of August . He told me this happens every year . So why would they schedule me in June if they are planning on a bunch of emergencies for 3 months every day . Something Fishy is going on . I don't need an AC check , cleaning, tune up at the end of summer . That's why they scheduled me in june. Now I'm just mad and I guess I have to have an emergency in order to get anything done which they are contracted to do. Serious lack of customer service and I would be willing to bet that they can't keep their technicians and they just don't want to say that they don't have employees . Im from another state and thought damn things are expensive here and thats with 15percent military discount lol. My sewer line was cleaned and and then had a camera inspection. Martin cleaned the line and did a good job. He answered my questions and explained what he was doing. Then Josh who is an experienced plumber came and did the camera scope. Josh had an iPad for me to personally watch the camera scope. Martin had done an excellent job cleaning the line so the camera scope showed the whole line. A good camera scope needs a very clean line. I was a residential real estate broker for over 30 years and watched over 150 sewer inspections with my clients. I am very comfortable in saying I thought the two sewer employees were very experienced and knew what they were doing. The price for the sewer clean and camera scope was very reasonable at $120. I paid $102 as I am part of a member program. I plan to use them again. read more

DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!! they gave us an estimate that was over twice more than other reputable companies. THEY SAID THEY COULD FINANCE US, BUT FAILED AT THAT TOO!!!! We were quoted ovr 25,000 for a bare minimum system, while others were between 7k to 9k. They also used scare tactics to try and convince us we needed a whole new system. My furnace was not turning on so we decided to call fix it 24/7 and needless to say it was not a good experience whatsoever. To start off, our scheduled window for someone to look at our furnace was 1pm till 5pm. He didn't end up showing up till 4:40, and let us know that if we wanted the service we would have to pay extra for going over the allotted time even though he was the one to arrive so late. Secondly, the diagnosis he gave would cost around $1500, which was way out of my price range. I decided to get a second opinion from another company and they ended up telling me that there was no need for that $1500 repair at all, and gave me a proper diagnosis of my furnace with no charge. Fix-it 24/7 charged us $150 for him to be late and be here for less than 10 minutes. All in all, I definitely do not recommend them if you are looking for honest and helpful. read more

I have used Fix-it for a little more than a year now and they have far exceeded my expectations with service to my Plumbing, Heating, Air & Electrical systems. My home is 15 years old and I have maintained yearly service on everything. The company I previously used did nothing compared to Fix-it. Every serviceman that has been here has been so thorough. Taylor B. serviced my heating/air systems yesterday and was great, to say nothing of how knowledgeable, and he took such care in explaining everything to me. Had a gas leak. Gas shut off. We waited from 6:00 in the morning till to about 6:00 an night. We were told a service man would be calling the entire day. Many times by a AI operator. When they showed up the repair man was great, but it cost us $1500. to tighten up about five pipe couplings in four feet of pipe, and put on two new flex couplings. About three hours work. So this is what to expect. Quality of work was good. Expect to wait, for not a value. read more

Never sign up for their membership, it is a scam...They will come out find things wrong with your furnace, AC units etc. and then pretend to give you the membership discount, but charge way more than going rates. Side note, I would not have blinked an eye and paid the $327 for the furnace lighter starter today, however when I needed a new water tank on 12/31/24, Fix-It 24/7 was going to charge me $2,000 more than a mutual friends quote who ended up installing a slightly better tank model than what Fix-It 24/7 was going to install. So when I googled the average cost to install a new lighter starter w/parts and it came back between $150 - $300, and member discount was $327, it got me scratching my head, had I not been a member I would have been charged $436. The part costs between $20 - $100, so I understand paying for the part and some labor, but I don't understand what the membership really gives the customer. Just some feedback. Cheers read more

