When we contested their fraudulent invoices in small claims court, we were met with further fabrication. Most alarmingly, after a court clerical error, the owner attempted to charge over 70% in interest and used legal threats to extort more money--a move a judge eventually denied. The installers are polite, answering all of my questions. Any mess that was made in my basement from running the wiring was cleaned up. If you are considering a genarator I recommend them a 100 % plus. Also, from doing my research I feel a Kohler genarator is far superior than the other brands that are advertised.
