I used tier 1 for a leak detection and followed up with a rerouting of the line.due to a sudden burst slab leak. I had two plumbers come in before Johnathan from Tier 1 but they all had trouble finding the leak and only gave solutions that best filled their own interests. Johnathan was different from the start. He was able find and pinpoint the leak within 15 mins and the exact location where the burst line was. No guessing, no assuming he is extremely skillful at what he does. He laid out the repair options for me and gave his recommendations even if that meant that I wouldn't be using his services for the repair if I went with the repiping of the whole house option. After talking it over with my insurance adjuster I decided to do a reroute and cancel the line underneath the slab. I booked Johnathan a few days later (his schedule gets filled quickly but definitely worth the wait) to do the reroute. When he came out he traced the leaking line and found the least invasive path to fix and reroute the line. He will go out of his way to try to protect your property (cabinets, drywall,etc). His work was truly remarkable and he found the best path for us in protecting our kitchen cabinets and drywall. By going the extra mile he was able to reduce the price of what the initial estimate was and help preserve all of my custom cabinets . Simply put, Johnny is the best! We were alerted to a leak by our smart home water monitor that a few gallons of water were running every hour. Johnny came out and quickly diagnosed that we had a leak in our mainline, between the water meter and our house. There was moisture coming up from the concrete floor in my garage, and worried it was a slab leak, I contacted several leak detection companies on Yelp. Johny called me right away, asked for some additional information and gave his opinion. From the information I provided, he said it didn't seem like a slab leak, but if I wanted, he could come out the following Monday and perform leak detection for a reasonable fee (cheaper than other companies). He was able to come out two days earlier on Saturday, and after visually inspecting the garage and surroundings, and evaluating what I had already done and observed, informed me that it was most definitely not a leak, and likely just moisture from irrigation, combined with sub-standard concrete (poured in the 70s).