So here's the deal. These guys will come out VERY quick when you need them. The techs know their stuff, are all licensed, drug tested, etc, etc. They have really good guarantees, and will handle things like registering warranties for you (but then you are locked into using them for warranty work). The problem is, despite claiming to have competitive rates, they are easily double that of other licenced contractors in the area. They charge you for all visits, even if it's just an estimate. They also have a membership plan they offer to bring those costs down a but, but even with member pricing, you'll end up paying more than you would. For big jobs, they offer financing, but be VERY wary of this, as even with an 800+ credit score, you'll be put into something with a 13% APR. I got involved with all of this when I needed my HVAC system replaced. I knew it was gonna be a financial hit, so I sucked it up, and I am happy with the work that was done. But a few weeks later i called them out again to so a simple replacement on a broken frost-free (essentially just involves sweating a single connection) and even as a member of their green plan, they were going to charge me $630. (I had Garvin's Sewer Service do the exact same job a few years ago for closer to $200). I worked with High Five Plumbing when I was remodelling a bathroom and updating a tankless water heater. They have almost the same setup, with quick response times, a membership discount plan, accredited plumbers, etc, and they were MUCH more reasonably priced. The big difference with Fix It 24/7 is they do have larger crews for big jobs, and can tackle them faster than other companies I have worked with. If you need quality AND speed, perhaps it's worth the cost. If it's a smaller job, and/or you have more time, I'd strongly suggest shopping around. So far, I've found Garvin's to be the most affordable for smaller/routine jobs like fixing a faucet, or rooting a sewer line, and High Five was great at coming back to follow up with small issues that popped up in my remodel project. read more

Do not use unless you want to sit around for 3 or more days with scheduled appointments and no one shows up or even calls you. So basically you just have to waste days of your life waiting for no one to even consider the time they are taking away from you to sit around for a 4hr window each day then to blow you off and just redo the 4 hrs window the next day just to blow you off again. I do not recommend them unless you work from home and have hours to days to give to them. Horrible customer service and follow through. never use again and had to make a new appointment with a different company to get my service done. cause my time does matter!!!!!!! read more

It's ironic that this place is called "fix it 24/7" because nothing was fixed as I was stuck in my house waiting during my designated window. As I checked in multiple times I was told "I was next", During my final call I was told it was my fault because I booked incorrectly(I did not). She said "we really aim to get to all appointments but that is just not possible". Can you imagine if this backwards logic was used in any other field? What if your surgeon said "sorry we didn't get to your surgery today! We aim to get everyone but that's not possible". So disrespectful of peoples lives! HORRIBLE customer service. We scheduled a tune up for our A/C and were told first available was 4 weeks out. Fine. Our day arrived and they cancelled us after we had been waiting an hour and a half. We rescheduled for the next week, 8-12 window. At 12:00 we called them because no one had shown up or called. They said our guy was close by and would be there in 30 minutes. 90 minutes later still no show, no call. We called them and the lady on the phone told us that they were only servicing the elderly or families with young children. WHAT? Does she know our family status or age? NO! Two appointments not honored and 7 hours wasted waiting for no one. Bad business, bad excuses, bad lies. read more

If you are planning on hiring fix-it 24/7; you should read this review 1st & then make the decision that is best for you.   In a nutshell, I paid an outrageous $2500 to have a shower/tub valve ($200 in total parts) installed that took about four hours in Jan '24.  I'm out of state & had to get the job done ASAP for my 88-year old mom; so I went with 24/7 on the web's high reviews.  I called the customer service & the plumber arrived that afternoon.  The plumber gave me an estimate of $2400.  I was shocked. But he said that was the standard cost for this job and the cost included a warranty and he could do the job right then. He didn't break down the estimate. By this time the water was off to the house and mom was not doing good (very stressed) so I approved the estimate.  The plumber replaced the shower/tub valve in short order, turned on the water and sent us the bill.  Note, you can only see the invoice AFTER you pay.  The invoice was very simple, but note there is no warranty information whatsoever.  Turns out, they don't provide a written warranty, not even a short statement on the invoice. Job charges: 1.Trip charge:  $39.00 2.Tub and shower:  $1871.00 3.Remodel plate:  $153.00 4.P314 limited access: $432.00 5.Sales taxes:  $0.00 6.Total of $2495.00 Their website states under plumbing they charge a transparent flat-rate pricing, by the job & no hourly rate; so I assumed that the $1871 for the total parts, labor, etc for the tub/shower kit installed.  I didn't know what was the $432 limited access charge.  I called their customer service section and asked for a detailed explanation of the bill.  The service rep explained the $1871 was indeed the parts, labor, and warranty for the installation but didn't know what was the $432 limited access charge. She put me on hold and after a long pause told me no-one there at that moment knew what that charge was for and that the plumbing manager would call me.    No call back that day, so by the end of the next day I called back. It took a minute, but I finally got to talk to the Carlos, a manager, and we went over the bill.  He immediately told me the service rep(s) were wrong regarding what they told me concerning the bill and that they just answer phones but don't know the billing.  Wow, that was surprising.  They seemed confident in their answers which happened to match the "we charge by the job and not by the hour fee statement" on their website.  Carlos explained that $1871 is just for the purchase of the tub and shower faucet and a 24/7 response for one year warranty on that part.  The delta faucet installed cost $98 on Amazon, $120 at Home Depot and $191 on the Delta website.   He explained that I purchased the $120 faucet set from them for $1871 because they provide it with a one year warranty. Their claim of transparent pricing went out the window.  No where did they tell me that I would pay over 15 times the cost of the plumbing component for this part plus warranty.  Carlos went on to say that the p321 limited access cost of $432 was the labor cost.  Again, so much for their website stating they charge a flat rate.  I am not sure why the bill just didn't say labor and why the customer service folks who see bills daily didn't know that.  (Each rep I spoke with had the bill pulled up in front of them.) Carlos freely admitted that they are an expensive company but said their 24/7 customer service is worth the premium cost. Carlos also stated they do not provide a written warranty but he could email something if I wanted.  Carlos admitted I was correct in each of my complaints, followed by reiterating that they are expensive, but their warranty makes it worth it.   I think the warranty cost should be a separate line item up front and the customer should decide if they are willing to pay for that cost. To jack up the cost of a plumbing part by 15 times and not tell the customer is a foul in my opinion.  Paying $1871 for a less than $200 part with $1671 of that amount for an unwritten warranty needs to be spelled out when giving the initial estimate. The day after the install, we had to call 24/7 back for a problem that would be under warranty. We called and got an answering service that said the call was being forwarded to an appropriate craftsman and they would call us back. Well no call backs and it took a week to get a plumber back out. But now it's a different plumber. Once he discovered it was a warranty issue, he said it's not his problem as he was going to tell the dispatcher to get the original plumber out and he left. No callback from anyone and after calling customer service a few days later they said the service call got misplaced. So much for 24/7 service. By this time we had to call another plumbing company and they came right out and fixed the problem. We did send the bill to 24/7 and they paid for it. We asked for money back on the warranty, but they said since it wasn't written they weren't gonna give us reimbursement for it. read more

