Three techs gave cone out to connect the service but each one has said they need to have the 3rd party contractor -- and the far off phone service appears unable to schedule a 3rd party contractor. Disgust at a company whose customer service is farmed out and whose job managers don't bother reading notes to schedule required service. DISGUST at the continued lack of WIFI. Their sales team is absolutely horrible. So, even though their service has been fine, I will now drop them and just use my secondary ISP: Spectrum, who doesn't have fiber yet but has professional sales and support.

The date didn't work for me, the next available was a week later. I got billed for that week without service. The associate at the store said nothing about a $50 setup fee. I can't call the store to complain, the number goes to a call center. They'll make a note of it and that's about it. Oh, and once your phone number is in their system, get ready to have 2-3 sales calls a day. Super frustrating when your existing service isn't even set up yet! Way to go spectrum, way to go!
