Sure enough, after some treatment, the pool finally started to get back into shape and finally looked as good as new (see before and after picts). Green to Clean wasn't the only reason that our HOA picked Balance Pool Care. After interviewing a few pool vendors, it was clear that Alex knew more then the others and noticed details that need to be addressed that the others didn't catch. Commercial pricing is a challenge, but Alex is taking good care of our pool and making sure that everything is in proper working order. I'm especially satisfied with the Pool Reports after each visit and Alex's efforts to keep us informed of the work that he's doing. Alex is honest, fair, and friendly yet professional. You can't go wrong with Balance Pool Care!

I was one of his first customers. Over the two years the service went down, lots of missed service days(more than what was in the contract), pool not maintained as well as before, and very short visits caught on my ring camera of 3-5 min service calls. I didn't want service in the winter or wanted reduced service to save money, but he told me his service was based on year round. He said I needed to keep my service the same in the winter if I wanted to stay in contract. So I paid him all winter long, and then when I started complaining about missed service days and quality of care, he dropped me without any notice. He didn't even finish the service month that I had already paid him for. I asked for a refund of the winter months and got no response. If I could do 0 or negative stars I would.