Fix-it 24/7 - The mess left in my mom's tub - Plumbing Near Me - Golden, Colorado

We saw an advertisement for a Furnace cleaning and tune-up on a local TV station and we had not had our system cleaned for a couple of years. The tech arrived promptly and began servicing the equipment. After a few minutes he came and informed me there were some issues and some of them major. He showed me several things, and not knowing anything about the inner workings of the Furnace it was all confusing. He informed me basically the Furnace needed to be replaced because of several items which were health and safety items. I inquired as to the basic cost for replacement. He did not do quotes and contacted his supervisor who indicted he could be at our house in a relatively short time. The sales person arrived before the tech finished putting the system back together. He created a quote. The prices quoted we for two different options. One just under $10,000 and the other over $12,000. I informed him we had a whole home warranty and I would reach out to them to start a claim. Upon starting a claim, our warranty company sent a inspector/Technician to look at the Furnace and give them an evaluation for replacement. The warranty company person arrived on Monday 10/21. He did a long and thorough inspection. He had me cone and look at the things he was encountering during his inspection. He showed me the heat exchanger and show it was rusty but couldn't find any cracks using his CO detector or visual inspection. He did see the exhaust fan had been recently unconected from the exaust pipe. We were informed both of the motors the origional tech indicated were bad, were operation properly. He did checks of the voltage and draw. He did a check for CO gas around our house because the FixIt 24/7 technician had written in his evaluation the heat exchanger was cracked and if so, it would be leaking CO gas in our house. He check vents on all floors and was unable to detect any gas in the system. In conclusion, we were informed even though our Furnace is older, it was still functioning properly and he could not in goid conscience recommend replacing it at this time. He did relay, with the age of the unit we should have it checked annually to make sure it remains safe. In conclusion, It appears to us that Fixit 24/7 was attempting to make a sale based on a fear tactic and not that the unit itself was not functioning properly. We were happy the Inspector/ Technician had good ethics and saved us from purchasing a Furnace that was not needed at this time. read more

A year and a half ago I bought a furnace and AC from 24 seven fix it me $20,000 last winter. My heater went out just yesterday. My AC went out. I called to get somebody out here to fix it. I can't get anybody out here until Saturday and she said that there's no on my system that I have to pay to get it fixed $20,000 I spent in a year and a half there's no on not go to 24 seven fix it. You're gonna be stuck with a bad unit dishing out a bunch of money for people to fix it. Customer service was rude I told the woman if they come out here and fix it and it breaks again. In April of 2023, we had Fix-it 24/7 come out to do preventative maintenance on our 3 year old furnace. The tech was great and friendly. In October of 2023, our furnace was not working. We called Fix-it 24/7 and they came out the next day. The tech was in our basement for 5 minutes and told us that the gas was turned off. He then charged us $194. My husband called several times and never got a return call. The gas was obviously turned off by the tech in April and I don't think we should have been charged for their mistake. read more

We have a service agreement with this company. when our A/C wasn't working properly yesterday, we called 1st thing in the morning and got an appt for sometime between 2 & 6 pm same day. Not terrible you would think--until they called us at 5:45 pm and asked if we still wanted them to come out. We were then informed that the technician would be on his way....and he didn't arrive out 7:15. Then shortly after he showed up, we got a call from a different technician saying he was here and asking us to let him in the gate--we don't have a gate. I am writing to address unresolved service issues and request a resolution. I have previously appreciated your prompt service; however, my recent experiences have been highly disappointing. I have given high marks for this company in the past, as they maintained my old furnace for several years until I had to replace it in January/February 2023. With the furnace purchase, it came with free maintenance, supposedly. Then, I purchased a 50-gallon water heater and had some other plumbing work done around March 2024. I purchased what was called a green membership that supposedly put me in front of the line. Supposedly. I've been calling since October for furnace maintenance. Even after mentioning that I had the green membership, I was told it would be January 22. This is unacceptable. I informed them that my son, who is in the USAF, would be home on leave in December and sleeps downstairs where it is quite chilly at night, thus the request for the furnace maintenance that supposedly comes with the purchase. Ok, someone would call to schedule. They did not. Gary texted me, telling me that they tried to call me several times. This is untrue. I have all calls in history and there are no calls from 24/7 Fixit. I've called and texted multiple times over the past four months and have screenshots of multiple calls I've made with no calls from them. I've got the texts as well, back and forth, with empty promises. Being told one thing or another and never getting maintenance scheduled. I requested to be credited for the monthly fee that is automatically taken out of my bank for the front of the line green membership, now totaling $60, and to cancel it since November. It was canceled after the payment in January but no credit for me paying for nothing. As of February 16, 2025, everything is just left up in the air. I requested that the customer service manager contact me on January 16. Gary said he'd pass that on to the customer service manager. It's February 6 and there has been no response. The last contact I made was January 31, with a lot of apologies and understanding of my frustration, and someone would be with me asap to get that furnace maintenance scheduled and I'll be credited for what I've paid for the sham green membership from October to present. Now there is no response. From the lack of professionalism exhibited over the last four months of not being able to schedule a simple furnace maintenance, compared to the prompt and easy scheduling they used to have since 2017/2018 when I started using their services, it's night and day. It's been a year since March when the water heater was installed. Where am I supposed to go for a water flush that's supposed to be included with the installation? My family's comfort and well-being are affected. I request an immediate resolution and a credit for the last four months of the "front of the line green membership." It is ridiculous that I have had to keep revisiting this scenario with zero outcome. This is the 2nd or 3rd time I have had to post this review. Why is the truth being removed? I am a consumer and have the right to voice my experience, both positive and negative. If you didn't want a negative review, maybe this company needed to follow up with a repeat long-time customer. Have been a "member" for years and have had my furnace cleaned for years, the first year they cleaned it and upsold me a "safety switch" to stop condensation from going into the fire box, next year it was cleaned and upsold me a electronic air filter, next year it was a "MultiVoltage Oxidizing UVC system. Next an "electronic air filter" this year I scheduled foe furnace cleaning and the day of cleaning they canceled I rescheduled. The day of at 8:20am I received a text " technician" ready to come out please call or text back within 5:00 minutes at 8:21 I text back, I'm here, ready for your tech. Something told me to call to confirm they received my text, called back at 8:28 was told did not received my text and to reschedule. IM DONE! read more

DON'T BOTHER! Appointment was requested on Oct. 7th and scheduled for Monday, Oct. 21st. I received a text today, Oct. 21st at 10:10 AM, just 10 minutes into the 4 hour window of 10 AM to 2 PM stating that tech would be unable to perform the service today and that I need to call and reschedule. I called immediately and told them I took time off from work for this service, to which they offered a $50 credit to my account and a reschedule date of Nov. 22. I told them that this was unacceptable and that I saw this advertisement on TV multiple times where Tom Martino gives them the thumbs up for outstanding service and cost. I said that I would contact Tom Martino and discuss the situation, to which the office rep said "Good Luck With That!" and hung up. I haven't heard back from Martino yet. read more
